This place was amazing!!! Wonderful customer service and quick thorough work all around. Had my daughters car for maybe a week or less had no issues everything was phenomenal. Will definitely be back if need be in the future and will send anyone to them because they re absolutely the best.

From the time I came in to the time I picked up my vehicle (2 weeks total) I had great service. The gentleman who did my initial walk around and estimate was very informative and gave me an accurate estimated time frame. The staff inside from check in, following up, and check out were all wonderful. My car was detailed when I got it back (such a surprise) and it was even washed on the outside. Thank you for restore my baby back to its beautiful condition.Highly recommend Complete!

They were supposed to help me with my starter issues after I replaced. They put 0 effort in it and didn t even know how many bolts was holdin the starter on makes you wonder.

Oh wow!!! The work looks amazing(PERSHALL location) for body works on my vehicle. I was impressed with the results of the finished work. Not sure if they inspected my whole car. But the damages to it were replaced and repaired. I did have to call about 5 times for my logo's to be replaced on the side of my car. This is why they received 4 stars. I shouldn't had to go through this because it's a very detailed part of my car that should not been over looked.Also went to another location for an oil change (HAZELWOOD)!

My car received bodywork repairs from a car accident. The staff at complete auto body repair was more than accommodating. They were friendly, and professional. I was kept up-to-date on the entire process. It was a wonderful experience.

The entire staff was professional from start to finish . Attention to detail and keeping customer informed top priority. All work was performed in timely fashion and right in schedule as promised ! Had to get a window replaced after my car was broken into. Great communication from the beginning to the end of the process. Saved me a bunch of money by taking the time to identify the true issue when the dealership misdiagnosed the root problem. I was told the car would be ready in a week, it was ready early in 4 days. Upon pickup, I was pleasantly surprised to see that not only had my window been replaced, but the tint was also replaced at no cost. The interior had also been lightly detailed and they provided air fresheners. Great service made up for what had been a terrible experience before I d been introduced to this shop.

Did not have a good experience with this location. Since late 2023, to date, I have had to return my vehicle on numerous occasions due to lack of attention to detail regarding the overall look of the car after completing repairs. It was not to my liking and had visual problems with the rework and repaint. Burned areas of the hood, visible scratches, rubber on wheel wells looked sub par and had to redo. No rental was offered, had to ask. After 4 occasions of back and forth for front end repairs and money spent on other transportation while in their shop again and again, they just never got the vehicle back right. I would not recommend their services unless you own Uber, cause you ll need it.. full disclosure they did give me a gas card for my trouble but I paid more in Uber rides. Good luck.

Great place to take your vehicle no problem with insurance claim being paid, they will make sure rental car is returned and number one in quality of work performance excellence customer service . They keep you informed on status of repair . I had 2 vehicles repaired here and the service was excellent both times. Staff is very professional.

We have just started using Complete Auto Body and Repair in Hazelwood, and so far, the service has been amazing! All of our interactions have been with Jody, and from the time that we call to set up an appointment to when our driver brings the vehicle in for service, we are treated like a VIP! We have a 40-vehicle fleet, and I am confident that each and every vehicle will be serviced like it's their own!

The repairs were done way before the estimated time and were perfect. When we picked the car up, the receptionist was friendly. We were kept informed daily as to progress. The office and shop very clean and organized.

Found my new go to repair shop. Excellent customer service. They keep you informed throughout the process. Mechanics are very skilled and repairs are done in a timely manner. Prices are fair and they dont try to upsell you.

Car was wrecked in Chicago on 3/27/2021. Chicago shop half fixed the car. Sent car to Complete in June. Car was taken back to Complete for several issues: braking system, windshield still cracked, Chevy grill is not properly secured, windshield steals are not properly placed it s now 10/11/2021 and the vehicle is still not properly fixed. Customer service definitely was poor...I was left sitting in the vehicle with no air because they couldn t find my car key. Was not offered anything to drink. Had to ask for some type of compensation for the hassle and was given a $50 coupon for service....car was supposed to be detailed also and wasn t!! I would never recommend Complete Auto....might I add, I am a professional driver (CDL) with strong knowledge of vehicle safety! My 2019 Impala was not properly repaired but was given to my as if the vehicle was properly completed....Service: General repairs & maintenance

I initially went to Complete Auto to get an estimate for body repair; but after asking about mechanical repair, I spoke with Matt about diagnosing my locking system and fuel tank overflow problems. After reviewing diagnosis findings, we went forward with Matt s recommendations on parts and labor. My locking system works fine e now and I will test the fuel overflow system by filling up today. As Matt recommended, we will wait until warmer weather to diagnose the A/C system problem, and I agree.

When I called in to make an appointment Matt was very professional and I was scheduled to come in within two days of my call. The employees was very professional and communicated with the customers. I took my car in for body repair . I went in 5 times to pick it up . They did not do all of the items on the estimate . I was told by them that they were never going to make me happy with the repair , and to take it somewhere else . My insurance company sent somebody to my home to look at it they could not believe that the bodyshop thought it was acceptable work . The paint is full of Orange Peal . The door is full of waves . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE IF YOU LOVE IT ! That is ok Megan . Your shop will never touch one of my vehicles ever again !

Matt who runs the repair shop was Amazing from start to finish. Very informative during the repair process and when possible he suggested options on certain repairs. No other place has ever done that so it was a very incredible experience.

The people was very friendly and informative. My car didnt take too long. My only problem was the office had a bad smoke smell from cigarettes. First place i have been in that allows employees to smoke.

Horrible work I took my car back 8!Dam times still not fix had to take it to Meineke and they put diagnostic machine and found out what was wrong Auto complete Her barons in wrong I will never go to y all again . A horrible experience the one that was in Dellwood and the one is in Hazelwood
