Shyra was more than helpful with my purchase of a BRAND NEW vehicle. She was patient and kept me informed every step of the way. The process was a breeze. Also, I want to say thank you to her partner in crime Kyle for doing all he can to help me as well. I m grateful for these two!!!!!!!!

Todd and Joe were absolutely phenomenal! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. This was the most painless, easy experience I ve ever had buying a car! 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely come back to this dealership everytime!! Got there at 9:30 a.m. and I was on the road with my new ride by noon! Cannot speak highly enough about our entire experience!!

I had the best experience purchasing my first Nissan Murano. Kevin Hall and Todd Eversgerd were great. They both made the entire process very easy with no hassle's. I was very impressed with how they treat their customers. I can only give a 5 star rating, but if I could I would give Kevin, Todd and Bommarito Nissan a 10 star rating. They are the best.

Freedom Alliance partnered with US Bank and Bommarito to gift us a 2024 Honda Odyssey. The Bommarito dealership in hazelwood made us feel so loved.Kevin Hall did an outstanding job planning the event and making it the biggest ceremony Freedom Alliance has ever been a part of. Kevin invited so many amazing people from the community to support us. A huge thanks to CQRF Kevin gathered to make the day so incredible.Bommarito is such a great part of the community and we couldn't imagine buying a car anywhere else!

I LOVE MY 2019 NISSAN ROGUE!!! Mr. Cowboy for excellent with service and helping me plan out what I need and can afford. Mr. Joe was great and fast with finalizing everything. Much love to all the workers. 10/10 recommend coming to Bommarito Nissan Hazelwood location as a new car owner or just wanting another car. Woot woot!

I started by phone with Chris Colesworthy looking for a specific Rogue. I contacted several dealers and Chris was by far the best to work with remembering my preferences. He was patient, checked with me when he had information and notified me when the car I was interested in arrived. The entire process and the car was explained in detail. He sent pictures exterior and interior as soon as the car arrived. I drove 4 hours for my car purchase just to work with Chris and my next car will I will be back. The dealership is exceptional and Chris took all the agony out of car purchasing.

After visiting two other dealerships I went back to Bommarito Nissan where I purchased all of my other Nissan vehicles. When I arrived I was greeted at the door and asked for Todd Eversgerd. He remembered me from years ago! I told him what I wanted and how much I hoped to pay for my car payment. Although I thought I d buy a Maxima, Todd showed me a Rogue at an excellent price loaded with what I wanted-and at my price range! This is what I bought. Todd made this a seamless and pleasant experience. At Bommarito Nissan I feel at home and that without doubt I made the right decision! Thank you, Todd and the Bommarito Nissan team!

Justin Lindner was very diligent with a thorough assessment concerning our battery issue, and are happy with the solution. We often have Justin as our Service Advisor and he is extremely polite and keeps us informed knowing our time is valuable as we usually wait. I recently went to Bommarito Nissan to test drive a new electric vehicle. I talked with Chris Colesworthy and the customer service I received was exceptional. He made sure all my questions were answered and even followed up to make sure I didn t have any additional questions that may have come up after I purchased the car.Furthermore, there was a slight cosmetic problem with the car that needed to be fixed (it was brought to my attention at the time of purchase, so no surprise issues) and everyone in the service department was also friendly and helpful. I would definitely come to this dealership again in the future.

So thankful for the awesome work from the guys at Bommarito Nissan. I would mostly like to thank Curt for his awesome salesmanship and finding me just the right used car I needed. I am a mom of three so it s very important that I have all of the features. I want good gas, mileage and of course somethings safe. Thank you again Curt for all of your hard work. And thank you Bommerito team for making this easy for me. Buying a new car or used like me is hard, but if you go to Bommarito Nissan the whole team will make sure you re 100% satisfied!

I made an appointment with Bommarito for a recall which I thought would be an effortless experience. My appointment was for 10:30 a.m. and I arrived at the shop about 10:25 a.m. I was promptly approached by Tony and completed the service sheet with no problem. I sat patiently in the waiting area reading my book until I decided to stretch my legs and go outdoors to get some air. That is when I saw my vehicle leaving the lot, headed toward the service bay. It is now 12:15. I was livid. Two hours had gone by and I had an appointment for a recall. Unacceptable!! I spoke to Tony about this and he went to check on my car. He came back and told me it would only be a few minutes and to have a seat in the waiting area again. Fifteen minutes later, Tony came and got me and told me my car is ready. It took 15 minutes to check the recall (no repair or replacement was needed) for a two hour wait time. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!!!

Todd Eversgerd and Kevin Hall of Nissan Bommarito in Hazelwood, MO are an excellent team! Loved the personal service they offer. Todd helped us find the perfect Pathfinder for our family needs quickly. Found the SUV and they had the windows tinted and clean as a whistle the next day for pick-up. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle with this team!

My wife and I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Bommarito Nissan in Hazelwood two weeks ago. We were lucky to work with Todd Eversgerd and Kevin Hall. As usual Kevin Hall made sure that Lisa and I received the best care possible. He set us up with Todd and we couldn t have been more happy with the outcome. Todd put in an enormous amount of work to get us the vehicle we wanted. I would recommend Todd and Kevin to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. They were passionate, hard working, honest and wonderful to work with. We will continue to go to Bommarito for years to come.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Alex H. the service tech at the Nissan Hazelwood location . I came in to have my car looked at because my heat was not working . There were some complications with the warranty companies , but Alex went above and beyond to make sure the service was covered . He kept me in the loop daily and always communicated to me what the next steps were. He was able to get me a rental while my car was at the shop. Alex was friendly and VERY helpful. I am a person that has high anxiety , but for some reason I trusted Alex when he said he will do the best he can and he did. I can tell that Alex is passionate about his job and clients. If you take your car in for service be sure to ask for Alex. He will take good care of you. One last thing, he called and made sure that everything was working fine on my way home . Alex was great from start to finish. Keep up the good work Alex Til Nexttime

This is the fastest I ve ever purchased a car. I worked with Shyra Davis. We texted and set an appointment for a test drive. A couple hours later, I was driving away in my brand new Nissan Kicks!! The process was smooth and simple. Shyra walked me through every step of the way. I felt like I was the only customer in the building. Thank again!!!

My salesman Joe was awesome he made my buying process seamless. Even when I didn t think I was going to be able to make the purchase he worked his magic and I was able to drive away with my new 2018 Nissan Rogue SV within 2 hours all the while I was on my lunch break lol .Great customer service!!! Way to go Bommarito Nissan I ll definitely pass on the business cards and send customers your way!!!! I will never shop at any other dealership you have a customer for life!

Chris Colesworth and Jay Mehta were absolutely OUTSTANDING! I cannot say too much about the service we received from Bommarito Nissan. They were so respectful of our time and didn't try to pressure us or treat us like we were unintelligent folks, like so many other car dealerships do. I actually enjoyed the car buying experience for once and would definitely buy there again. Very refreshing to see a transparent car dealership...you almost never see that.
