I called, they said they had my part. I arrived, they said they hadn't had that part in their facility in about 3 to 4 years. I drove and wasted gas .

Please I mean please do not shop here. The manager is very rude. He hollered at me like I was a kid. I didn t have my fender or bumper 24 hours nothing fit I didn t want money just wanted parts. I didn t have packaging only because I didn t have plans on returning. This manager needs training bad. I m not going to stop until he unemployed this should never happen to anybody what I experienced. Corporate was amazing.

My grandfather and mechanic referred me to this place after a person hit my car. All I needed was a front bumper and fender. Normally I don't go to any auto body shops alone because of how women are treated. But yesterday my grandfather as well as my mechanic were busy so I figured I can grab the parts on my way home from work. I was told by Ronald or Donald, that they only have the fender but the bumper would still be out of stock for the next few weeks. I asked him did he think I should wait on the bumper so that I can purchase both parts at one time. He told me that the company didn't care whether I bought the parts are not, that it wasn't going to hurt their feelings. I was so utterly confused by this comment because I asked a valid question. I'm not sure if he was trying to impress another man that came in that he was friends with, but he just was so rude. All he needed to let me know, was that I have the choice of waiting on the other part to purchase both, but by that time the part may be gone. It's that simple. Why bring up anything about me hurting your feelings when it was SUPPOSED to be a place of business. My dad was livid when I told him about my experience because he always gets my parts from the location in Hazelwood. He also tried to offer me a job after talking to me with such disgust and rudeness. I wouldn't dream of working in a place like that alongside a person like that !! I won't be spending another dime here. This was yesterday by the way. I've never wrote a review online but I was so surprised. Another customer suggested I go to well fit. They have similar parts and maybe better customer service. Ronald you should be ashamed of yourself ! I know that was you who answered the phone.

Came a few minutes before closing time due to traffic issues.The manager let the workers go since they don't pay overtime, but he stayed after closing to finish my order. for taking care of his workers.

Ronald Regan (yes that is really his name) at Certifit was very courteous and professional when I called asking about a side mirror for my Jeep. I could tell on the phone and in person he truly cares about his customers.Highly recommend.

We were rear ended and needed a new bumper. My husband called a friend who referred him to contact Certfit Auto Body. My hubby called and we were able to get the last bumper in stock and it was"new" too. They are open to the public for auto body parts only. Customer service was great. If you are in need of auto body parts we recommend contacting Certfit.

Ive bought numerous parts from them and as an example- a headlight assembly was like 25 bucks when Autozone was charging 126 and a hood and fender both for a Corolla was not even 100 bucks. Its far better than salvage yards and they typically had anything i requested in stock. Great place.

Do Not Buy. The parts did not fit. They wouldn t let me return them because they got a small scratch from when I installed their hood. It scratch the fender when I closed it. Which should not have happed if the parts fit correctly. The body shop charge me extra to get the hood to work. The fender I purchased from them also had a slight bend in it, which I didn t notice while is was there. They wouldn t even offer to exchange it. So I had to buy another from somewhere else. While getting estimates most of the body shops called them Sorta-fit . I wish I would have known this before losing a couple hundred dollars. I will never go here again.

The sales agent was very short and to the point about everything we asked. Not good for business. They don't have a lot of accessories for vehicles either so make sure you just need the basic aftermarket part.

Literally worst place I've ever look at body panels from. Trying to buy virtually all the steel for a GMT400 pickup. They had most. But no rockers/cab corners. Wouldnt tell me if they could order them or how long it would be to get them in. So I figured I'd get fenders, doors, hood, core from them. Called early so it could get picked before I showed up. It wasnt. The driver fender was brought out and the employee before I even looked at it, asked what kinda discount would make it worth while for me.... looked like some dropped it off the roof. At least 4 LARGE dents, about 1/2 in deep 4-5in round. Its a $60 fender dude. I dont want it. Core support was bent as well....as well as being drug around (ecoating was scratched off one end). Bottom of drivers door was bent in bad enough the inner shell could be seen on the door skin. Body panels are never perfect from aftermarket. I know ive used many. But this was absolutely ridiculous along with the absolute poor customer service. So, I decided to take my business 3hrs away to a restoration parts company in KC. Well worth the drive. I wouldn't recommend Certifit for anyhelp in ordering or quality of parts.

Great place for cheap parts for your car. Their stuff usually comes black primer painted already to its ready to go to the paint shop. Nice people but the place is usually very busy

When I say the rudest people I've ever come across in my life... I would not recommend and their is no refund or exchange on wrong or damaged parts. Part could not fit in my car was going to tie on top but the man inside refused to give us twine sooooo rude. I will never return.

Place is a joke and does not stand behind their products what so ever. Sent damaged parts and just said to bad. Wouldn't even trade them out for replacements. Great Businesses Model

Ioneven know where this place came from but what the what??? Quarter panel for my dodge caravan 25 bucks black 44 bucks and theyll give u a primered .. Thats less than the junkyard for those who dont know.. Oh so prices that good whats the catch ... Og comeout the back like theres a damage but we have this that and the other for a few dollars more.. Thinking to my self "here we go again ", negative damage was a slight ding that will easily be erased .. Now reason for my 5 stars is this .. 2 sides ..order on one side pickup on the other .. Packed house 2 guys behind the counter literallyrunning back and forth but not in chaos ,like a well oiled machine. PING POW POOM 10 minutes im out the door with my part for another discounted 23 bucks and a list of prices for other parts i priced during the fiasco... And nothing but ," yes sir ,no sir , no problem sir i can take care of that" ..." Certifit ",beast mode 2 guys behind the counter and og in the back ,i salute u

Coud had more people helping out. I was the ony person there an it took still 10 to 15min 2 get my bumper but i guess it was nice.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. GOTO WELLFITBought a right front fender from here, got it painted, and it doesn't fit. NOT EVEN A LITTLE. There were 3" gaps, the mounting holes did not line up. The outsides of the fender were Jagged... Save yourself some trouble and goto Wellfit.I'm out $700 and I haven't even replaced the fender with a proper fender yet..

Slow service and their prices are crazy high for aftermarket parts. Not to mention they have nothing in stock and won't take orders.

7 minutes on hold to find they don't even carry a simple exterior door handle for a very common vehicle. Not much for "Auto body parts", IMO. I also found PDF catalog completely useless.Just my personal experience. I'll give 1 star for answering the phone.

The service was great and they were much cheaper than Auto zone, Napa Auto and some of the salvage yards for the part I needed. I will always try them first.

Dude at front counter with Camo hat is an ass hole. Very unprofessional. Idk how he would motivate return business.
