Anthony & Travis were exceptional through our trade in & buying process! It was a smooth sale & steered me away from what I intentionally thought I wanted to something that was better in the long run. So glad I test drove the car I did because I am in LOVE with it!!Anthony has been great with communication even a month before we decided to pull the trigger and buy our vehicle. After the purchase he still answered the phone with some of my questions and concerns! He has gone above and beyond!We truly are grateful for such a pleasant experience at AutoCenters Herculaneum!

Thanks to Travis, we were able to go from a 2007 truck to a 2019 Jeep Trail Hawk! Travis was super friendly and took care of us! Really like it comes with lifetime warranty. Today I traded in my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta TDI to a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Jeff was our salesman and was super helpful with our buying experience. He was not pushy, super chill, the finance person was also super full helpful explaining everything to us with detail! You guys have earned a returning customer! Thank you again.

Shane was hands-down, a great salesman. After he found out our price range was, he was on the hunt. My mans brought every vehicle in our range for us to test drive. He also let us know which vehicle would be the best deal for our price range. He showed us what would best fit our family and travel needs. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you re looking to buy a newer vehicle under 100,000 miles. I will definitely be going back to him when purchasing my next vehicle.

Wanted to hop on here and leave a review since I had such a great auto buying experience at Auto Centers Herculaneum! This is my second purchase in a row from them. My salesman John Piel was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted both times with the newest being this Traverse that meets all my needs and more. Their vehicles come with a Lifetime Powertrain warranty, which is unbeatable. Any issues I have had they have resolved the same or next day highly recommend reaching out to John for your next auto purchase!

Went in at 10 AM, looking for the perfect truck at a great price, and left at 1 PM with it. 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with 16k miles. A new truck at a used truck price. They had a lot of them too. Could barely make up my mind. Big thanks to Wayne Hogue who found exactly what I was looking for. Super friendly and efficient salesman! Crazy laugh too. Thanks also to Jake in Finance. My wife and I just got a GMC Acadia Denali from Kinsley and we couldn't have had a better time ,and my girl can be difficult but Kinsley handled her well ,my wife was happy .We had a few issues with the vehicle nothing major but they were on top of it ,only needed it back for few hours no charge, definitely recommend going here

I was a first time car buyer and my parents said this was one of the best experiences they have had at a dealership. Not pushy and everyone I worked with made me feel very comfortable in the decisions I was making. Jeff especially was amazing! He worked with me for a week leading up to me being able to make it out to look at the car I wanted. He kept in touch making sure I knew the car was still on the lot and available. I have nothing bad to say about him or the way he handled the entire sale. My parents also said the guys in finance are usually hard to deal with and pushy but that was not the case here. Jake took care of us and talked through everything thoroughly making sure I understood and was comfortable making my decisions. Definitely take into consideration shopping for a vehicle here and ask for Jeff!!

I noticed a lot of the reviews mentioned Kinsey and what a great job she did. So that s who I asked for. I was NOT disappointed. She was phenomenal at answering any questions, getting us the best possible deal she could and we got to leave with exactly what we wanted! If you are car shopping, I recommend you come here and ASK FOR KINSEY!

Chris was a great sales man. He wasn t pushy, he was up front and honest. I ve bought many cars over the years and most sales men made me want to leave. He was polite, professional and very informative. He answered any questions I had honestly. I would recommend him to anyone buying a car!

I highly recommend working with Kinsey Reiner - I was an out of state buyer and Kinsey was beyond helpful getting me through the sales process. Update: still waiting on that call..Make sure to inspect thoroughly. While finalizing paperwork for our purchase we wet informed they found a small leak from the oil filter. Told us they would take care of it but need to keep overnight to fix next day. All good just an annoyance of having to take more time off work to have to go back up and get our vehicle. After a day of driving we notice oil stains on our driveway and garage floor. Their "appraiser" miss diagnosed the leak, turns out it was entire oil filter housing. Something easily diagnosed with a little more effort than just saying it was the filter gasket. I now had to waste more time taking off of work to get the issue fixed, thankfully they took care of in a fairly timely manner. Upon picking up title work I expressed my frustration with the whole process, having to waste personal time at work to deal with it and the now oil stains in my driveway. Was told my salesman would be in contact to address issues and have not heard from anyone since. While the salesman was polite and professional, it is a big dealership with tons of business and the purchasing process is what you'd expect. Get you in and out.

I inquired about a vehicle on Car Gurus and received and email back very quick from Adam. When I went to test drive the vehicle they were very busy that day but were very quick getting everything filled out. The loan process was very quick and efficient also. Drove away with the vehicle I went to test drive that day. 10/10. Fantastic service.

This is round two to of buying a car from here! I had Travis the first time around & he was able to work with me in getting in a beautiful Honda insight. I fell in love with the car too soon tho, got rear ended a month later and now I m back! Travis was such a nice help the first time I figure I ll buy another one from him!

I had bought a used 2019 kia sportage from Autocenters Herculaneum a week ago. I love my new car!They have a good selection of used cars that is in good shape and the prices for the vehicles they have is good and reasonable for what your getting! My sales person was Kinsey, she was awesome! She did everything possible to get me into a new vehicle and didn't just try to sell me a car and make money off of it she actually cared and was helpful on trying to get me the car I wanted.I highly recommend going to autocenters Herculaneum and having Kinsey as your sales person for your next vehicle!

Autocenters Herculaneum was great. The staff were helpful when I pulled up to the wrong office (their lot is huge!), and they were flexible when my appointment time needed to be 2 hours later than initially planned.The car was as advertised, no hidden defects or features advertised as working that did not. The salesperson Kinsey had all the paperwork ready when I arrived, answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and I spent about 2 hours total onsite, including a lengthy test drive.The purchase process was quick and straightforward. I would give Autocenters preference if they happened to have the car I wanted again in the future.

We recently visited Auto Centers in Herculaneum to purchase a new vehicle. Kinsey was great to work with! We couldn't decide between two different vehicles and she was so patient and professional & very friendly! We appreciate her awesome attitude. (She was busy all night long, but, still managed to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable). We will be back for future purchases!
