I purchased my car March 3rd. Mike Fraiser has awesome customer service skills. I was so impressed with my ENTIRE process. The service before and after the sale says a lot about a company. My customer service rep, Brandon P., was very personable & came straight to the point of what periodic maintenance my truck required based on� the mileage. Additional, he provided the prices.� Got the work done that my truck needed...no high pressure unnecessary service.

Beware they do not follow through on getting your refunds you are entitled to. Been waiting since August to get my gap refund and haven t got it. Called gap company and Toyota finance and they said they mailed Bommarito the check on week of September 5 and they will not reissue me the check I am owed! Saying they want to make sure I don t get double paid! I haven t been single paid!

Really hope it is just I am not super lucky. Today my truck had the second oil change and for the second time in a row the service department mess something up. I came to get oil change but they, literally, forget to do it. I was told the truck was ready, when I asked for the price for oil change, they did not know what I was talking about although the appointment was for oil change only. I had service for my previous car for over 7 years with Honda, they know how to do business. Really hope they improve here, there are many things they aren t doing good. It seems there is not much communication between shop workers and front desk, everyone is doing things in their own. So far two visit with awful service.

I love my 2015 toyota tacoma. And the people that work there are very honest and nice.today I had Danny help me with my inspection he was very polite he told me everything I need to know thanks toyota and danny keep up the good work and God bless..

We went in with an emergency coolant issue, while travelling. They took us in immediately and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 90 minutes. And the people at the service desk were so kind.

Stopped by collision center to get some information on obtaining an estimate on damages to my vehicle. The guy I spoke with was nice enough to tell me the process of the certain insurance company I would be working with. I left with a better understanding of what to expect. The customer service at this location was great. Shout-out to Micah and Ian for hooking us up with our new vehicle. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I recently moved to the area so this location will definitely be our place for maintenance. Also, I recently received a package of cookies, which was a nice surprise. Thanks to Toyota and the team for the awesome service!

I have used Bommarito Toyota for several years now after a bad experience with another local vendor and they have been nothing short of exceptional. Steve Dennis and the entire staff are professional and friendly from the moment you arrive. They do a thorough inspection of your car, come out and explain the findings and explain what they recommend that you should prioritize being done now and what can be put off until later. With these tough financial times, that is a huge plus. I recommend them very highly!

The automotive technician was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of each step of the recall process. He even discovered that they had sent the wrong part and the technician was able to get the correct part the same day!

I highly recommend this service center to anyone in but especially those in the Lexus Toyota family of car owners and drivers. I get A-1 customer service from the time I make an appointment to the time I drive off the lot. They treat me like a valued customer no matter what service I'm getting. Their kind, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They take care of my old car like she's a brand new showroom vehicle with 0 miles. They do a full inspection Everytime to let me know what needs replacing, they even send me email and mail reminders on my needed repairs and upcoming service dates. They wipe the car down inside and wash the exterior when they're done. Their waiting area is amazing. It's a smorgasbord of free ice cream treats, popcorn, coffee, water, and plenty of space to eat/drink in peace and comfort, a seated TV area and a children's playroom as well. My son and my daughter enjoy coming here with me and I have peace of mind when I am waiting. The wait is a reasonable time and then I'm back out the door and on my way to continue my day. I love this place and I will continue coming here, I'm highly considering purchasing my next vehicle from here. You won't be disappointed in their service department.

I had an appointment scheduled on a Saturday after calling ahead and to ensure that they would be able to address some of my issues. On arrival I was informed no one was certified to work on my type of vehicle so I left without service. They did try and find any other dealers in the area to see if a certified technician would be working that day, but no luck on that idea. Hopefully in the future I will be able to get my issues fixed with my new vehicle.

Son bought a new truck here. Came with 5 years free oil changes that they stated must be completed at this specific dealership. When he got near 5,000 miles he started trying to call and schedule service. They will not respond. Both of us have been leaving voicemails for weeks now with no response. Chat feature on website collects info then says an agent will contact you. They dont. Online scheduling on website has next available service appointment in September (more than 30 days out ). We are just assuming that the intention is to repel human contact. We are going to have to make other arrangements. First oil service is important, and I'm not going to risk harm to the vehicle trying to chase them down, and beg them to respond.On another note... Toyota was offering 0% financing for well qualified applicants on Tacoma when my son made this purchase. Dealership would not extend to him with very excellent credit. Just said it wasn't an option.I am regretting not directing him to one of the other Toyota alternatives nearby.

This will be the second car we will have purchased from Bommarito Toyota. We bought a pre-owned Prius 5 years ago and now we are working on buying a brand new Prius. Everyone here is wonderful and friendly. We are working with Duke today and Cody helped me out a couple months ago when we were still on the fence about buying a new car. I highly recommend people looking to buy shop here. They have never pressured us into buying something we didn't want. When we were shopping 5 years ago and told them we had a budget to buy in cash, they only showed us cars within that budget. Today, we told them what we were looking for and within a couple minutes they had 2 cars for us to choose from. These guys are very knowledgeable and will do their best to answer any questions you have.
