Came in to do laundry. That's a joke. Two washers only one works with 4 dryers. The folding counter is small, and the room itself is a tight fit unless you're petite. Machines use quarters, card, or csc mobile pay app.The showers are decent. There are 8 showers, and at least they are hot and an average size. The attendant for the shower is right on. Very little wait for showers.Arbys food was fresh, strawberry milkshake delicious. Not busy until after we came in. Gyro was good. Poppers were hot and fresh. The staff was polite and tried to get ordered out quickly. The store was well stocked but a little crowded. The hot case food looked good. Cashiers were friendly but were rushing.

Very clean store with professional and friendly staff, with Arby s attached to store that has good food with quick friendly service.The truck parking lot is laid out pretty good and relatively easy to get into spots.Showers are very clean, the fuel alley are large enough and clean, fresh coffee, well stocked and greater customer service.

This pilot is great, newer remodel. Clean with plenty of parking. Never had any issues with showers, always clean with hot water. Has an Arby s, and PJ Fresh hot food, buffalo chicken pizza is great!

If you have a passenger vehicle and need diesel fuel, you have to pull in with all the semi trucks, and there is one spot for RVs where you can get passenger vehicle fuel but the pump is on the wrong side and there was no way to get turned around and in the correct directions with the line of semis that was there. We had to just move on to the next exit and find a different gas station.

The showers need to be deeply cleaned. Pretty sure I saw mold in mine. But the nastiness of the store doesn't stop there as it seems the whole store could use a deep clean. It's disappointing to see when so many other Pilot locations are much better kept up. While the employees were somewhat nice I did get the feeling that they couldn't care less about what was going on in the store. Management really needs to do a better job about teaching customer service and how to properly clean.

Nice place to stop when traveling. Great food selection. Pizza looked so good in deli section. Bathrooms were clean.

I definitely recommend this pilot for a long stay I like it because it has an Arby's ando te parking lot is big. Here you can eat good clean food parking is really big and spacious and comfortable which is a plus has a lot of diesel pumps and gas pumps as well service are okay but it still essential good

I generally try to stop at bigger chain gas stations . National brands should give confidence of certain level of cleanliness and standards. Apparently I need to cross Pilot off the stop here list. Store is gross and dirty. Bathrooms are even worse. Toilets and sinks aren't automatic flush or motion activated.

Long wait for showers. Guy who cleans showers cleans showers then never makes them available. Makes no sense Nobody at this pilot likes to work at night. They are lazy. Shower 4 barely gets hot. Low water pressure

I'm a drive I had do a 34hour restart in my time at this truck stop start out pretty good some employees was very nice some very entertaining it never fails someone come to work and try to force customers use self check out line it our choice not use self check out we don't work for pilots or any other truck stop .that why they have them it ur job to check ppl out .the three and register everyone to stand in line to be waiting on , no one want to do self check but this one employee try to force the customer to use the self check i should had got his name but didn't alot of ppl left the store some got out his line went stand in other line . Everyone don't like self check out STOP Trying To FORCE PPL

It helps when the store is cleaned up but when the employees are lazy & disrespectful it doesn't make a difference what the building is like. This Pilots foundation is about to fall apart if they don't open their eyes to a very disrespectful employee by the name of Tanisha, she doesn't know how to do her job at all, unless her job entitles her to eat pizza & guzzle down soda like she'll never run out of it! Corporate hello, district manager, manager, SOMEBODY, desperately needs to handle the situation!

DONT PUT GAS HERE.THEY ARE SELLING DIRTY, BAD GAS.I completed it put full regular gas here ,and right away around 4 miles after, a check engine light showed up to my dashboard, that s means they selling bad gas, maybe mix to another type of mixture, or too much air, etc. That s affects my motor and now I have pay for repairs and hopefully the engine light goes off.

Always an exceptional experience and there is always a parking spot if your creative enoff. Also I may just be lucky but the veiw I get at night is amazing. This pilot should start taking advantage of the sunsets they get for photos.

Haven't cleaned showers since last night, you hear the same excuses over and over at this place so it's not even worth asking why. No hot food, no pizza, no one to be found in Arby's. It says a lot when I would prefer to stop in West Memphis.

Thank you Gloria for making this experience so uncomfortable that we walked out hungry. Crackheads in every corner, and employees were screaming across the gas station giving attitude to each other and causing havoc. We just wanted to pay in cash using the cash only register, however Gloria tried to force us to use the self check out to swipe our card. We did not want to use card as we were in the cash only line for check out. She then proceeded to harass another customer calling him a dogger and then made a scene when we once again requested to pay with cash. I RAN from this gas station.

I had a stellar experience here good sized lot lots of hot food I didn't visit Arby's but the showers were very clean and the staff was super nice and courteous

Store is poorly managed. even with self checkout being available, the staff doesn't perform the other tasks like keeping things clean and stocked or getting to showers in a timely manner is areas of the store that isn't managed. I think the manager is enabling laziness

Went to the restroom before getting something to eat. While washing my hands, I watched an employee of Arby s walk out of a locked toilet stall still typing on his phone, bypassing the sinks completely, and out the door. After washing my hands, I looked to see where he went, yes, you guessed it, back behind the counter. I just lost my appetite.

Cashiers in the truck stop were very friendly & lots of hot food choices. I also went into Arby s & friendly people & good food there as well. Remodeling But everything was clean & stocked. I ll stop again for sure

Third class people employed here specifically one woman whose in late 40 she never greets and super rude she deserves to be terminated from cx services and work as toilet cleaner. That's fact.i am sure they are following footsteps of owner, I saw negative remarks he never try to apologize, lol like father like son .in short cheap .

When we started using the pump, the pump came off the pipe and spilled the gasoline all over our car and on the ground. I ran into the store and warned the people at the cashier. Because we were using the app to pump, our card was still charged for the gas leak. We asked about the charge to the cashier, and the middle-aged woman got annoyed with us and told us it was only $.25 (it was actually $.81) and didn t offer a refund. We didn t care much about the $ but got very annoyed that number one, nobody seemed appreciative of that we stayed with the pump so that nobody could use it and we placed trash bins in front of two pumps that had gasoline all over. It could have been very dangerous but the people seemed not to care. The pilot tries to be QT for truck drivers and travelers. They can copy the hardware (buildings and food) but cannot duplicate the software, people unless they start hiring right people and train them properly.

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.I can tell that they have not been properly cleaned for over 12hrs due to the literal dried feces in the corner of one of the stalls.This is of course before the smell of standing urine makes you sick.I do not recommend stopping here; especially if you are needing to take a break and freshen up.This location needs to take some serious hints from the Matthews, MO Flying J and literally clean up their service.

I will never shop here again. Worker takes $16.00 of your pilot points for a shower when u tell her you have 6 shower credits. Unfortunately I didnt realize that until a day later. When you call pilot about it they don't understand and you only get a third of what they cheated you. The girl kept saying the receipt was messed up and printed it like 6 times only to realize that was the receipt. I'm considering changing to all Loves for my transactions pilot is starting to cost me to much of what I've earned.
