I was rear ended by an SUV on 270. I've got a 2022 Nissan and the damage was over $12,000. Considering all the parts that had to be replaced, and needed to fit/match perfectly together, they did excellent work. My car was like new again and everything works perfectly. Someone recently pulled out from a parking lot so now a few months later, I've got front end damage which was not fixed perfectly. In hindsight I should have taken it back to Bommarito Collision in Hazelwood.

I purchased my 2023 Ford Edge from Bommarito Ford. When I was re ended a couple months later. I did not think twice about taking my car to Bommaritto Collision. I was treated so well at the dealership. This part of Bommarito business group needs a major overhaul or needs ti be eliminated. I received a check directly from the insurance company I explained this to the collision repair. They told me i would have to deposit the check in my account and then pay them. OK. When my car was done and i went to pay for the work i was then told we don t take personal checks over 1000 dollars . They did encourage me to pay with a card with a 3% fee. They work with the insurance companies daily. They should be doing everything in their power to accommodate customers and make the experience the best it can be. Not alienate customers and make them feel as if they have been scammed. I will never return. I will advise everyone i know to go anywhere but here

Steve Brown has the worst customer service ever. I have never had a major accident, so I was not sure how the whole process works with the insurance company and the body shop. I emailed Steve asking him to please contact me once they hear back from the insurance company before they start the $15,541.46 worth of work on my vehicle. He called me being EXTREMELY rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he just made excuses on why Steve was rude to me. I will never spend that much money with a body shop that allows their employees to speak to customers in that manner. I wouldn't spend $2 at this place. Needless to say, I picked up my vehicle and took it to Caliber in Florissant. Don't waste your time here. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This is absolutely the worst place to bring your car. Had an accident in August they had my car for 6 months. When I went to pick it up they had not fixed the bottom portion that had been messed up in the accident. They ended up fixing it but then the Air conditioner wasn't working when it was clearly working the day of accident. Insurance company said it was their fault. After that they tried to act like it wasn't their fault took us around and around about it. Finally my husband had to go another route to get it fixed. To me my car still isn't fixed well. Please do not take your vehicle to them.

This review is not about the body shops work quality or anything like that. I would like to publicly and personally thank Dave S. He has kept me informed about my vehicles status thru a long and difficult claims process with progressive. He has treated me like a person instead of a number. Although; I don t have my vehicle back I am confident that Dave would not let my vehicle leave the shop in anything less than perfect preexisting condition.Five stars for Dave for fighting progressive to get parts for my vehicle

How in the world do you trust a company that would return your vehicle with fresh scratches after having an undershield and rear bumper replacement? Very unusual and I will be reaching out to Corporate compliance to voice my concern. I am beyond livid!

I had a accident and had my vehicle repaired here service started out ok went down hill from there had my vehicle 2months and 6days claiming that the part was on backorder for that long but when I picked up my vehicle they text & email for a review on their services I fell places like this take advantage of women more so then men I will never bring my car back to this location cost me $1074.74 for the extra month for the rental car wouldn't provide a loaner which they should've for the delay the only good services at this location is when you buying and tires the rest I advise you to seek from another location

Worst, most difficult business transaction I've ever experienced at any automotive dealer or shop, ever! It took so long, and it was just a hot mess the entire time. The mistakes they made were basic beginner stuff. The lack of skill here was embarrassingly bad. I made so many trips back to the shop to get them to finish their work (or remove tools left inside my car body). It was just a big joke to them. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I highly recommend trying Clement Ford instead! It's worth a little drive.

Took my car there for a minor dent and paint repair. The repair/paint job on the car was perfect. Have absolutely no complaints on the quality of the work. My complaint is only on the length of time it took. Was estimated to take a week because my repair required no new parts. Took 2 weeks. Appointment was booked 6 weeks in advance. Was never called. I called multiple times. Actually finished it on one of the days I had called, no phone call. They let it sit there overnight. Called next morning. Had to wait until they got to the paperwork before I could get it back. Didn't seem to have any urgency to help me get my car back. Price was fair. Body work and paint was flawless. However, be prepared for the service to take longer than quoted.

