I had a wonderful experience buying my first dealership car! Craig Whitfield was my go to sales go! He stayed within my budget, got all the bells and whistles I wanted, and the car I wanted! He made me feel like family from the jump. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and how much he helped me find a safe, beautiful, and reliable car! Sale price was great.Phoenix (or sales associate) was great. He spent extra time demonstrating all the features and tech in the vehicle.This is our first VW and given the experience - it will not be our last!

My husband and I were in search of my dream car. Jason Kresko and my husband had been in contact for about a month before we visited the dealership. Jason spent the whole day with us test driving, answering all our questions and finding my vehicle! What i wanted wasn't on their lot, and he knew i didn t want to settle (and he wouldn t let me settle either) so he went and found the vehicle i wanted!! I definitely recommend this dealership for all your vehicle needs!

While looking for a vehicle we were greeted by salesman Miguel Riquetti very pleasantly. I told him what i was looking for a showed Tony & I various vehicles on the lot. I had made up my mind with great help familiarizing with the vehicle. He worked & stuck we us when even ran in some issues until I was able to drive off the lot very very pleased. We worked with Sean T and he was wonderful! We knew which car we wanted when we walked into the dealership, and Sean never pressured us to buy something that we didn t want and he was respectful of the budget we had in mind. He was very personable and made our experience so pleasant. The whole staff was relaxed and friendly. I d definitely recommend this dealership if you re considering buying a Volkswagen!

This review is specifically for Miguel, who worked very hard to get us test driving every car we wanted to look at and then working with us to determine our final selection. He helped make the process very painless and dealt with us fairly.Once we got the car, he went through all the things we should know about the model we purchased before we left.Great experience!

12/10 would recommend. Jason took the time to understand my needs. I had a lease with another company that I was considering turning in and I was about to get bent over on going over miles. He showed me how I could trade in the car by them purchasing my leased vehicle from US bank. The figured out a way I didn t have to pay to turn my car back in AND I received a huge credit for the equity I had that went towards my Atlas Cross Sport I went with.Not only was he the most patient and genuine salesman I ve ever dealt with, the whole team was amazing.Ryan, the manager, really worked with me on price to make sure I was comfortable.And I can t forget Brandon! He hung out and chatted with me while Jason was attending to some other customers.If you re looking for a car buying experience without feeling like you re being sold at every turn, this is the dealership you need to get in touch with.

Miguel is amazing! He helped our family get the exact car we wanted and worked with us on our trade in. He even made us aware of a military and employer discount that saved us so much money! During the transaction we had our youngest children with us and were made to feel comfortable and welcomed by the entire Bommarito staff! They will definitely be getting our business again!

Miguel was awesome to work with, from the moment he called about a lead until the sale of the car. He was not your typical salesman and was incredibly understanding of our wants/needs. We never at any point felt pressured or that we were being sold, rather, we felt like he was shopping for a car with us. We also had the pleasure of working with Kevin in the financing side of things, and he was just as pleasurable to work with. He spent additional time in our meeting breaking down financing options and running some quick calculations to get us the best deal. The people here are phenomenal, and we will most likely be going back for our second car purchase in the near future!

Miguel, Jason, and Kevin were an absolute delight to work with! We stayed true to the buying criteria from the beginning and there was continuous support to ensure there was a way we could work together! For those who understand, they even kept the deal Muslim friendly by finding a way to provide 0% during a time where anywhere else 0% is impossible.I m looking forward to buying my next VW with these gentlemen.

Miguel and team made purchasing our new Atlas as easy as possible. We were in and out quickly, which was much appreciated. Miguel gave a thorough tutorial of all the fancy capabilities of the car and made sure we knew to get in contact with him if we had questions as we started using the car.

Customer service is top notch!! I had my baby and the car seat, when I picked my car up, and Jeff had a young gentleman pull my car up so I wouldn t have to carry everything out. The young man even opened the door for me to put the car seat in!! I love when my car and mats get washed. Also, my car always runs better after I leave! The atmosphere there is amazing! Great job everyone, even the call center!!

I visited this dealership a few weeks ago and had such a great experience with Miguel. I usually get a lot of anxiety going to dealerships and working with sales consultants, but Miguel s warm demeanor and product knowledge put me at ease immediately. Looking forward to going back and seeing him when the ID.7 comes out this summer!

