Just leased my third Nissan from AutoCenters! I keep going back because they have great pricing, tons of cars to choose from, and the nicest staff. This time I worked with Christian, he was extremely nice and professional. Christian is super knowledgeable about the different trim levels and features, so he made it easy for me to decide between a couple different cars based on features I was looking for. He was also very upfront about pricing and there was zero pressure for me to make any decisions unless I was comfortable. He made it as painless as possible and I would gladly work with Christian (and AutoCenters) again.

I went in with zero hopes but ended up leaving in a 2023 Nissan. Jerry greeted me when I came in and assisted me with getting my new car. I have already given his card to two of my coworkers. I hope Jerry can help them too.Jerry's customer service was 10/10.

I just purchased a new-to-me vehicle. The staff was incredibly friendly without being pushy and insincere. The dealership is very nice and clean. As I was in the used car market, I noticed they had cars for any budget. I am very happy with my purchase and the way I was treated. From the owner to the salesman and the finance guy, this was a refreshing experience in the car buying world. Thank you everyone!

Not informative and understanding about my process at all and never once got to look at the vehicle. All they did was keep running hard checks on my credit and telling me I needed more and more to get a vehicle, even after I would provide them with what they requested. Then the excuse is, it has nothing to do with us it s the banks decision. Haven t had a decent car buying experience since my first car

Be aware, they are not posting the vehicles at the price they are selling it for. I drove an hour to see a suv priced for $27,934 get there and tell them I want the vehicle and I have my own financing company, then he takes the price up $1500 from the ticket price saying since I m not using their company it will be $500 more and since I don t want to trade in my care it s $1000 added also. I just feel if your price was $1500 more that s what you should put online saying your price is don t waste peoples time having them drive a hour to get to your location just for you to raise your price at this point it s like are you sizing people up and raising your price because you don t want to sell to that person because that s what I m getting because I ve never went to a dealership that has a price down, and then they raise the price because you don t wanna go with their dealers finance company . This will be my fourth time purchasing a vehicle through my own personal bank, and I never had this issue.

Adrian was very helpful and understanding of what we wanted. Made sure we were comfortable as we went through the process. Most dealerships you run into the issue with them persuading you into a bad deal or something you don t want. Not an issue at all with Adrian. He gave us space when deciding and helped us get the car we wanted for the price we wanted! 10/10 would recommend Adrian to everyone!!

We are from out of state and our old vehicle died on us while we were on vacation. Ibrahim worked with us and got us in the new car we wanted. Randy in finance did a great job walking us the whole process. I felt comfortable and felt like I could these two. Definitely would recommend going here to buy your next vehicle!

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the communication standards observed at this dealership. I have diligently inquired about a rare automobile on multiple occasions across various communication platforms. Regrettably, the responses I received were consistently vague and unhelpful.Considering my intent to travel from San Antonio with the purpose of purchasing the vehicle, I had anticipated a more cooperative and prompt communication from the dealership. It is my sincere expectation that future interactions involve a more responsive approach, addressing inquiries promptly, and providing substantive responses to expressed concerns. I believe such improvements would significantly enhance the overall customer experience.

Our sales person, Tim Farace, was awesome. After listening to what we needed/wanted Tim found us the perfect vehicle and financing. Tim explained every detail to us, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Auto Center.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a car from this dealership. My sales agent was August and he s been amazing. I left with a deal that I felt comfortable with and even weeks later when I had a question he was able to take care of me! From the moment of purchase until getting my title in the mail the customer service has been exceptional! I went to get my car serviced and Justin P. was so thorough and considerate. He made sure my car was serviced adequately and in a timely manner. The service team vacuumed and put plastic and paper down to prevent my vehicle from getting dirty. Overall if you looking for a car and want to make sure you re buying a quality vehicle backed by people who treat you great and willing to correcting any issues, shop at Nissan Auto Center- Herculaneum. You won t be disappointed 10/10

Purchased a car in August due to the air going out in my current vehicle. sales man was very pushy with vehicles and not showing me what I requested. After several hours I ended up with a car I don't care much for but I felt overwhelmed and pressured into purchasing it. I regret my decision to purchase here and am stuck with paying for a car that doesn't suit my needs. Scheduling service to keep the "lifetime" warranty is a nightmare with limited openings even when trying to book weeks out.As of 2/14 the company reached out wanting to know how they could get me to change my review. While I was able to finally get a service appointment I stand by my review and warn others to do extensive research before purchasing here.

