On my way back from picking up my Jeep son Jeep, I saw that the tires needed rotating. Upon performing a Google search I saw DLS among other tire shops in the area but decided to go here.I must say that I made the correct choice in choosing DLS. I was greeted with a smile and they were able to get the vehicle in for service within 30 minutes. The cost for the rotation was surprisingly low with the service and attentiveness was second to none.If ever in the area and in need of tire service, I would highly recommend DLS

I was able to get in and out quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely be using DLS again for my car care needs.

Pretty good experience. Guys there don't act like shade tree mechanics and I don't feel like they've hooked their prices like other places have. Being fully honest some of the review here is just for not being terrible like the other places in town I've been to. However I would definitely say that the guys at DLS are on the higher percentage of knowledgeable and hard-working of the industry.

Alternator went out. Called and got my suv in the next day. It was replaced by day after.Friendly service, reasonable price. I usually get my oil changed there also.

DLS is our go to. We ve used them several times from a fifth wheel full tire replacement, a couple of nails in tires needing patched, a full balance/rotate, to a full set of tires on an old passenger car. They are more than happy to help and have never been outrageously priced. When we are in the LS area we don t hesitate on who to take our tire needs to.

I went to DLS for tires, got them, half way through, one of the guys comes to the waiting room and says that they broke 2 of my tire sensors. They have me new ones Thankfully. Then they said my brake pads and roters needed to be changed ASAP. They quoted me for $650. I had my uncle who's been a mechanic for 20 years take a look and he said they still got 15k miles on them.

I had been pleased in the past, but today picked up my truck and was told. " We could not fix your problem why you brought your truck in for. BUT we replaced a Coil and a MAF sensor. "They never called me, to tell me they can not figure out my problem or did not tell me in advance to tell me the Coil and MAF sensor was bad or did not tell the price of the repair. which was 830.00.OWNER how would you feel if you took in your truck to have a problem Fixed and was told. We could not fix your problem why you brought in in for. BUT we found 2 other problems we fixed them without getting an approval. That will be 830.00, you have to pay. Now you got to take it to another repair shop.OWNER how would you feel ? Probably Angry

Had a slow leak in my tire took them 2 1/2 hours to fix it and $27, Seemed little extreme just to fix a bead? after I left, I pulled over to notice valve stem cap was not even replaced and was not installed . I got to hear the owner and office drama while I was waiting. Probably won t go back. FYI discount tire in Belton will fix a flat for free. They also check all the tires while I m there for air pressure. They call that Customer service.

Got mud tires for my daughter's truck at about 50% the cost Firestone wanted to charge. In and out without issue. I'll be back at DLS in the future.

I am editing my previous experience as now they have shown2me what kind of repair facility they truly are. I would have given them zero stars if I could.Since they have new management this place isn't the same. So 6 months ago I had them do so ac work for me and the other day my truck threw a belt. So I figured I can put the belt back on after inspecting everything my ac compressor is no longer secured. I had my truck towed back to them figuring I would have some kind of warranty since they have been the only shop that has worked on my truck. Only to find out that they won't cover the expense of the bolts or labor of the missing bolt and the 2 that broken off. I just picked up my truck the day before after they installed a transmission and I drove to work and was heading back home when my belt came off. So beware if you are looking for a more reliable auto repair shop you may want to look elsewhere. Plenty of places in Harrisonville to take your vehicle for repairs and I'm sure they would stand behind their work. They currently still have my truck and has been there over a week now and wo t start on it now until Monday because the tech was out sick and hasn't given me any communication on any kind of pricing as they want me to pay for something that happened after the only shop to ever work on my vehicle to do any mechanical repairs.

I had a 10:00 appointment they got me right in at 10:00 the manager Stefan is the best! He's polite he listens to what you have to say about your car. He really does care. Now that I know that he's there that's the only place I'll take my cars.

I have been a loyal customer. However this time we went to fix a leak in our tire and technician told us he could not fix the leak as it was already patched. I just bought 4 new tires there was no patch what happened is he patched it and completely missed the hole. I will not go back.

Steffan and guys always get my car in quickly and take care of any issues. Best priced oil change around. They check all fluids and communication is excellent. What else can you ask for.My family has had vehicles aligned, tires purchased, oil changed and minor repairs completed here with no issues.

Great service, they do the job right the first time. Have had them work on my 1 ton dually, a 1987 X1/9 and a tire from a skidloader. All the work was first rate.Just had another visit to DLS, this time to mount 2 lawn mower tires. Again the job was done right and cost half as much as I expected. Great place.

We would give them a 10 star rating if we could!!! We had just had our third tire blowout on our road trip from Washington state to Branson, Missouri!! Luckily, this last one, was just the tread blowing from the entire tire when we were within a mile of the exit to DLS in Harrisonville. We got there and the service was fantastic! Everyone was not only very professional but extremely friendly and helpful!! They worked us right in, changed all 4 tires and got us back on the road very quickly!! Best service, thank you for taking such good care of us!!!
