Hit a deer on interstate 72 close to midnight. Was at my location quickly with a flatbed to grab my vehicle. Driver was patient while waiting for my ride to come pick me up. Deborah and all her staff were very kind, patient and helpful with information throughout my experience. Highly recommend using their recovery service when in a pinch!

Service was great even with a slight delay they called to inform me and give me an updated ETA the driver was great and got my car moved with ease. I highly recommend them for great service and care.

On the day I stupidly overfilled my engine oil in the middle of nowhere, Custom Towing was able to get me to a reputable auto care shop to fix my vehicle after hours. Jeremy especially was very professional and provided exceptional service. It was nice talking to him on the truck and getting to know him. Super respectable man and hard worker. My BMW broke down 150 miles from Saint Louis with the nearest facility in Maplewood, Missouri and I called the first towing company I saw listed. My wait time for the drive to arrive was 30 minutes. The driver drove me and my BMW all the way without any hesitation. I received a small discount as well. I was so thankful for their service. They are an bb amazing group of people and if YOU ever need service don t worry- they re always ready 24 hours a day.Service: Car towing

Called this company to tow my friends car back home to Wentzville. Not only were they so helpful and nice they also gave us a heads up on where some fun was in Hannibal. I personally have ised Custom Towing Several times and have received fast, professional and kind help. Today I called and needed them to do a tow with in 30 minutes. With no hesitation I received an immediate call back and the tow I asked for was done right away with no questions asked. Thank you again. You were a life saver! I was four hours away from home when my water pump locked up and my serpentine belt snapped. Custom Towing was contacted by my insurance company's road side assistance provider and they were amazing. The driver was able to advise me over the phone about the most likely source of my issue, which allowed me to adjust the roadside assistance request. He arrived quickly, and both he and his boss were very helpful in dealing with the (clueless) insurance company. Custom's people were honest, forthright, and treated me far better than I could have expected. They helped me find a place that could get my repair done immediately and they were critical in getting me back on the road. They truly went the extra mile in every respect. 5/5 would definitely recommend.Service: Car towing

These guys are absolutely amazing!! My insurance was refusing to pay for the tow and not only did they helped me with that , they ve sent their driver to my home to get the keys from me( I was broke down on the side of the highway so I took the keys home with me). Had a flat and my insurance roadside assistance contacted Custom Towing. They sent Jeremy out and he was fantastic! Polite, professional, timely. Put my spare on and found it to be low on air. Chris was here within the hour of my initial call. He assessed the situation and had a way to get my vehicle out quickly and safely. Knowledgeable, friendly, great attitude and service not seen often in these days. I would highly recommend this company and especially Chris if you can get him. Huge thanks to Jeremy for his customer service and patience. He happened to be driving by minutes after we broke down between towns, and he waited while we tried to communicate with insurance and nearby shops before we were able to find somewhere to take our car in. The cost of the tow was very reasonable as well. Very grateful to have had their help.

Simply AWESOME!! The ONLY choice for our family for ANY roadside/towing needs we may have in the future near the Hannibal:/New London, MO area!! Great communication, FANTASTIC DRIVER who was VERY HELPFUL and EVEN CAME BACK TO BRING ME THE HITCH OFF MY TRUCK. THIS WAS AFTER HE HAD ALMOST ARRIVED TO THE REPAIR SHOP SOME MILES AWAY!! Did I mention - it was hotter than Hades on a late Sunday Afternoon?!? I can t say enough good things about these wonderful people and their great company!! 5++ stars and THANK YOU AGAIN, Custom Towing!!!! On our way to TN from IA for Thanksgiving we hit a coyote that left us stranded at 2am. After trying multiple towing companies with no luck, Custom Towing was able to come pick us up and bring a separate vehicle to transport me and my family to a hotel.There excellent service didn't stop there, though. In the morning they took time out of there day to help us find (practically) the only mechanic available on a Saturday to get us fixed up and back on the road that day. Extremely thankful for their help in a difficult situation! Prices were very reasonable as well and just great people!Service: Car towing

I'm recovering from being crazy sick with the flu. I had to run to Hannibal to get an antibiotic for my daughter from the only pharmacy in a 50 mile radius that actually had it in stock. Idk how, as it's a newer vehicle and it's not supposed to lock if the key is inside the vehicle, but it locked. I filed my locked out claim online with State Farm, and within 10 minutes, the driver from Custom towing and recovery called my cell. He was so fast, and super nice. I feel terrible as I can't remember his name.Service: Car lockouts

Deb was AMAZING at helping me get our company vehicle from point A to point B! She was extremely helpful and polite on the phone, even with a few hiccups through Nissan Roadside Assistance. (Mine and Nissan's fault, not Custom Towing) The driver was polite and professional. I highly recommend this company as they want to help you resolve your issues and are very patient. I cannot say enough about custom towing! Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere on our way to a HUGE life event. It was the end of the day and noone seemed interested/able in helping us get back on the road. I was a mess but Deborah was so kind and communicated with us every step of the way. Took charge of our car and eased my mind at a time of super high stress. Absolutely a godsend! Need more people like this in this world. Thank you again!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Insurance called them because we locked keys inside vehicle. They tried one button couldn t get it so they left. My dad and I went and hit a different button, 20 minutes later we were in. We did their job. Horrible service they attempted to perform.Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

These guys are awesome, can t give enough praise!! They were a God send when I was locked out of my truck miles from home. Had no one to help me, very little money and no one else would work with me. They were there to help with a smile. I would definitely use them again and will send everyone there way.
