My Dodge Dart had a recall on it. The folks at Poage sourced the parts and as soon as the.parts came in they set my appointment. My car was in the shop and back to me with minimal interruption to my day. Their first class staff were happy to help and kept me informed every step of the way.

Right:1. Pulled my car into the service bay at the scheduled time.2. After I called you that my oil was leaking all over my driveway, you sent a service person promptly to my house.Wrong: 1. The service person did not tighten the oil filter correctly. 2. Oil leaked out of my new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. 3. Oil spelled all over my driveway. 4. Oil burning on the engine created smoke that went into the interior of my car (no new car smell anymore.) 5. Tech did not bring the correct tools to fix the job. 6. It was a -4 degrees Fahrenheit outside that day. 7. Spent $25 on oil clean up material to get the oil off the driveway and garage floor. What a mess!

Things went very well and the job was done in less time than thanestimated. Got a great assist from a staff member in how to getaround on the various dashboard clusters. I was not aware thatthere were so many options. I'd call it a great visit.

Do not go here! I called ahead to see if a car had any damages or blemishes. I was ensured that it was in great condition with no issues. Then, I drove over 2 hours to get the car and it had scratches all over the exterior and interior. They purposely wasted my time and gas money.

Awesome experience! Tonya went above and beyond to help us. She was a lot of fun to work with! We appreciated them calling in another loan person to help us so we didn't have to drive 4 hours back to pick up our vehicle. I definitely recommend coming here!

Drove by this place and saw a truck I was interested in. I later went to the website provided here and got so flustered with the stupidity of how difficult it was to find the vehicle I was interested in. Seriously, when you check the truck and regular cab box in the filter, why the hell did it show me suv's and cars? That's why I left their site and wrote this.

We left my van at Poage's with the instructions to inspect it and look it over to find any issues that might cause problems on a road trip of several thousand miles. We told them that there was a smell of burnt oil that we were concerned about. After looking it over, they told us that the intake gasket was leaking. They quoted us $1,200 to replace it, the oil pan and the valve cover gaskets. They never called to let us know any other issues or even to let us know that it was finished. When we contacted them, they told us that the bill was $1,600 or $400 over estimate with no call. When asked what was found during inspection they told us that no inspection had been done. Asked again to do an inspection, they found a hole in the muffler. When we looked it over ourselves, we found that the alternator and battery were bad and that my tires were badly dryrotted. When we asked about these issues not being found, we were told "we didn't charge you to look it over and what do you expect for free?"WE TOOK THE VAN TO THEM TO FIND ANY ISSUES THAT MIGHT CAUSE PROBLEMS ON A ROAD TRIP OF SEVERAL THOUSAND MILES. WE FULLY INTENDED TO PAY FOR HAVING IT THOROUGHLY LOOKED OVER AND TO HAVE ANY ISSUES FOUND FIXED!The burnt oil smell is still there so they recommended having the engine pressure washed. They also missed a large crack in the breather hose from the valve cover to the air box.How is this in any way ready for a trip across town let alone across the country?

This is my 3rd Jeep, I previously purchased from another dealership, I will not go back to them after the great experience I had at Hannibal Poage Jeep. The salesman Brad didn t pressure me or bug me to buy, answering all the questions I had, and communicating mostly by text or phone call since I live a hour away really helped the transaction go smoothly. I hate dealing with the finance guy as the other dealership had a real jerk, but that wasn t the case at Poage, their guy(I m sorry, I can t think of his name) was great and very down to earth in his explanations and talked to me (I m buying the car, not my husband) as most I ve dealt with before want to talk to the man of the family . Will highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I can't thank Mike at the Poage Chrysler service department enough. I was visiting Hannibal for the weekend and on Sunday when I got in my car it would not start. I had it towed to their service department and filled out the drop off information without confirming that they could help me in advance. On Monday's they are to open at 7:30 and I arrived at 7:20 just as Mike was walking to my car with a clip board. I introduced myself and we talked. I expressed that I needed to know as soon as possible if I would need to rent a car to return home and then come back to get my car after it was fixed. He said he would call me as soon as he could and did about 50 minutes later! He had great news that it was my thermostat (explained what was happening with that) and that they had the part in stock and it would be fixed within an hour. I was obviously thrilled! I was able to get my car and on the road within two hours of the initial contact we had made. The cost of the service was also a nice surprise. My experiences with dealerships have not been positive in terms of the cost and in this case the amount was more than reasonable! Thank you so much to Mike and the whole service department at Poage Chrysler in Hannibal. I appreciate all you did to get me back on the road safely in such a timely fashion! I reached out online about a 2020 Jeep Renegade. I asked for their best price, and was simply told the regular price which I already could see. Little while later I did get a better price given to me. So I arranged my own financing and everything and was ready to buy. I go to the dealer and took it for a quick drive and then got numbers worked out etc. Next was to wait for finance which there was 1 customer ahead of me. I waited their for over 4 hours. So I ended up being at this dealer from 230 to after 730. I figured since I did the financing work that I should have been in and out within a couple hours. This by far was the worst experience at a car dealer.

Really great customer service, pretty quick process - I'm very impressed.Tyson definitely deserves a raise for his awesome work. There was no annoying long phone calls, everything was mostly text and very to the point.In store, I spent maybe three hours there... Which is always good. No one wants to spend six hours waiting on paperwork to get a car.Everyone who works there is really cool and laid back. The want you to get the best service at the best price for you. Aileen was very easy to work with and answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly. Because we had to drive 7 hours to get the truck, we had to be sure, and she made that possible. Our time at the dealership was not too long and we were able to start the return trip home in reasonable time. And - we love the truck!

Great experience I would recommend this dealership. I wish Chrysler could recognize retired military from the tradiional guard and reserves they don't seem to understand. So far haven't got credit for my over 20 years.6/11/21 highly recommend this dealership. They went to bat for me and i will receive the Military credit. Thanks to Tonya, Brad and all the staff.
