This is most honest shop in whole country. As woman I had whole list of the things, I thought it was wrong with my Nissan ,all they found that it needed to be replaced (on my list) was back rotor and pads. If I took my car to Dealership ,I would probably need a new car. I will drive another 30 miles in blizzard to have my car serviced here.

Great place to get your vehicle repaired.. car broke down on Saturday and got my car to shop Saturday night and they got my Ford Focus air compressor ordered on Monday morning and was able to pick up car by 4pm on Monday evening.. ... great service and price for the repair...

We were traveling through Herculaneum and noticed a nail in the tire while getting gas. Called Jefferson County Auto Repair and they let us come in immediately. Quick service and very friendly. Top-notch customer service! 100% recommend!

Very friendly and honest. They told me what the problem was with my vehicle and my options. Did not push me to remove my car from their parking lot as I took days to decide what to do. Would highly recommend them for your vehicle issues.

Great auto shop! While traveling southbound on interstate 55 I heard a rumble coming for money into my car. Turned out a heat shield. It came loose and I got off the highway and pulled into County auto repair. The owner was able to take my car, put it on the rack and quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Only thing was, he wouldn t take any money for it. Said it was no big deal and sent me on my way, Although I m not close to the shop from where I live, I ll make every effort to send anyone I know to them for car repair work.

The only mechanic I can fully trust. If I go anywhere else I have anxiety over what they are going to tell me. Shouldn't have to be that way. Scott (the owner) never makes me feel like he is trying to take advantage of me. I trust he totally. Even when it's bad news. For your money and piece of mind this is the place to go.

Amazing customer service and stand behind their work. I had wheel bearing issues. They fixed it, and as soon as I left the shop, my car started making noises from the tire. I called and they were so helpful! Came across the road to look at my car since I had pulled over, and took it back to the shop.There was an issue with the wrong part being used in replacing it. I understand mistakes happen and they were so apologetic about it, took responsibility for it and fixed it, even replacing another wheel bearing for free sinceIt was making noise too.I will recommend to anyone. I rarely write reviews, but Jefferson County Auto Repair deserves another good review. It was my first time going to a local business vs a big auto repair place (at least in a very long time) and I will likely never go back. It's well past time to live local and support local businesses ( i'm mad at myself for not doing this sooner). A shout out to Scott in particular, who not only showed me where my exhaust leak was, but showed me what my spring coils looked like and explained the process to repair/replace. When I agreed to go ahead with the repairs, everything was ordered the day I walked in, and fixed within hours of drop off the next day. I don't believe I would have had the same efficient and speedy service at a big name auto repair place. The price to fix everything and inspect was more than reasonable and I wasn't pressured to replace or buy anything extra that I didn't need. It was straight to the point and honest service. My car savvy husband looked at everything when I got home, and told me that I needed to write a good review because of what a stellar job the staff at Jefferson County auto had done. I was going to anyway, but that made me feel good about driving around after that. Thank you Jefferson County Auto!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We ve used Scott and Jason for years and they ve always given great service at a great price. Have brought two different vehicles with varying problems up here to have them looked at. Each time Jason talked to me on the phone explaining and gave a printout. Never asking for money on either.

Jefferson County Auto Repair has worked on many of my vehicles. They always do an excellent job. I highly recommend Scott and the boys. They won't take advantage of you, they only do the work that needs to be done and no hidden charges.Highly Recommend

Excellent fleet service, We have 10 vans and always gets us in right away. No hassel no fuss, price has always been as quoted. I have also started taking my own personal vehicles in and get the same treatment. I would highly recommend

I have a 1999 F150 that needed a new heater core. They quoted me and fair price. They ended up getting it done sooner than expected, and a bit under the quoted price. Very happy with their service, and I plan to use them again the next time I need a mechanic.

I had come back to Missouri from Georgia to see to some family business. On the drive up here, I began to notice a noise that was getting progressively worse. I suspected a wheel bearing. They took me out for a test drive to hear what I was hearing, then put the car on the rack to finalize their diagnosis. They quoted a fair price, got the part right away and had me out of the shop in a very quick turn-around. Great experience, I highly recommend their services.

Since my mechanic sold his shop I have looked high and low for an honest place to take my truck. Everyone at JCAR is courteous, I was only charged for parts and work I needed, and their prices are fair. I won't be going anywhere else, Jefferson County Auto Repair is AWESOME!!

I was on a long trip from home in my classic car when my rear brakes locked up. I barely made it into the parking lot. The shop was slammed and short a mechanic, so I asked if I could borrow some tools. He let me borrow some tools so I could block off my rear brakes and finish the last leg of my trip. If not for the shop willing to help guide me and let me borrow the tools when they had so many customers ahead of me, I would have been stuck there for who knows how long. He even gave me extra brake fluid for the rest of the trip. I tried to pay him for letting me use his tools and distracting him from the line of cars he already was working on but he wouldn t let me. He finally accepted a bag of deer jerky lol. It s people like him that are down to earth and are willing to do what they can that keep this world going. Super thankful they were the guys I found.Service: Brakes

I used Jefferson County Auto Repair for the first time this week. I dealt with Jason on doing my repair. I was very happy with the repair he did on my Toyota. I'm very particular when it comes to my 3 vehicles. I'm very glad I went there for this repair and as far as i'm concerned Jason will be my mechanic now and in the future. I highly recommend them.

they always get you in and out quick. prices very fair! the issues you had never come back. my truck has 280,000 miles on it and runs great they are the only ones who ever touch it.

I recently moved near this shop a couple of months ago. During which time the AC in my Mustang stopped blowing cold air. I usually go to the dealership with issues. That was becoming a hassle. My neighbor suggested Jefferson County Auto Repair. After reviewing their feedback on Google I decided to give them a chance and I am more than happy that I did!Although they were relatively busy at the time the receptionist managed to squeeze me in and Jason agreed to take a look at it. In a very short period of time Jason was able to diagnose the problem and remedy the AC issue. There is a possibility there is a freon leak and if there is I without a doubt will count on these guys to repair it.I would strongly recommend Jefferson County Auto Repair and will be going back there for my future auto repair and maintenance needs.

Was in town for a wedding and on the way I started getting a knocking sound from the front end. I kind of already new what is was and after talking to Jason he agreed. They got me in the next day and had it ready the same day. The cost was very reasonable. Thanks for the help!