The damage to my car occurred in September. The shop wasn't able to get me scheduled until January because my car was still drivable. I dropped my car off on January 3. After inspecting my car, they found additional damage and they couldn't work on my car until my insurance was notified or gave permission or something for them to continue. They were unable to start until January 16 (I think). Their computers were down the first week of January and again on January 25. I don't believe any of these complications were solely the fault of Bommarito Collision Center, but I do think there has got to be something that occurred to me that could have been handled better, be it by me, my insurance, and/or Bommarito Collision Center.

Would not recommend had airbag replacement done and minor body work. Airbag light came on went back all he had to say was will get back to you 6months later no call or resolution ran code was a sensor my research and understanding this should have been replaced won't be back, also 2 month wait to get back

Considering the damage it was a very fast turn around. They made sure I got new Honda parts for everything. They did a great job overall with the repairs. I post this review in hopes they decide to take it seriously. My vehicle was sent to them from the service center (which I love). It was two weeks later when I received a call asking what was on my claim. Insurance company was very smooth and quick with the process, however lack of/poor communication from the Collision center was consistent. My return date was consistently changed. The sheer lack of communication and people skills was mind-blowing. To put it in better words, it seemed as if it was a hobby job and nothing they took serious. I exhausted my rental days with the insurance company, they had no loaner cars available, I still had to work but luckily the school year had just finished. (I drive my children to and from school). Simultaneously my mother's health took a turn for the worse. I went from visiting my mom prior to this 3-4 times a week to not seeing her at all, then she's in the hospital. I expressed the urgency of my need for my vehicle as it had already been over 2 MONTHS! I was consistently met with an "I understand!" Had I not contacted the insurance company and informed myself as to what was happening, my entire claim would've been denied. All because they either misplaced paperwork sent from THEIR service center or just didn't read them. I specifically requested to not be sent a survey as my displeasure was gonna be reflected. Luckily I got my vehicle back in time to hold my mom's hand as she took her last breath! The process was unorganized, not customer service based, and stressful beyond my own belief. This is a very true account and I stand behind this 100%.

Definitely would never recommend. Got into an accident on June 22nd. I am still without my car. It s been over two months now. They sent in and initial estimate based off of pictures I uploaded to my State Farm app. How they can see what needs to be repaired from pictures is beyond me. They ve called multiple times throughout the two months just to tell me they are submitting new estimates. Definitely not efficient use of time. My car supposedly is finished but I can t pick it up because they had to send in yet another supplement. Now I m told that I have to wait for yet another appraiser to send confirmation of their supplement just so I can pick up my car that s already done. Will not be taking my car back here anytime.Service: Auto maintenance

They do good work but 2weeks ended up being 2months. One week paint was finally done next week got same excuse. Next week waiting for parts that should have been ordered day one. 2weeks later again just got out of paint. I really miss the good old days of I mean what I say and I say what I mean. My word is with out question. I know those days belong to the old fashioned way of thinking.but it's still sad

Top notch repair shop...5stars of course! They fixed my Audi Q5 after a theft and I received my car back in excellent condition! Steve Kuntz was my service guy and he is an angel! He took his time and listened to every complaint I had and made it his business to rectify everything and get my car back to me in the best possible position. They have a customer for life and I will always recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks so much guys!

I felt like I got great customer service. I did feel like the insurance was milked a bit and the car took 10days longer than initially quoted but I get supply chain issues at this time. They paid my rental during the extended repair there. I would go back and do recommend them all things considered.

My first visit last Friday was very pleasant. I walked in and the front office staff was busy and friendly, also in a good mood. Yay for Fridays! The rep (Dom) who helped me was professional and knowledgeable and my estimate for repairing the front bumper was done in a few minutes. I will update my review once I set my appointment and the bumper has been repaired. So far so good!

