The staff here were courteous, friendly and very helpful in reassuring me about the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. The mechanic took time out to address my problem expeditiously and there were no charge. He also pointed out one main Issue that a previous mechanic at another repair shop failed to repair properly. I have come to this shop in the past and was always pleased with the work that was performed on my vehicle. I will continue to come here for all of my vehicle needs and will definitely refer this place to all of my family, friends and coworkers.

They up charge the price by 3x more than the parts actually cost. They claimed to fix an electrical problem that they were paid to fix and didn t while creating an entirely new problem. The original problem was never fixed but the one they created was

Been a loyal customer for over 2yrs maybe. Making a 1300 payment for something they NEVER fixed better yet messed my whole car up. Will NOT be going back would not recommend and also taking further action for being charged too getting my money back.

I am normally not a person that leaves reviews but Stephanie deserves to be recognized by the work she performs. She is excellent with customer service and kept me up to date on the progress of the work being performed on my vehicle. This was the first time I ever used this shop to work on my vehicle but because of Stephanie they have earned my business fully. Thank you so much Stephanie!!

Midas almost damaged my car.I took it in for an oil change and they informed me the drain plug was stripped and they informed me i would need to take it to a dealer and they could not do an oil change. I have no complaints with that and i respect that. Upon taking it to the dealer i was told that the car was actively leaking oil and i could have done serious damage to my car had i not gotten it in so quickly to the dealer only two days later. My car was not leaking oil prior to taking it into midas and it was super unprofessional to cause a leakage without informing me about it

I am not a mechanic but I am mechanically inclined.It cost $404 to have them fix things that were not related to the issue. I took it here because I figured they would hook up a computer or another form of logistics device to find the problem. I already knew the code it was throwing issue was it could be multiple bad sensors, catalytic converter, fuel pump etc. it was too many things to trial and error to replace so I took it here thinking they would use their computer. Option A) they used the computer and decided to waste my money on non related issues to try and get me to come back and spend more money or option B) they are just bad mechanics. I ended up spending $25 on Amazon for an OBD to USB. Paid $15 for 3 months of OBD doctor for iPad. In 3 minutes I was able to visually tell I had a bad MAP sensor; it was the only sensor not working and it was plain as day. They charged me $404 to do a 3 stage fuel cleaning and replace the thermostat (thermostat was faulty, I just replaced it a year prior and it went bad again but was not related to the issue nor was throwing a code for it since it worked after the car drove around for a bit) they did change the thermostat but when I pulled off my injectors they did not look to have been cleaned at all. The fact I found the issue with an iPad and these guys have an entire mechanics shop is a bit worrisome. DO NOT take your car here if you value it or your hard earned money.

The worst experience I ve had working with an auto shop. I Asked to get my headlight fixed and to see if they could fix the child locks on my passenger doors. The manager encouraged me to get a loan for to cover the price. I Did and my headlight is still not fixed and the doors still don t work and now I have a $1300 loan to pay . This location is the worst. Do not take your business here.

My brakes went on me when I was on my way to the hair salon. My husband called Midas and they told him to bring it right in. They check it out, fix them, and gave us a discount coupon on our brakes.

Friendly staff replaced my alternator belt, but battery light on dashboard remains on. I was told it will reset after 45 miles of driving, but it remains on after 200 miles of driving. Hopefully it s not a big deal

Sad day for a long time Midas customer! I have always brought my car and referred my children to this location as well. As of today that all has changed. My son's car, which we're joint owners on, has been mishandled and now we are facing engine replacement due to the mistake. While I do understand we're human and these things happen, The first approach in this scenario would have been to offer assistance and take accountability but that was not done. The car was serviced here for a thermostat replacement and oil change. Paperwork states no leaks and oil change performed. Fast forward less than a week later the car is overheating and new shop states engine oil everywhere and oil filter cap needed at least a full turn. Due to this engine now needs replacing. I literally have it in writing that you all are at fault but no one wants to fix the issue. I've now had to turn to the attorney General and my lawyer for a fix. This is such an inconvenience and is discouraging to know a company you've trusted has taken advantage of you. Please reach out to me for resolution, I'm sure we are both better off without getting the courts involved. TIA

A huge thank you to Wayne and Will! After a stressful afternoon of my husband and son broke down for 3 hours with a flat in the heat they were able to be towed to Midas. Wayne and Will went above and beyond to get them back on the road. They stayed after their closing time to finish the job. My husband spoke so highly of the customer service and how incredibly nice and accommodating Wayne was.Thank you guys for taking care of my guys and getting them safely back on the road. #3 This was attempt#3 in trying to find a Good shop. Check engine light has returned ,At the time I paid this MIDAS Thousands of dollars just for checking that alone, $1200.oo "Plus"maybe Well over $2,000 in TOTAL in so called repairs "check repair records" (I still got my receipts) "what's up" ? (response required) "As up to date" MY TRUCK IS Now running fine" kno thanks to you guys! / Some kind of SCAM going on at this MIDAS shop between managers and mechanics on certain customers & certain repairs and the Shop itself also needs REPAIR . Maybe Owner will get UP on it and BIG changes are to come !

I had an inspection done for a vehicle here 2 months ago and it was fine. I called this morning to get our other vehicle inspected and was told to come in at 11am. Just left there because they aren't allowed by the state to do inspections due to the certification not being updated.Why would you tell me to come get an inspection if you KNOW you cannot provide one. Apparently the new ownership is just ok with not having anything done.

Wow. You guys really Rock Midas!!!I am so glad I found you guys. After a week of stress. Of how to get my car Fixed.. you guys And Steve .as I was told Don't worry we got your back. really did have my back!.. my car feels and drives like a brand new car... And the time you took to take car of my car needs... If people came in to being receptive to advice. Boy I am so glad I listened. Left with 4 new tires, brakes, cold Ac.. Please come in a see these wonderful people. Tell them that Betsy sent you.. they won't let you down.And they can help you finance to get your car fixed. Took car in for an oil change and oilleak. Mechanic recommended an engine flush and a dye be injected into engine to see where leak was coming from. Before driving off the lot, the check engine light came on and the car started to misfire. Prior to this, I had no issues with misfiring and the check engine light had NEVER been on. Made the mechanic aware before leaving. He drove the car around and said it was fine, turned the check engine light off and said to contact him if it came back on. It came back on within minutes. Set up an appointment for the following week only to wait 3 hours before the car was even touched and just to have them say they ll need to do a diagnostic test and it costs $100! I don t know why I am expected to pay for anything else when the issue was clearly caused by something they did! Infuriating and frustrating! This place CANNOT be trusted! Don t waste your time or money!Service: Oil change

Tim and Sarah were super nice and most importantly, honest! I went in to buy 4 tires today but I was comparing what I wanted to an estimate i got elsewhere. Instead of selling me tires I didn't really want, Tim told me to go with my original estimate because it was such a good deal. Gotta love good honest people!

we ended up having to sit there for quite a while with our son who is an autistic toddler. the staff was very polite even when he wanted to mess with everything and throw tantrums. i know that doesn't sound noteworthy but a lot of other places would have made us feel bad about it but instead we felt welcomed and as comfortable as possible in the situation of car trouble
