Went to get oil and oil filter for our Harley. They were great at helping us find the right parts and the right oil. The employees were pleasant and helpful. The building is easy to find and there is plenty of parking.

Best AutoZone I've ever been to!! The associate Dillon and the manager Kip, knew I was from out of town and in need of emergency assistance. They both looked over my vehicle with their testing tools and experience and came to the conclusion, my serpentine belt had came off. Even though they did not have the part I needed in stock they called other locations and different stores until they found one and then suggested on a Holiday weekend a repair shop close by. They both went above and beyond to help out when in need.

In the process of traveling from Iowa to Florida my car battery went out. Luckily I made it to this auto zone. The nicest older man helped me! He got my battery tested and replaced within 30 mins. He also told me some things to look out for incase something else were to go out. So thankful. Super stressful situation but he was so kind and so helpful.

They did me good. On a commute across the states my car threw the classy check engine light. They were fast at pulling the code. I got wipers too, but do you really care? It's a nice, clean store with friendly staff.

Stopped in to get new wiper blades after realizing mine were shredding in the rain. I bought what I thought I needed, and Caleb offered to install them for me. I understand now they are supposed to offer? So nice! Never knew that from other stores I ve been to. He was so kind. Even after he realized I d bought the wrong rear wiper blade. I know a lot of places roll their eyes and sigh at customers. A LOT do this to women. Not Caleb. I explained I d looked up the sizes prior to purchase he smiled, said no problem, squared things away, installed it, and I was off. Thank you Caleb for not making me feel stupid. Bless you!

I stopped in today(10/5/22) to get a light bulb for my tail light for my car and the woman who works there came out and replaced the bulb that I had bought. She really went out of her way to make sure that it was working properly. Thanks alot!

Tim seems to like to hang up on his customers...like he answered and immediately hung up..then again while I was trying to speak. I will spend my money elsewhere

I was on a 900+ mile road trip and my pickup truck tensioner pulley and serpentine belt flew apart. I was just outside Hannibal, MO and I pulled into the parking lot of this Auto Zone. Jason and James were fantastic. They got me the right parts, helped me with technical questions and even assisted me getting everything back together properly. They are the best!!! Thanks guys, Jeff

Was very happy with the employee that waited on me yesterday. He was able to test my starter, and was able to identify the correct starter when no one else was able to do. They also had the starter in stocks. Very impressed will return to auto zone when I need any other parts.

The only reason I am giving auto zone a five star review is because of the manager Pam she is awesome and goes above and beyond what she has to to take care of her customers if she isn't there I won't deal with anyone else most are lazy and do not want to help the customer

Jason L is my Angel on earth! as we were headed to Nashville our rental van was leaking oil, 2 hours into the trip. We luckily found Autozone open in Hannibal Mo right before they were to close. Jason L didn t hesitate to run diagnostics and help teach my daughters and friends about how to check the oil levels and how to fill it. It was bone dry and we were so lucky we hadn t been stranded on the side of the road. He was kind professional and cared about our safety. He educated us on the route to take to get to the nearest Rental car location, where to stay and where not to stay from a safety concern.We made it safely to our destination because of his help and advise. If your in Hannibal say hello to Jason L he is a great human.

Feel that IF we had to breakdown 5 hrs from home it couldn't have happened in a better location, God's designed location in fact!! Our vehicle would not even turnover! Blessed to find a kind gentleman to jump it but to no avail. He helped us pull the battery & take to AutoZone just 2 blocks away. Brett from AutoZone sold us a new battery but suggested after we replaced it to come back & he'd test the alternator. Lifesaver!! As the alternator was not charging at all. It was around 5:30pm, we knew most repair shops were closed or closing but Brett & Jason L., from AutoZone, kept us calm, said no problem ... We'd be back on the road tonight, sold us an alternator & Brett found us a mobile mechanic (Matt & Nate). Jason L & Brett welcomed us into the store with our golden retriever as it was about 90 degrees outside. We literally "set up house" in the back of the store! Jason L & Brett checked on us & the mechanics numerous times to be sure we were all okay. At one point, the mechanics had just about everything under the hood (except the engine) laying on the parking lot!! It was a HUGE job getting at the alternator but we were reassured the entire time! We drove away, vehicle repaired, at about 11:30pm!! When we asked the mechanics what we owed them, they said "Pay it Forward"! Of course, we could never do what they did so we paid them (probably 1/2 of what most shops would charge us cuz who travels with that much cash?!) & said they could split it or keep it for parts for another motorist that may not be able to afford parts!Jason L & Brett certainly made our unpleasant experience an experience we'll actually remember fondly! The day we broke down & we're treated with kindness, compassion & respect.Thanks guys!! We appreciate you!

Bought a portable heater for my vehicle. It didn't work (blew my accessories fuse), and upon taking it back, they gave me my refund quickly and efficiently. On a positive note, they didn't have to ask what size engine my vehicle was unlike some other places we know well.

A woman waited on me who has been working for AZ for 20 years! She was very knowledgeable... more so than anyone I've experienced at an auto parts store in a very long time. Give that woman a raise!

Great staff are friendly very helpful and needed very good place to go for your car if you have any problems with your car go to autozone and they will help you get ot back on the road on no time and if you dont have the you need the lonely one for 30 days and it says you can bring back to him within the third that's how you can give you your money back since you much for a nut

Every time we go the workers are super helpful and always do their best to figure out the problem and the best way to fix it. They explain their personal experiences with products and customers personal experiences to best help you make a decision on a product.

I've had only great experiences at this AutoZone! The young lady thats boss there is the most nicest woman ever! She's helped me out so much. Definitly will keep going back for car parts. I recommend them!

Kenny at AutoZone in hannibal mo is absolutely the best!! I don't know anything about cars and he helped me a ton. He was very hands on and polite. I will forever be a returning customer. Be like Kenny. Thank you.
