If you re looking for a place to take your car for repairs Auto World is the place to go. Paul and Branden are the two that you will probably meet when you called or go to Auto world they are both very professional and courteous and realistic. Paul is the life of the shop. He s hilarious courteous and polite and he really works with you on pricing on getting your car fixed, I continue to go there because of his personality and how he treats me and his honest. so give Auto World a try ask for Paul

I have been using auto world for all my vehicle needs . I have been able to culminate a working relationship with auto world over several years. Paul V is a provider of great vehicle service and a professional through and through, this man went so far as to deliver a battery to my home . You could not ask for better service from an automotive company. Five stars all day long!

People beware! This mechanic will play with your wallet but won t actually ever fix anything. We ve taken the truck to this shop on countless occasions and spent thousands of dollars with them. Thinking we were getting our truck fixed We pick it up today, AFTER the manager tried to charge me ANOTHER 1,300 for something they fixed in November, start driving and the truck is still having problems. I call the shop and before I can even start questioning it, he s apologizing saying they didn t get the coils put in the truck. Like what??! That s why my trucks been there since Monday morning??! Anddddd you already had us pay AND overcharged me to boot! I was told over the phone my bill would be small and that the coils were 100 dollars a piece. I guess this is cheap for them Who knows how many people they ve sent out thinking their car was fixed, and all they have is a big chunk of money missing from their account!

Had an issue with my old honda where the check engine light came on and the vehicle wouldn't shift past first or second gear. Luckily, AutoWorld was nearby and I was able to limp over to the shop. The employees at AutoWorld were super helpful, told me straight up what they thought the issue was, and looked at the vehicle to diagnose the problem. I was in a bad spot and they definitely could have taken advantage of the situation, but they helped me out and got my vehicle running again in a few days and all for under $200! Excellent service.

It's irritating when you schedule a week in advance for a safety & emissions test. Just to be told 15 minutes before your appointment that the tests can't be done, due to being under new management and the equipment needed isn't there. You had a whole week to call the customer back and communicate that information.Update, Paul called and rectified the matter. I do appreciate the prompt response, and providing an alternative solution.

Spent over $6,000 for warranted work in 2023 at this place, and our Ford truck continues to have the same problems. 120k miles on it, and new owner now says the truck is just old. 6k spent and he's yelling at my husband? Warranted work means nothing here.

Took my 87 Chevy g20 in for a safety inspection this morning. First words out his mouth for did you take the kids out of it? Then as he hands keys to guy who would be inspecting it. He tells him the keys are for the chomo van. Very rude, very unprofessional. I will never bring anything else back to them. Nor will I ever recommend them to anybody. I am a paying customer. Well I was until today. No customer deserves this kind of out right disrespect. What they may think is funny. I did not find amusing. Have a nice day.

We were traveling from California to North Carolina. Since we are on a schedule we went through three states without AC. Found Auto World with Google and they took us in right away. It was easy peezy. Great service, great people.

First and foremost it is hard to find a reputable mechanic to work on older vehicles. That being said a friend of mine recommend Auto World Tire & Auto to me, so I called them and had my vehicle towed in. They were professional, courteous, transparent and upfront about the pricing to fix my vehicle and when it would be estimated done.After having a battery of suspension work done between the front of the vehicle and the rear of the vehicle they even gave a honest recommendation based of the mileage of the vehicle. Prices were reasonable for the amount of work done. Vehicle drives great and better than before.I will recommend Auto World Tire & Auto to anyone looking for an honest mechanic for their vehicles needs. I rolled in on a flat at 0600. They let me k ow that I needed tires however, my tire was able to be aired at NO CHARGE. They even refused to take a $20 tip. Honesty is hard to come by this day and age. It was nice not to be treated differently as a woman. They truly were a blessing that day. Probably my blessing of the week!!!!! Thank you for being awesome!

Fantastic service! They were doing my vehicle inspection in addition to repairing my brakes. My vehicle gave them challenges while replacing the master cylinder and the fix took longer than expected but they figured out the problem without having to replace any other parts and kept the cost at a very reasonable price. Came in early on a Friday they pulled my car in almost immediately. Called me a few hours later to let me know what was going on. Paul was A-MAZ-ING!! Explained everything and didn't talk to me like I was stupid because I was a woman. Got my car fixed before the end of the day, even picked me up from my house. Now my "Penny" purrs like a kitten. I 100% recommend them. I appreciate them for doing such a good and efficient job!!! They do good work... Professional. Usually diagnose accurately. However, they can be expensive.. I think the front desk service ppl work on commission..because they try to get you to spend as much as possible.. Lol. Seriously

I just found out, months after they replaced a tire, that they failed to put the wheel lock key back in the package in trunk. So now I have to pay another compnay to destory my wheel locks in order to remove the wheels... Go elsewhere.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had a flat tire pulled into the shop because I couldn t loosen the lug nuts and they loosened them and replaced a stripped lug nut all for free these are god people and they do great work

Auto World is one of the most outstanding establishments I know...They give outstanding service from time you enter in..even when you call. They integrity intact. They never tried to pressure sale me and I saw many oportunties where they could'be not only with me but others.I thank Codie the manager and All the crew that ever serviced me. This place is great..I trust them more than the dealership...They have never directed wrong...always found away to get me in-out in timely manner.....and they do be busy...they even give you ride if you can't stay and wait....They are good...Great mechanics- service people.Next time you need service...especially people who don't know much about car repairs I found them to be trustworthy

I've been taking my vehicles there for several years. They are honest, friendly, and helpful. They are ALWAYS willing to work with you to try get things done for the lowest cost possible. At the same time, they do high quality work. They are BUSY, but there is a good reason for that. Often times they diagnose issues and I have them do some work and I take it home and do some work myself to save money. They are always open to that and completely understand the need to save money.

They are literally the best out there when it comes to accommodation. I drove up there, and within an hour they had all 4 brakes done. And not just done. But done great. No detail was spared.The front desk is absolutely amazing they make you laugh while you wait and I would recommend to any of my family. Or my un-knowledgable girlfriend. They do not take advantage if their customers.

The owner and manager is absolutely amazing. This business actually cares about their customers. The customer service is excellent.I had an issue right before closing, not only did they wait for me to arrive; the manager and owner jumped right on the problem and stayed 40 minutes passed closing until I was able to drive off the lot.Don't waste your time going anywhere else for any car services.I am a life long customer to this establishment. Job well done Sirs.

They were nice and friendly but almost costed me a lot of money when they miss Diagnosed my driveshaft and u joints for being bad. Luckily Mike from Pop's auto garage saved us.

This shop said it was gonna be thousands of dollars to fix after having it a week when they said 2 days and finally said he put in on back burner because there was two many issues to fix and had other people in front of me. So I stopped work on it and brought it to my dealer Deien Chevrolet and they got it in in a few hours and had it fixed it was just a bad distributor cap and not the thousands they said it was gonna be. I would never recommend this shop at all.and had to pay a diagnostic fee for 150 for nothing they couldn't even find the correct issueService: General repairs & maintenance

After searching for about a week to get my windshield replaced I came across Auto World. I was able to not only get a very reasonable quote compared to other shops but would've been able to get in the day I called (Monday) due to their availability. I spoke and dealt with Paul, he has outstanding customer service. He made sure I was in and out within no time. Adam was able to take me home while I waited and picked me up when the work was complete. He was such a pleasure to talk with during the car ride. I look forward to working with them again.