Great team and easy process. Miguel and Jason helped us find an Atlas with a great deal. Would highly recommend you meet with either of them prior to buying anywhere else. I was about to purchase with a different company and they made a better deal on a nicer vehicle.

From day one until purchase day (the in between was our think about it time), every encounter with Bommarito VW was professional and helpful. We were never made to feel rushed or pushed. Sales Consultant, Craig Whitfield is the best!! He made the searching and buying process comfortable and simple. Also have to give a shout out to Business Manager, Kevin Jackson who educated us while signing our paperwork. Thanks guys for everything!!

We had such a great experience with our salesperson, Phoenix. Low-pressure sales, quick, to the point, and knowledgeable. Didn t waste time with vehicles that didn t match my need. We got right to the perfect option and only needed to test drive one vehicle before buying! This is the only dealership we shopped; we didn t feel the need to shop around after such an excellent experience. SO glad this was our first stop!

Highly recommend having Phoenix Phillips as your salesman. Phoenix is not pushy, and is able to address all your questions or concerns about any vehicle that you may have. He will search thoroughly for answers if he is unaware of them. We went up on a Saturday afternoon to look at the Atlas, and they did not have the one in stock that we were looking for. Phoenix was able to find the perfect Atlas for our family within days. Financing was very simple. Recommend asking questions on what their current deals are when in financing because we were under the impression we qualified for 1.9% based on credit, but that is without the Bommarito discount. So we found out in the office that they wouldn't let us abide by their offer of either $3k customer cash or the 1.9% financing.

Craig W was incredible!!! He made buying a car feel like a breeze and felt like catching up with an old friend. So many laughs and I felt as if all my needs were met and heard. Would recommend him and this dealership to anyone! Made it even better when we realized I had taken care of him previously at my job. Was glad he was able to return the favor. :)10/5 stars.

Today was awesome experience!!! Les Johnson made my car buying experience painless. I came from another dealership were I was treated poorly. I found my car online and Les had it ready to go for a test drive when I got there. I highly recommend him for your next car buying endeavor!

With extensive research for months, I had finally found the VW Taos I was looking for at Bommarito in Hazelwood. I had been emailing with Shannon multiple times and she answered all of my questions and was very prompt and detailed with all of her responses. Once I came in, Miguel was given all the information on the vehicle I was looking at and helped me going forward. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions my significant other and I had. It was very refreshing that he wasn t pushy with other vehicles and trying to get the sale over. He took the time to explain things during the test drive and even after showed me how to work most of the features in my new vehicle, along with actually getting my iPhone paired with the vehicle. Miguel helped me feel comfortable driving off the lot with this brand new vehicle with all these features I ve never had before and even took the time to send me more information on how to use the vehicle to its full potential with articles and videos. Todd was also very considerate of my circumstance with wanting to keep my current license plate that I ve had for 18 years and made it happen, which eased my mind considerably. Gary took care of the financial side and was also very knowledgeable about extra coverage that was available for my vehicle. Not everyone will consider these options but I did with one, and Gary helped give me peace of mind and wasn t pushy about the options. Overall, I had the most wonderful experience at VW Bommarito Hazelwood and will be recommending to friends and family in their future considerations of vehicle purchases. Thank you again to everyone that help me with this process.

I love that Les Johnson & Kevin made buying my first SUV, on my own, the smoothest transaction of my life! They both were very nice & made me feel like family. Giving a shout out to Les Johnson! He was patient, detailed & very knowledgeable. It's been awhile since I bought a new vehicle and I would highly recommend. I love my new Atlas and appreciate the time and effort he took me with. Overall experience 5 stars. Oh and financing was a breeze I left with a flash drive of my paper work, pretty neat process actually! Go team Bommarito.

I recently purchased a car here from Jason L. He was very laid back and did not pressure me at all. Jason was also helpful getting an issue fixed prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I also had a good experience with the service manager, Dan, and with the finance manager, Gary. Dan ordered the part necessary for the car and had it fixed right away. Gary helped with the finance process and explained all the warranties to me without pressuring me into purchasing one. I would recommend this dealership over others I looked into purchasing from.

Wonderful experience today! I was immediately greeted at the door by Jason L and Les and was given the 5 star treatment!