Wonderful experience! I worked with Kamal for a good month to find the exact car I wanted and he delivered! He made sure that my car was customized to my exact specifications. I was also able to test drive the model I wanted more than once to ensure that it was the right fit. Honestly, the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. It was all so very personable and top tier!

Would not recommend. Finance team is difficult to deal with. We purchased a car last July. They overcalculated sales tax due to the state, and we are still waiting on a refund from them. Have had much better experiences with other dealerships.EDITED to address response from dealership below that the check is in the mail .1. To whomever responded, you need to check your facts. I talked to the Finance Dept five minutes before posting this review and was told the refund had not been processed. It s sitting on their desk. They said they had been busy and hadn t had time. Furthermore, that the refund would have to go to our leinholder. This is a prime example of why I gave a bad review. Constant conflicting information, lack of follow through, and excuse after excuse, with no regard for timely customer service. My salesperson was great. He did follow up. However upon further investigation did confirm that it has NOT been mailed. It has taken way too much of my time dealing with a simple issue. Great sales staff, but horrible customer service from the back end staff.2. Blaming the title company is just an excuse. Do you not contract with Automotive Title Company to process your titles and registration? They work for you. A simple phone call with valid research would have resolved this issue MONTHS ago.

Quick and amazing service the day after Christmas! I was towed there and assisted quickly. Provided a cost estimate and not forced to do anything. Lobby was clean. Bob and the whole staff was kind and checked in. I will be back

There are not enough GREAT things to say about Auto Centers Nissan Service team!!! Especially Jan and JoshI bought a used 2019 Charger R/T needless to say it had a few issues after about a month. Had a check engine light show up, turned out it was an Exaust Sensor, instead of trying to put a band-aid on the problem they replaced the entire Exaust.Also had some vibration while braking, even on the test drive.. had mentioned it to the sales person and gotten no results. But Auto Centers Nissan shop determined all 4 rotors were warped and gave me a whole new set of rotors and pads.There were a multitude of other small issues throughout this process, with parts and Dodge. However Josh Jackson and Jan worked their butts off to make sure everything got done and done correctly!In all my years of car buying experience and needing to use the 3 month or 3,000 mile warranty on major repairs like this, I have NEVER experienced a dealership willing to honor and fix the issues without pulling teeth.Can't thank Auto Centers Nissan service advisors and mechanics enough for their hard work and dedication!INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Stopped in at AutoCenters on a whim and left in new wheels. Enjoyable, easy experience with sales specialist Christian and finance manager Davin. This was a family affair with my wife and two young children present and even they say that was easy! Definitely give AutoCenters Herculaneum a shot for your next ride.

Buyer beware, just got home an hour out of my way from visiting this dealer. Only came because of the awesome reviews, which was a huge slap in the face leaving this dealership. This dealership uses BLACK BOOK value which is a rip off if you re trading. Supposedly I m 15k upside down, more like 8k - 10k and had 3500 down. And then the person I was with had a 2023 Dodge Durango R/T Tow N Go 25k miles SRT specs from factory (seats, exhaust etc.) was told he was 30k upside down. Which means they re saying it s only worth 30k if that. But will put it back on the lot for 49-50k basically blue book value. Not to mention the 2 cars we drove were very dirty. You d think they d want their cars cleanish for presentation to the customer. Needless to say they ran credit just to find out they use black book value. Went to Suntrup automotive group to have them appraise our cars and the number was astronomically different (much more of what we were expecting) needless to say I would never in my life go back to this dealership.

Kamal helped me with buying this beautiful car! Whole staff was wonderful and my experience was great. I flew in from Chicago to pick up my car and Kamal came to the airport to pick me up and made sure the whole process was as seamless as possible. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership!
