Jessi was the best helping me find the perfect new car! Not many car salespeople will give you exactly what you are looking for with no strings attached. Called about warranty/service work was told they don't take appointments. So I drove 45min to drop off my truck and was told I would have to leave it for 6-8 weeks before they could even look at it. Then I would have to wait for parts and no rental could be given. So I took my truck to a dealer able to preform warranty work.

I have a 2022 Ford Maverick that has a check engine light on that s still under the 36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and the only service they can offer is drop your vehicle off and we ll get to it within six weeks. They don t offer any kind of appointments are scheduling. How ridiculous.

Never had a problem with Reuther Ford! They've always treated me with respect as a customer and I appreciate that. When I ordered my vehicle a cpl of years ago, they were on top of it, keeping me informed when I had questions. Their straight forwardness is refreshing when looking or buying a new vehicle or just getting service done! That's why I chose Ford, and Reuther.

Until I met with Dave and Jody, my car buying experience was stressful and feeling disappointing. They made my first time buying a car so wonderful. They were incredibly patient and lovely. Dave was so great showing me the car that fit me perfectly and explaining everything. Jody was patient and so kind going over financing with me. 10/10 experience. I drove 5 hours from Kansas and would do it again to work with them. Overall just outstanding service from them.

Top notch sales and finance team and every person we came in contact with was very helpful and friendly. We were kept updated along the way of waiting for our new Bronco. Jessi is a great communicator and very knowledgeable of the automobiles she is selling. We were very impressed with the both sales and finance team. Jody was great and very personable working for the best deal for us. We appreciated the entire process from start to finish and highly recommend Reuther Ford!

Reuther Ford is the best dealer ship we have ever dealt with. Our salesman Greg Look answered all of our questions without any high pressure sales pitches. Everyone at the dealer was wonderful and went out of their way to make buying a car a pleasant experience. We also had another car repaired there. The service writers treated us with respect and explained what needed to be done and what it would cost. I would recommend.Reuther Ford to anyone looking to buy a car or get one serviced.

Called to schedule an appointment for two open recalls on my Ford. Was told that I couldn't schedule an appointment for the first recall (brake cylinder) but I could show up first thing in the morning on a first-come-first served basis. For the second recall (A/C blower motor), they told me I couldn't get it repaired at all because Ford doesn't make the parts for it yet. This was an outright lie, as I was able to get that recall done at a different Ford dealer. Reuther Ford does not want to tie up their bays with recall repairs and is blowing off Ford owners with open recalls.

Brought my vehicle in to get an estimate on repairing or replacing my bent exhaust system. They gave me an estimate for replacement, then sent me to another repair place to see if they could repair it cheaper. Their referral saved me $1900! Always appreciate a business that puts the customer before their pocketbook!

I ordered a Ford Bronco back in July of 2021and from that day on, I ve had nothing but great experiences with this dealership. My salesman Harry Williams, and everyone else I worked with were very thorough and kind. The people in the service department are also great to work with.I highly recommend Ruther Ford and will continue to purchase from them in the future.

(Extension to Husbands review regarding 2013 F-150)ANYONE reading this review, just know several things. Make sure you read all the notes that your dealer writes on your work orders and receipts and they correspond EXACTLY with what you told them. After speaking with the service manager, I found that the information he told me was on the work orders from the first 2 times, WAS NOT what I stated to the service desk. He tried telling me that I already knew their was a leak from the 3rd brake light, and I declined the dealer fix it (Which was NOT TRUE) I told the service desk the common possible causes that I researched online and gave them a possible point to start, after which I was informed that it was fixed and there was no leak from the 3rd brake light, just a faulty window. Also, If any vehicle dealer no matter the brand tries this with you, I have first hand knowledge from my Uncle and my friend who I spoke about earlier who both work for St. Louis Area Ford dealers of which I will not name for privacy reasons, but have both stated Dealers will welcome you with open arms for warranty work because it s free money to them. The dealer charges the manufacturer for parts and labor and know they will get paid in full. But should it be the same problem coming back to the dealer, they will try everything they can to turn you away due to the fact they have to eat the costs of repairs because the manufacturer will start asking questions wondering why it wasn t fixed properly the first time, and leave it to the dealer to fix their screw up.

