Very nice staff in a stressful situation. We were involved in an accident and were towed here. They made an unpleasant situation better. Loaned me a screwdriver that I forgot to bring. Thank you.

Such a great company! Tucker was awesome! He flashed the lights for our kiddo and made the whole experience such a great one for our 3 year old who is obsessed with big trucks and lights! Very professional and kind!

I'm a truck driver and we needed a flatbed trailer lifted and placed on another flatbed trailer. When we call McCains, they were there in minutes. They had the job done in just an hour. The lady on the phone was very nice and the Tow drivers were nice spoken as well. I would using them again and recommend them to others. Great job guys!

McCains Towing is a Fraudulent company! Never use! They charged me for 2 Trucks and a wrecker after my stolen motorcycle was wrecked. However I ve received the police report from pevely PD that contradicts there statements to me claiming why it took a wrecker and 2 flat beds. They LIED TO ME AND EXTORTED $350 For a 300lb motorcycle leaned over in the road way. They are frauds and are bad for our community. They purposefully defraud your insurance or you. SHAME ON MCCAINS TOWING

My English mastiff puppy and I were sadly involved in a double rollover accident. Everything happened so fast as my dog and I became trapped in our vehicle. Within moments EMS arrived and even just moments after that McCains towing showed up to take our vehicle and how s it properly at their yard.The man on the truck kept reassuring me that my dog was OK and then I was going to be OK. That really settled my heart as I was extremely worried about my dog as we had to be cut out of the vehicle and he was very scared. Would give negative stars if I could. Had my car towed in a flatbed from my house to the dealership. Whenever they put my car onto the bed, they scrapped the wheels but didn't cause any damage at that point. I had to stop them and tell the guys loading my car that they were scrapping, otherwise they were going to continue. Whenever they dropped my car off at the dealership for the repair, they broke the diffuser while unloading my car. They threw the broken diffuser on the passenger seat and left for the dealership to deal with. They didn't bother to contact me and give me a heads up. The dealership had to be the one to break the news to me upon first looking at the car. When I contacted McCain's Towing to notify them of the damages they caused, the guy I spoke with was the same guy who towed my vehicle. He denied all damages with a smug attitude and a chuckle as he told me "We didn't do that." I knew the conversation wasn't going to go anywhere productive, so I hung up. I can get a new diffuser at the end of the day, but I don't appreciate the way McCain's does business. From not notifying me of the damages to not bothering with an apology and instead meeting me with an attitude. Would I have liked some form of compensation? Of course, but an apology would have gone a long way too. Or at least reimbursement for the tow itself since it resulted in damages to my vehicle.Service: Car towing

My vehicle was struck by a deer and the police forced a tow to this location on a Saturday. Sunday I called to see damages and see grace storage period. Was told office was closed and had to come back Monday. Returned Monday to be told I have to pay $50 per day for it to be forced to be towed to their lot along with portion of towing fee. While I was at the location they were more worried about ordering their lunch, rather than helping me with my vehicle. Terrible. Never use them.Service: Car towing

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This business is amazing. They arrive fast, good prices, friendly, and professional. I've had to use this place a few times now. First time when my truck locked on it's own with the keys in it and it was raining they came within 15 minutes. Second time truck wouldn't start and they hauled the ole junker to get revived again. Even when your vehicle is on its last leg they'll be there to help you and your money pit. Well in my case that's what she is anymore. 5 stars will use company again next time she doesn't start.Service: Car towing

I forgot the name of the gentleman who towed my truck yesterday!!! Wonderful guy who I got to enjoy a pleasant ride with and share God with and a 30 minute ride with!!! Did a wonderful service for me and he was very caring gentleman I appreciate people like this!

They know. What. They. Are doing. At reasonable Prices! Everyone. I met. Was. Professional. Honest. No. Surprises. In the bill!! Respectful knowledgeable and. All Very. Nice. People. That need their vehicles. Worked on. Check them out! No matter. what. They. Will fix vehicle. And they. Dont. Try. 4. Different. Parts. To. Find. The problem. And charge u for uneeded. Parts!! Because they are Honest. And know what they are doing. And. The receptionist. Is 100% there to. Schedule. Your appts. Answer. Your questions and your concerns . Very Professional. And. Super. Nice! What. Got me the most at their. Shop was. The atmosphere! I don't. Know. If it's always. Like. That? It. Was. Calm. And peaceful . You. Didnt. Hear. Screaming And. Feel. Anger and. stress. In the. Austin was so helpful and directed us to a shop he knows well instead of the random one we planned on taking our car to. Service was speedy and friendly! Would definitely recommend McCains

Towing and recovery is not cheap and nor should it be. When I called McCain's Towing I expected them to send a tow vehicle with a highly trained and experienced operator, and that's exactly what they sent. Saved my truck from ending up in the Mississippi river. Great job!!

Yes they can tow a car fine but essentially they are not too nice. Would not even let me get my insurance card out of my car on their lot For the police report. Its pretty stupid that you can not even get your personal belongings out of your car just because its sitting on their lot. No flexibility from them at all. Would not use them again just based on this.

Tried to call, they gave me an estimate, put me on hold, and hung up. Figured it was a mistake, called back, was immediately put on hold, waited 12 mins, hung up amd called back. Call was declined. Wish I could comment on the actual service, but I guess they didn't need or want my business

I moved to Jefferson County recently and when my vehicle started acting up I had no idea where to take it to get it fixed. I went to a company in Festus and their pricing was outrageous. I couldn't afford what the company had quoted me so I went into McCains, they worked with me and it was a lot less then another company. The owner Joe McCain was the one helping me and he is honestly one of the nicest people I have met in this town. You could tell that he was 100% sympathetic with my situation and he was going to do everything he could to get my vehicle safe to drive again. I feel like McCains is the most trustworthy company in the area! Thank you to everyone at McCains for your honesty and loyalty to the community. Most companies are in it for the bottom line and I can honestly say McCains does it for more than that!! Thanks again.

Very rude and dishonest people. Backed a tow truck into the back of my car that was there for an inspection breaking out the back window and claimed to have no idea how it happened. Guess it doesn't hurt that the owner is literally in bed with the mayor of Pevely to get all those sweet towing jobs either. I seriously don't recommend doing business with them.

Had to have my vehicle towed from my home to a repair shop. I was very impressed with how friendly and professional the driver was. They came recommended by family and I would definitely recommend them too.

I think that they are a rip off and they screw ppl over. They only care about themselves. I only want my baby's car seat and my WIC vouchers. No got to pay $200 and title to get stuff out of the car or $450 to come get the truck plus $50 a day storage. They are the worst towing company that I have ever delt with. They don't care about anyone. All they care about is Money. THEY ONLY TOWED THE TRUCK 2 MILES AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. They don't care about the lil man and the struggles ppl have. My fiance could have died Monday in the truck wreck. He just got out of the hospital late last night. Do they care no only money. I'll be telling everyone how rude and ignorant they were to my fiance and I when we called.

Horrible customer service. Never call back like they say. Told me someone would be there so I could get my car waited 50 minutes past the time they said then called again. And they say another 15-20. Very unprofessional for being so expensive.
