Super expensive for a little chevy spark, one of the smallest cars on the market it cost 99.00 for a oil change but the staff were quick and profitable in Hannibal Mo.

Employees were friendly, nice and helpful. Just would like them to wipe off all their hand prints from the hood of my car. This business needs to ensure all offered services are available and products are in stock. No washer fluid today. Check list indicated the change oil light indicator had been reset, no I did it. $125 - oil change, rear wiper and air filter. That was quite steep for single income.Service: Oil change

While driving through town on a road trip I realized that my skid plate was loose and rattling. I stopped at Valvoline and their team was so helpful in reattaching it, even though I didn t need an oil change. They even put air in my tires! Great service from a friendly team!

First time here at this location. Employees were hard working, knowledgeable, and polite. They informed me of all the issues with fluids, filters, etc without being pushy with upsells. I was offered replacements but told they were not required and there was zero pressure which is refreshing. Otherwise they were very quick and thorough! Prices are very reasonable and comparable to others in town (especially with online coupons.)

Disappointing service. While everyone was friendly enough I saw a tech pick up and place chucks of dirt and dead bugs on my air filter. Then they over filled my oil and I was charged for it.The Asst. Manager was nice enough when I called, however, I was not convinced this would even be talked about again.

Two trips to this location since Top Gun became Valvoline Instant. At end of first service they said the didn t know how to reset the maintenance required message that lights when oil change is due. Never have I been to an oil change place that didn t perform this service. Second trip, broke clip off of my air cleaner box assembly. Don t think the technician was even going to mention that it broke off until I heard it drop to the oil change pan below and got out and looked for it. Other technician retrieved it and said the box would still be secure with just one clip and wouldn t throw any codes. Never bringing my car here again. I d recommend that you avoid this business.Service: Oil change

I went to Top Gun for over 20 years. Went somewhere else for awhile then returned. A worker walked out and told me my car sits to low for the dip at the entrance. I had to back out and leave. This never was a problem with Top Gun.

Used coupon for $10 off from website. Thomas is quick and efficient and the manager makes it look and sound like a NASCAR pit crew.

Overpriced. They also want you to come back after 3k miles after a synthetic oil change, which is dishonest. Manufacturer recommends 7500-10000 miles for synthetic.
