Nick Johnston is the best and the only person I ll ever trust when it comes to leasing cars! My family and I have leased all of our cars through him for many years and he has always taken such good care of us. I am a customer of his from his previous Honda location and was thrilled to hear he was still in the Honda network. I m very happy with my new HRV that I leased yesterday thanks to his patience and great service. Honda customer for life!

I had a great experience as a 1st time car buyer. Angie helped me get the best deal and I didn't have to put any money down and my 1st car payment is not until June I bought my car in March. I appreciate the consistency and they really paid attention to what I wanted out of my dream car within my budget of course. I am a very happy customer and I love my new car!

I bought a 23 RTL-E from Michael Barnett. He did not push a vehicle on me that I could not afford. He explained the features of my vehicle very thoroughly. He also helped me get top dollar for my trade. I d recommend purchasing with him to everyone.

I purchased a used Honda Civic from Bommarito Honda Superstore. My salesperson, Michael Barnett, was outstanding. The dealership had a tremendous selection, was highly responsive, very helpful, and made the process easy. More important, my salesperson understood this was more than just "a car purchase." I was buying a first car for my 17 year old daughter. Michael wanted to hear the story and he helped orchestrate a surprise unveiling of the car for my daughter. It was very touching and easily made this the best car buying experience I've had. I highly recommend this dealership.

Fast and Friendly Service!I came in for an A/C check at 11 am and was given an initial wait time estimate of two hours for diagnostics. Thankfully, Brian and his team were able to assess my car much sooner and let me know by 12 pm that it simply needed a refrigerant recharge.The service was quick and efficient, and they even threw in a complimentary car wash! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this location ! My sales person Jimmy Coleman was wonderful! He was very patient with me when picking out my car! It was freezing cold when I came in and he went out and looked at several cars with me before I picked out my car! He was nice and explained the differences between the cars and he wasn t pushy into making a sale! I went to the O Fallon location and I hated it -the sales manger there was pushy and annoying! Here I felt great and everyone was SOOO nice . They didn t treat you like a burden but like an actual customer! The gentleman that did our car paperwork was very nice as well! He explained the differences between the different car protection plans and advised me on what was best to do! Overall I had a great experience here and it s the only Honda dealership with an actual selection of cars! The other dealerships had only 5-6 cars to chose from! Here they have a TON of new cars ! I ended up buying a 2024 hybrid Accord and am incredibly happy with my purchase! I would 100% recommend them!

Exceptional experience at Bommarito Honda Superstore! From the moment I walked in, Cameron was welcoming and knowledgeable. He came along on the test drive and showed me all the perks of the car. Michael made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free when choosing what was best for me. In June of this year (2023) my wife and I faced a dilemma. We were leasing a 2022 Honda CRV but needed to trade it in for a larger vehicle that could comfortably accommodate our expanding family. (At the time we were a family of four going on five. We welcomed our newest addition, a baby girl, on August 22, 2023).Furthermore, three weeks prior to our purchase, I started a new job as a courier with Amazon Flex and the amount of driving obviously did not bode well with a leased vehicle and capped mileage.We ended up working with Ka Ron Adams in sales, Angie Murdaugh in finance (both of whom we worked with when we leased the CRV), and Mark Erce in service. Once again, we were impressed. All three were A1 in their service, professionalism, and efforts to ensure that we had an exceptional experience.Ka Ron was patient through our selection process and while he made recommendations, he was never pushy and always forthright about our options based on our budget.Angie was extremely thorough in the financing stage and was able to get us set up with an arrangement that worked out for our budget and still included what we needed: sales tax rolled in, gap insurance, extended warranty, etc.Mark was very gracious in ensuring, along with the service staff, that our vehicle was fine tuned, road ready, and beautifully detailed.We are now proud owners of a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan and highly recommend Bommarito Honda!If you re shopping for a vehicle in North County and want a great experience from beginning to end, go see Ka Ron, Angie, and Mark.

First time at this dealership shopping around and the salesman was so rude and dismissive. I pulled on the lot, drove near the vehicle that I liked and was still in my vehicle but was explaining to my mom which one I intended to get next weekend if the vehicle was still there. The salesman walks out asked if I needed help, we then began discussing why I was there and told him my plan for next weekend in which he advised that they can match all Honda deals from other Honda dealerships. I asked him if new inventory was on the way as I noticed other Honda dealerships had some in transit. He told me that my plan to get a new vehicle next Saturday didn't make any sense when I could've got it today, "the vehicle is right there, it doesn't make any sense".I repeated that there was a reason that I was waiting and still planned to come next Saturday, he then stated "well come see us then" & immediately walked away, back into the building without further conversation as if I was wasting his time. Never answered my question regarding new inventory, never gave his card or name (I know it from the website now), or anything else.Had he actually stayed and listened, he would've got an actual sale as my mom intended to test drive the vehicle she liked from the website and buy today. We were only there because I was showing her the vehicle that I test drove at another dealership and also she wanted to test drive to ensure the vehicle she saw online is what she actually wanted. I will not be back to this dealership based on this experience alone. My mom also stated that she wouldn't purchase from this dealership after this negative interaction and will continue to look elsewhere.

Randy was great to work with. He is not a high pressure sales guy and we really appreciate that characteristic. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Bommarito Honda. I think this purchase may have been even easier than the first. We live in Saint Peters. There are several Honda dealerships much closer but our experiences at Bommarito have been so good, we won't go to another Honda dealership again.

Terrible, I completely regret getting my new car from here! Run away, within 30 days I've already had it in the shop twice! And it's a 2024 civic sport. Financial adviser is pushy, felt forced to sign. I wanna just get rid of the car at this point and shop somewhere else!

My experience with Mike Rosen and Michael skinner at Bommarito Honda was excellent and flawless. Very smooth experience the whole way through from getting all the information on the vehicle I was interested in, trading in my car, paperwork and warranty, and setting up the new vehicle the way I wanted it to drive off the lot. I love when I come to get my car serviced. Everyone is great . Very nice and the guys here makes your visit easy breeze! I love the fact that you get FREE CAR WASHES!! EVERYDAY!!! Y all . I worked with Nicholas at Bommarito Honda. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Nick was very polite and extremely helpful. He not only asked what kind of vehicle we were looking for, he showed us the exact car I bought. He explained in detail every feature of the car in a way I understood! He was patient and answered all of my questions. I can say, from the experience, that he is an honest and trustworthy guy. He made the car buying process so smooth and advocated in my best interest every step of the way. Jamie was the financial representative I worked with. He explained every part of the contract and the expectations on both sides of the contract. Buying a car at Bommarito Honda has been a smooth process. I visited Bommarito Honda today to replace tires on my 2021 CRV. Justin was terrific. The pricing was very competitive. I had originally planned to replace my tires at a local tire store. I m very happy with the service and pricing at Bommarito Honda. The team was quick, efficient, and friendly. I will gladly recommend them and use their services again.

Cameron and Don were the best team and I will be coming back to Bommarito Honda for our next car. Don went above and beyond to make take care of me as his customer.
