I needed work on my vehicle. And they were so friendly when I walked in the door they had me in and out quickly. They kept me updated on the progress of my car and I have never been treated so well at repair shop. I will always go there and recommend it to everyone.

Thus far this place is poor. They started out sending me text updates, but now I have to call them to get updates on my vehicle. Everytime I call they tell me end of next week. How is it still the end of next week for 2 weeks straight. I still don't have an update nor a car. I will never use this place again. I'm paying out of pocket for a rental and as soon as I ask for assistance due to their delay, radio silence.

Car Craft hit a Grand Slam on the work they did on my 2018 Chrysler 300 ...this shop went the extra mile and the work was so beautiful it felt like i had a new car and made me fall in love with my vehicle all over again.. if you know someone that needs body work done on their vehicle I highly recommend this shop

Great work! I am completely satisfied with the work this shop did on my 2021 Equinox. I was in a crash that totally messed up the left front of my truck, and now it's back looking and driving as well as the day I purchased it.

My car was in the shop here for four months (after being stolen and recovered) and I had an awful experience. Parts shortages are totally understandable but staff repeatedly lied to me and my insurance agent throughout the process, were rude and dismissive, ordered parts for a different car, lost paperwork, never returned my calls as promised, and were very slow to complete basic steps in the repair. After three and a half months they tried to return my car to me when the whole car was making a loud noise and shaking, and after further repairs I still had to take it to another shop (who diagnosed and fixed the problem in two hours). My insurance agency was as exasperated as I was, which is saying something because I had to take the bus everywhere for four months. The shop did switch management about halfway through my repairs which didn t solve all the issues but I hope that they are able to implement some changes to customer service in the future.

My 26 year old son took his car there after an minor accident with his tire and bumper. They told him it would be ready in 2 weeks. When 2 weeks came it wasn't ready. They gave my son the run around for 2 months! I had to go up there an see what the problem was. They promised me it would be ready the NEXT MONDAY! WHEN MONDAY CAME, WASN'T READY! I called they talked crazy to me. Told me they needed another part. Ok, you didn't know that when you said it would be ready! My son was leaving for Australia. So after almost 3 months they said come get it. But now his driver's side window doesn't work! I beg you, please don't go there. They said they only had 1 mechanic. Just sad!Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car here on Monday, August 29 for some body work. My front bumper needed to be repaired. I was told by Mike Shirley that the part necessary for the repair would be ordered in advance so I wouldn t be without my car for more days than necessary. I was told the repair would be done within 3 days (by Wednesday, September 1). Thursday, September 2 arrived and no one had called me to update me on the repair. I decided to call and Rachel then informed me that they had ordered the wrong part! She said they had since ordered the correct part and that it would hopefully get there the next day (Friday). She told me that if the part arrived Friday morning they would fix it as soon as possible but if it got there in the afternoon I wouldn t get my car until Tuesday because they were closed on the weekend and Monday was a holiday (Labor Day). To say the least, my car was not done Friday but Tuesday, September 6 I received call saying it was finished. I arrived to see my grill was bent and not sitting flush inside the bumper and one of my headlights were loose as if it were to fall out at the slightest bump on the road. The manager came outside to inspect the car and saw the issues. He began to say it would be an additional fee to fix the headlight because that was something they missed on the initial estimate. I told him my headlight was NOT like that when I initially dropped my car off and he said Oh okay I see. Well we can fix that for you. HOW DARE YOU TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR DAMAGE YOU GUYS CAUSED?! Had I not thoroughly inspected my car I would ve drove off their lot with a vehicle that was half fixed with additional damage. Anyways, the manager said he would order the headlamp and refit the grill and that it would be done by Thursday, September 8. Thursday arrived and I received call from them stating that the headlamp had been ordered but the vendor they utilize had a mix up on their end and the wrong headlamp was obtained! Nick told me that he ordered the headlamp from another vendor and anticipated it arriving the next day, Friday the 9th and that the repair would be completed by the afternoon.The customer service at this location is terrible! I almost lost my job because my car was in their possession for 12 days instead of the scheduled 3. The employees are very incompetent. They half do their job and expect you to pay your hard earned money. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle here because it s no telling when you ll get it back. You d do a better job watching YouTube videos and repairing your car yourself.

Poor customer service vehicle is still riding bad after it got fixed had an insurance claim and payed the invoice that was given six months later I get an email saying I owe more money. They were fantastic! Not only did they repair the window but they did the tint, cleaned the inside and outside of my car! Mind you I have four kids who love cheerios and other messy foods. They were great and extremely informative. Went above and beyond!

I have taken vehicles to the Car Craft shop in Bridgeton and have had a good experience. This time I took our vehicle to the Car Craft shop in Hazelwood because it was closer and discovered that they do not call with status updates. I had to call for the status on a couple of occasions after the promised completion date had passed. When I paid and picked up the vehicle on 8/1, their pinstriper didn't have the correct colors and was supposed to return with the correct colors and we were supposed to get a call to bring the vehicle back. At the end of the first week, my wife drove up there and was told that they would call her. 3 weeks later still no calls (as of 8/17). They only care if insurance work is being done and you are at the bottom of the food chain if you are paying for the repair yourself. In my case, a little over $2500. Once they have your money, they lack follow up and customer service skills. If you are paying for a repair yourself, I would recommend taking it to a mom and pop shop and not a chain like Car Craft. The privately owned shops care about the customer and the bigger chains only care about getting insurance money from referrals.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I see a couple people have left bad reviews for not getting their car back when promised, me too but I guess some people don t understand that the world is suffering from supply chain issues. Car Craft ordered my parts and were hoping they would come in soon but I wanted my car back so they took the extra time to go ahead and put it back together knowing that it d be extra work for them to have to take it back apart to complete the repair. All of the repairs they made were perfect and I have no doubt that when the parts arrive and the repair is complete, my car will look showroom new again! Would definitely use Car Craft again. I chose this location after geico strong armed me to use this location as it was one of their repair facilities. The people that work for this company are full of misinformation and of this information and/or lies regarding when your parts come in and when the vehicle will be ready for pick up. I got multiple different dates via the automated information on when my truck would be ready for pick up and whenever I spoke to a representative on the phone they made up a different story each time on the status of my truck and the status of the parts and the pick up date kept changing. If you have an option to choose another company please do stay away from this oneService: Body & Trim

Amazing body work on my 2016 Volkswagen Touareg!!!!! If I ever need body repair again, I'm calling them first. The staff and mechanic are nice, professional and serious about customer satisfaction and its obvious! Highly recommended and I don't throw out 5 stars every day. Nothing less than 5 stars for Car Craft Auto Body!

Car Craft Autobody Hazelwood is fantastic. Mike was professional and guided me through the repair process making it the best service I have had in years! I was hit from behind and a nervous wreck about my car. When Car Craft finished the repairs my car looked like it was brand new. Not only was my job incomplete but I had to go back to pay for an additional part to a job that was left incomplete and in that alone having to make two trips to a business that did not Rectify it immediately for me just has me feeling personally as though I didn't receive the proper service deemed to me.
