This is my second time here for tires. First experience was okay. The second experience wasn t. They charge a premium price for less than ideal work. Didn t clean gravel dust out from rims before balancing. Beware of shop supply charges on top of the over price cost to replace tires. Getting greedy. I would not recommend this place and will not be recommending anybody go here.

Jon and the team were AMAZING! I haven t been to the shop in a while, but when I needed a quick winter tire change they got it handled for me. I m so appreciative of the friendliness this shop always offers me and their expertise in keeping me on safe tires.

This morning my wife called me and told me she was getting a flat tire, we live 40 minutes away from where she works. It's currently 5 degrees outside and I have 2 younger daughters I would have to wake up and bring with me to swap vehicles and try and get the tire fixed. Fortunately for me Jon came in clutch. He offered to drive to my wife's work, get some air in the tire to get it to the shop, get her a ride back to work, and get my wife's tire fixed. I'm completely impressed at the consideration and generosity that these guys have. I cannot thank them enough. If your looking for a business that cares about its customers, this is the spot. Thank you again Jon. Respect!

They got us in and out in no time and got us the best deal possible for tires on our trailer. Would highly recommend going here for tires! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very respectful. We will definitely be back in the future for any vehicle/trailer needs we may have.

Very pleasant service. Jon even spoke with a smile in his voice. They saved me money, and they also booked me for the very next day. I will definitely be back, a bit of a drive for me but totally worth the time. PS I was originally recommended by a friend.

These guys have really come through for me. I have a company vehicle that is managed by Wex. Wex is horrible to deal with. These guys worked late to get a same day brake job done for me that I did not have an appointment for. They were able to work me in and got it done. They were swamped and bent over backwards to help me out. These guys love to help out and will continue to get my business.

This is first time we have thought about doing a review on a tire shop but it has to be said. Jon Barnhill got new tires for my husband's truck. He walked my husband through the process of picking out the best tire at the best price. Jon was very knowledgeable and we didn't feel rushed into making a decision. He was very pleasant and very profession. We had a very enjoyable experience and will be using Roberts Tire Center exclusively in the future! Thank you!Service: Tires

Had my van in for a check up. Just wanted to make sure everything was in good shape. 45 minutes later.they were done. They checked tires, brakes, test drove for any abnormal noises, topped off any fluids, Very very nice ppl working there. Repaired a van seat. The young man at the desk greeted me with a smile as I walked in, made me feel welcomed and a valued customer as he has before. Not my 1st visit in the last 3 yrs. Definitely will continue to recommend Robert's Tire Service. It definitely didn't end up costing me an arm & a leg. Thank you so much Robert's your definitely are the best!!

100% recommend Roberts tire!! They tire saved me. Only place in town that was open on a Saturday morning and carried a tire size that worked to get me back on the road. They went above and beyond to help me and were professional and reasonably priced.

I took my car there first to get my tire sensors fixed, me and my 1 year old son stayed in the lobby and everyone was so kind! The repair was fast and really fair pricing. We ended up taking it back later on when the car was rumbling, they diagnosed it and showed us photos and a video of what was going on (which I ve never had a mechanic do!). My family moved from Kansas this year and needed our inspections for both vehicles. The mechanics worked very quickly and Jon at the desk was very kind and explained some services we could benefit from without making us feel pressured! 100% the best in Harrisonville . I broke down on my way through town and these guys were the best. They gave extra effort to get me up and running and back on the road in record time and I can't say enough good things about them. You can trust them to be honest and take care of you. You will not be disappointed. To John and Danny and Austin and Scott and anyone else who worked on my Jeep...thank you. You made miracles happen. This all happened on a Friday whenever else was on closed. Go to Robert's Tire Center...they do more than tires and they take care of you.

Huge shout out to Robert's Tire! About a month ago I bought 2 new tires and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. Today, I brought in 2 tube tires from my lawn mower to have them sealed and aired up and I was in and out within 5 minutes. They are extremely efficient and John that works up front is extremely pleasant as well. My husband and I will definitely be using them from here on out for all our needs!Service: Tires

Service is excellent, prices are competitive, but at this point I would pay more not to get hit on or approached with rudeness or condescension. I'm just so sick of it, and I hate even more having to pay for it.I've been to these guys multiple times for various issues. They're quick and honest. The most recent time, I found a mistake and brought the car back - they were very cool about it, and it turned out it was my error. They were cool about that, too.When I asked these guys about a service they don't provide, they directed me to someone nearby who does instead of taking my money and doing a garbage job at it.Thank you, gentlemen (also a couple ladies, I think?), for keeping it in the 21st century. Full stars best service I could ever ask for! I was in a state of panic when I was stuck in harrisonville with a flat I couldn t fix (no spare tire ) I called 4 different shops and no one could help me, finally I called Robert s and John helped me immediately I was a mess and in tears and he calmed me down and sent help right away. Thank you for showing compassion and helping me when I was in need and everyone else was less than willing to help! I will 100% refer all my friends and family to this amazing business!

I was several hours from home, by myself. I had gotten into an accident that scared me senseless and they went above and beyond to make me feel better as I was stuck there all day until help could arrive. John at the front desk ordered me food, gave me medicine, their cold filtered water from the back and pulled my car around so I could sit alone inside while I got through sickness from anxiety attacks and crying. They did not have to do all they did to make me feel comfortable, and John deserves all the praise. Thank you so much for making a horrible experience somewhat better thanks to your compassion.

Great people and wonderful service! They were able to get the tires in the SAME DAY when other places were either out of stock or had a 10-15 day wait period. Prices were better than all the other places we checked. They took really good care of us and no one treated me like a 'dumb female' like a lot of automotive places do. We highly recommend them!

Started off good, I went in for an alignment. They said I needed some new cam bolts for the rear because they were seized. I thought about it and decided to go ahead and let them do it. They came back saying they wouldn't have the parts until the next day. I was ok with that and rescheduled for the next day. I'm a mechanic/ Maintenance man by trade and thought I'd try to break the cam bolts free. I was successful at doing so. I called them to tell them that and they said they couldn't get me in again until the next day. I've already waited a week, driving on an alignment that is damaging my tires. I was under the impression that I had a spot for an alignment even if I didn't need the cam bolts replaced. Apparently I was wrong. This isn't a good way to run a business. I wouldn't reccomend this place.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Roberts always does a great job for us. Only issue was they didn t check and clear my check engine light as requested. Work that was done was quick and reasonably priced. I just needed my oil changed and Roberts Tire Center delivered! I was greeted with a smile and conversation that made me feel they genuinely cared. Got my oil changed, my tires rotated and they even figured out why my low tire pressure light was on. It wasn't because of the 4 tires on the pavement - it was my spare! They are fantastic and I'll never go anywhere else! You owe it to yourself to check them out....you won't be disappointed.Service: Oil change