Took my daughters car here for repair due to theft attempt.For the most part, this was a easy experience. Communication could have been a little better(not sure if it was insurance or Bommarito) but overall I would use them again. Everyone in the office was helpful in getting answers. My car has been there for a month and a half. The staff member who answered the phone was condescending and rude. I had to work with her because I couldn't get a hold of the assigned rep today. They will not release my car because Allstate has not paid the bill. I do not know why they are doing work on a car for things that Allstate has not agreed to pay, but perhaps that's the process. Seems like at that point they should ask if I'm willing to pay as they would if insurance wasn't involved, but what do I know? All this wouldn't be a huge problem (although I am beyond sick of this rental) except for the fact that I have to pay for a rental car while they "work on it with Allstate." The only one with any skin the game is me. I can pay for a rental until they figure it out or pay an extra $2200 out of pocket, no biggie. Never mind the fact that they have taken a month and a half to do the work and now my car is just sitting there while I pay daily. And, never mind the fact that if I pay the $2200 they have zero reason to do anything to explain to Allstate why the work was necessary. PS - this is for a minor fender bender. Exacerbated by the fact that Bommarito Toyota didn't previously repair an axle correctly. The collision center found that during the fender bender repair. Was super excited to know that my family was driving around on a broken axle. Just go to a different dealer for your car and stay away from Bommarito Collision Center for your repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I was told my car would be done in 4-5 days. A mere 4 weeks later I picked it up. They waited late in the 1st week to start on car. Started tearing it down and then realized they had the wrong parts. Had to order correct parts which took 5 days to receive. Waited another 2-3 days then started on it again only to find a mice or mouse chewed thru an airbag cable. Would not do any work on car until I figured out how I was going to pay for additional work. When I argued this damage occurred while they had the car so they should pay for it, they simply said there was no way it happened here. So I am to believe there is no way a mouse got in the car when it sat for 1-1/2 weeks tore apart at the shop. Instead, I am to believe that this damage occurred while the car was at my house still completely assembled and I have never ever had any mouse/mice damage in my entire life to a vehicle. Sorry but would give a zero rating if possible. Never Never again... Too many other reputable places available to be treated like this...

My vehicle was totaled but I sort of wish I could have been privy to the process, I was with the pov for many years and has plans for a new set of struts and AC and catalytic converter, I don't have the ability to do repairs myself but I would have liked to know my options, perhaps this was best

Four weeks to repair/replace the outer door panel, the alternator, and the battery. If AAA wasn't footing the bill for the rental I'd be even more upset than I already am; it's 2.5 hours of work. If your shop is that busy maybe don't set up accounts with auto insurance brokers.

Only had an estimate so far, but friendly service, free ice cream, bottled water, and coffee while you wait, and most importantly ABLE TO FIND MY RARE STOCK VOLKSWAGEN BUMPER

My friend needed an estimate for repair on his vehicle. He called ahead to find out where to take it, since they have 2 Collision Offices. When we arrived they had no record of his call and sent him to their other office. That wasn't the right place, so we went back to the first one. Eventually they found his information. They were very apologetic, but all that running around was totally unnecessary and disrupted his entire schedule for the day. We were very disappointed with the service.

I was told today that the car I purchased on September 30th that the customer who traded it in couldn't find the title. How is it possible for you to trade in a car without a title!!! This car can be stolen it could have a salvage title anything, in addition to the fact that you don't have a title for me now you telling me it's 2 months wait on the Illinois side and the one month wait on Missouri side due to backlog which means my temporary plates will expire as well as my inspections and I have to wait 3 months to drive a car that I purchased in September so I won't be driving until next year how is any of this fair to me it's not because I'm going to incur late penalties because I haven't registered the car within a 30 days. Shaking my head!!!!! I know what your reply is call and speak to a manager WELL this came from your floor Manager who I spoke to 10/20/2021 handled the original sale. So I returned the van on 10/28/2021 because the temp tags were out the next day and again Randy says 10-12 weeks before the title is back and what he could not do for me. I brought my brother along because I was going to need a ride. My brother said 4 words (she needs something today) and he hopped into action and I was given a vehicle to drive until the title comes in.
