I have a 2007 Ford F150 four-wheel-drive, I had a shimmy in the rear end. When I was going around corners, they knew what the problem was right away, and put a recall kit problem solved. Also worked on my 1990 Ford F150, no spark you fix that. Also within a reasonable time. they always been honest with me and upfront, and told me the truth no beat around the bush.

Had some engine troubles and Todd s team was able to diagnose it as timing chain issues and make the repairs within a week. Communication was great and work was perfect.

Todd is a master mechanic. His manager is thorough and descriptive on all services. My kids and neighbor use him and have all had good experiences. As a former mechanic and business owner I trust him and his team. My only negative thing is he sometimes has a waiting period. This is do to his quality of work. Repeat customers know it's worth the wait.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

Had my car several times to fix a leak and kept saying they did. They did not. The leak was from a hose that they broke. And I found out from another mechanics. Because they weren't open, they do not answer their phone and they do not put parts in properly.

Todd has been working on our vehicles for 20 years, and we have never been disappointed. Like everything else, his prices have gone up, and he may not be the least expensive, but we can count on an accurate assessment and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, because of his good reputation, getting a vehicle in for service on short notice is a rarity.

I just had my first experience with Todd's and am extremely satisfied. All my questions and concerns were patiently addressed prior to scheduling a very timely appointment. Once my vehicle was analyzed I was contacted to discuss our plan. I was treated with honesty, respect, and fairness, virtues I truly value. I highly recommend Todd's Automotive. My husband and I have been going to Todd s for the last 8 years since we moved to the area. We feel terrible we have not posted a review until now. We are always impressed with their customer service, honesty, and ability to get us scheduled quickly. We do not feel that we have ever been over charged and Todd and Rustin are always able to give us detailed information about our vehicles and any concerns they see that we need to be aware of without the pressure of fixing it if it s not necessary. They have a great crew and are great to work with.

1st time to Todd's today.They got me in 1st thing this morning on very short (one day) notice for an oil change on my wife's car.Very friendly and professional, nice, clean lobby and contemporary Christian music in the background.In and out in less than an hour.Overall great experience.I think I've found my new go-to automotive service.

I'm generally new to the area, I was really nervous about where to trust and take my car for repairs. I read great for Todd's so decided to take a leap of faith. I am truly blown away by their honesty! Each repair has been extremely informative and thorough! Good shop to have work done in... very experienced If there are ever any issues or concerns Todd himself will talk to you and answer any questions or address any concerns. Great service Great prices quick work

I am from out of town and needed a mechanic to do a Pre Purchase Inspection on a vehicle. I found them on google and was impressed by the reviews and they did not disappoint. Rustin at Todd's automotive was extremely professional, thorough, on time, and was very fairly priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in search for a trustworthy mechanic.

Best repair shop around. Before I knew about Todd s, I had tried a couple other places and never had a good experience. Communication is excellent and pricing is extremely reasonable. Everything you d expect and more from a high quality repair shop. I can t recommend this place enough. They have taken great care of me time and time again on different vehicles. You will not be disappointed.

I am real skeptical about taking my vehicles anywhere. There are several places in the area I will never cast my shadow again. I have had some major bad experiences in Harrisonville. Todd's garage repaired a major oil leak on my Yukon. They were very upfront and honest about everything. They followed through and I now am now spot free on my driveway. I will be sure to give them my business again. Thank you!

I have been to several auto repair shops and different mechanics over the years, but Todd's Automotive is absolutely the best. I came in with a problem where the truck wouldn't start after you touch the gas at all. Had taken it to several other places, but nothing ever got fixed. Todd's Automotive dug in and did some internet searches and came up with a sensor that was the culprit.Will definitely take my vehicles to Todd's when needed.

This shop is very good and informative about the repairs. Had many things repaired on my truck. Everything was done with care. Definitely going back for any future repairs.

I had to have a ball joint replaced and swing arms on both the right and left side. Price was excellent service was excellent they got it done in less time than he had estimated. Very professional and very friendly I will certainly use this business again in the future.

Our Durango broke down on the way to our vacation. Todd got our vehicle in right away and even stayed open late to finish it so we could continue on to our destination. They are genuine, generous people and did a fabulous job!!

I've been using Todd's Automotive for about a year now after having a really bad experience with Clint's Tires. The people at Todd's, and Todd himself, has been nothing but completely honest and straight-forward with me about everything. They are very informative about what the problem is (if there is one) and what it will take to fix it. I don't get a run-around answer and the pricing is reasonable. I recently took a vehicle to them I had bought from an auto dealer in town. They inspected it and found numerous problems that the auto dealer service dept should have found and fixed during their 90 point inspection. They called the owner to come look at the vehicle and showed him all the problems and expressed their feelings about letting a vehicle leave their lot in that condition. As a result, I got problems fixed that would have creeped up and would have cost me almost $1000 to fix.Thanks so much for your honesty and good work Todd's Automotive!

I took a van for a pre-purchase inspection, and couldn't have been more satisfied. After a test drive and 30 point inspection, they determined that the transmission was starting to go out. Todd's auto saved us from spending a few thousand dollars on a lemon, that would have cost us several more thousand dollars to repair in the not too distant future.

Great place to go! Rustin is always super friendly and nice. Usually pretty fast to get us in. We've been using them for 5 years and don't plan on going anywhere else!

This is a class act business. I wish we had some folks in Montana like Todd and the guys at his shop. My car crapped out on me on the way to Arkansas for a funeral and ended up at Todd's. I knew when I left it was in good hands as I continued on in a rental since we had to keep going. Before I left we talked about fishing in the West and when I got back on my way to Montana and picked up the car Todd had a fishing lure a local guy made and gave it to me. That made me feel like I made a friend and I got my car back in safe working order for the ride home. Thanks Todd and look us up if you ever come our way.

What nice, helpful, knowledgeable guys. They checked out a vehicle I was intending to purchase. They showed me the good, the bad and the ugly. Then helped me figure out a better vehicle to fit my needs. I'll be back, boys! For sure.

I previously called and scheduled my vehicle to be worked on on a friday morning. Didn't get in until about noon. Still fixed same day and in a timely manner. Very friendly staff.