Overall, my experience was great. With that being said there were 2 minor issues. One being that you can t schedule ahead of time. I really wish they would allowed people to schedule oil changes ahead of time so that you don t spend an hour and a half waiting for them to take your vehicle back. They did forget to replace the trim piece on my dash when I got an air filter replacement, but they immediately rectified the situation when I brought it back in. With that being said, overall, I would recommend Reuther Ford anytime. My visit was on a Saturday and I was the ninth person in line which I expect to be busy and I expected a two to three hour wait so I had no problem with that. This was only my second time coming to them for service after having moved into the area. Recently the last time they were really efficient and were able to squeeze me in for new tires even though they don t do tires on Saturdays.

Been going to their service center for about 12 years. Even used to drive from Creve Coeur to Herculaneum. Bought 3 vehicles from them over the years. I don't bother pricing new tires or other work from another business.. I'm willing to pay a bit more to know it gets right the first time.

We needed several things done such as an oil change, wiper replacement and tire issue. We ended up replacing all 4 tires. They were quite busy, so we had to leave the car, which my mom wasn t happy about, however, we were offered shuttle service to our home and Mark picked us up when the car was ready! It made our life easier. We were very pleased with the customer service we received! I would highly recommend Reuther Ford.

I am from Tennessee. While driving to Minnesota for my daughter's graduation, my car began violently shaking. We recently got it serviced with new tires and additional work at our local Ford dealer. The car made loud noises and shook so severely that we googled the nearest Ford dealer. Finally, we made it to the dealer, and Mike B. agreed to drive down to the highway to determine if we could continue. Almost immediately, he said the car was not safe to drive. He drove back to his service area and took care of the problem. I really appreciate his honesty and prompt attention to my family's safety. His care and service were over and above. The staff was attentive, and although we were far from home, they made us feel at home and valued. We will probably never revisit Reuther Ford, but I highly recommend them. Their service and quality of care to my vehicle were exceptional. Most of all, Mike told me the truth, which may have prevented a major accident. Thanks again; I cannot say enough about how at home we were and how highly I recommend their service team.

I didn't purchase my vehicle at this location, but I visit Reuther for all my service needs. They are much more friendly and efficient that other dealers I've been to. Mike B. is the best there, and he's always smiling. I'll continue taking my Ford to Reuther!

D1166 dealer tag who ever might be driving a maroon red Ford truck is driving like a mad man just passed us driving in the wrong lane at Aldi's, we were in the left turning lane at the light and he went around us in the far left lane to pass us when r light was green. FYI if they work for you

We were traveling through from Memphis to Kansa City. The wrench warning light came on our F150. This was the nearest dealership that we fortunately made it to safely. Mike Bowen was able to assist us by checking the computer issues, get everything reset and back on the road within 20 min. If we lived closer, this would be our go to Ford service center! Brought my truck in last Saturday for a LOF as well as a rotate & balance. Balance was off after the service. Brought it in again this Saturday. The Advisor, Matt Butram, listened to my concern and wrote me up. Saturdays are always busy but he got me taken care of in two hours (which was awesome!). The technician, didn't catch his name, took my truck for a test drive after he rebalanced them which was great as well. Matt & the technician talked to my husband & I after it and they were both so friendly and actively listened to us. Thank you Matt Butram for exceeding customer expectations & being so friendly. Such a pleasant and stress free experience. I would also like to give kudos to Matt, the Service Manager, who took care of me last Saturday as well. He was informative as well as friendly. Great friendly staff and I'll be coming to this Ford Dealer to take care of my Rangers needs.

I ordered a Bronco from Reuther, the experience was pleasant based off everything that they could have done. Some things are out of the dealers control and caused by shipping, manufacturing and parts supply delays. Reuther did a great job on their end.
