We are in the middle of winter with almost negative temps and an icicle fell from a billboard and broke my windshield. They were able to get me in the next day and the price was very reasonable! He even came and picked my car up and dropped it back off for me. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

I had my windshield replaced, and it was a fraction of the cost that Safelite was going to charge me, and there were no extra hidden fees like Safelite has. The price he originally quoted was the price I paid. My service with custom auto glass was absolutely excellent. I'm so glad I chose to have my windshield replaced locally instead have going with Safelite. They made this process so easy for me.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I arrived at 20 minutes before 5 to pick up a windshield. No one was there. On the window of their old building it had call Paul so I called that number got the voicemail so I called the store's number again and got some woman's voice mail. If they are going to close early it would be nice if a person had a way of knowing that. According to their website they are open till 5 I arrived at 20 minutes till 5. Wouldn't be so bad but I live 65 miles away.
