I sat for hours not once but twice only to be told my income didn t meet their standards. Another slap in the face was she said come on up we found you a vehicle, but when I got there I was told we had to remove your co-signer because he didn t have enough credit established when at first she told me I could use him. I m not putting her name out there because I won t humiliate her like she did me.One last thing my son and noticed was everything white person or persons that came into their establishment was treated with nothing but respect and was waited on quickly. But all the African-Americans and blacks had to wait long periods of time. And no I m not racist or prejudice by no means I m just telling my truth on how my son and I were treated.THIS WAS NOT THEIR PARTS DEPARTMENTI M WRITING THIS REVIEW ABOUT THE SALES DEPARTMENT !!!I JUST WANTED TO MAKE THAT CLEAR !!!

This dealership runs a site called FordPartsPros dot com and they will advertise parts that they do not have and cannot even get. I called before placing my order and was told to go ahead and order so I gave them almost seven hundred dollars. Then days later Jasen Vandiver emails me, no call, and tells me my order is cancelled and it will take up to five days to get my money refunded. Very unprofessional business. Amazing experience. We had baby number 2 on the way and needed to trade in. We still owed on the car We had with damage. I had nearly no credit since I never had a loan before. I walked out with a car THE NEXT DAY. Thank you so much for helping my family!

I have come here for service for all the required maintenance. They take appointments to make it easy. The waiting. Room has plenty of seating, ice cream, water and snacks for free. As well as a large TV.They can get busy at the service counters when checking in and out first thing in the morning and middle of the dayThey also provided me shuttle service when I could not wait for the service to be done.

Very business oriented. Let's get you in and out.. and sometimes get so busy they forget to call and say vehicle is done. I have never had a repeat issue

I utilized the EV Charger to Charge my car. I sat in the waiting area for about an hour while my car charged. Staff was friendly
