My husband and I hit a rock on the highway by accident, 350 miles away from our house, and bent our rim. AAA got us to one shop, but they couldn t fix it and we were charged $25 for a repair that was supposed to get us home, but that didn t even last 30 miles. We called around, hoping to find someone that could help us and Red Beard told us to head over. We did, and the owner drove to a different town to find a new rim, all within 45 minutes of the shop closing. Unfortunately, it didn t work out, but they did put our spare on in a safe spot, gave us tips on how to drive it safely, and didn t charge us for anything because no actual repairs were done. We are beyond grateful for their help in getting us home safely. I know a new rim didn t work out, but how many people/BUSINESS owners would help you that way and not extort you?? Not many that I can think of. We HIGHLY recommend Red Beard Auto Sales LLC.

We have been so blessed to be able to work with RedBeard and his team. They re always so polite, honest, and take care of even the smallest of concerns. We would definitely recommend here for all your tire and detailing needs! They also will help you find any vehicle you might want.

RedBeard Auto is definitely the best place to stop by for your detailing and tire needs. He can also find you an awesome and fair deal on a vehicle if you re looking. His team did an amazing job detailing my mom s car recently and at a very fair price. Well worth every penny!

I haven't known Damon very long at all but I CAN say this much: I asked him when I could get my truck in his shop for a balance and rotate. I asked him this today at 8:30am affer I got off work. I thought I'd have to wait until after the holiday weekend...nope!! He told me to bring it in at 9am. He gave me a ride home and I expected to go pick it up after my wife got home...nah. This dude steps away from his shop and brings my truck to my house. Granted, I live in Hamilton but it was in and out in less time than it took me to come home and prepare a meal. It pays to tip your guy too but he will make it worth your while. I'll be buying a car from him in the coming weeks and I'm confident that he will make sure that car is in good working order when we put ink to paper. Highly recommend!

You must be very careful with this place.The person that owns this dealership lets his wife run a t - shirt shop that definitely is substandard.Made a $35.00 orderAnd she made all sorts of extra fees / cost then charged my credit card over $ 200.oo on her husband credit card terminal for Redbeard auto sales.Her husband was contacted owner of Red Beard auto sales by the bank of mine and was asked if he's part of the t- shirt shop he said no to banking staff by fraud department.We are told this is fraudulent activity that happens all the time.This place of business is on hard times according to people in that local area and the couple are now in major debt.Be very careful dealing with any business matters don't take checks make sure you deal with cash if want to deal with this place in first place.They will definitely try to ask you for credit card number.don't do it if I was you.Candace you need to watch very carefully and Janice is also as bad.

I had a flat on Hwy 36 as I was traveling to Hamilton. I made a couple phone calls for help to no avail. A Good Samaritan, John Matthews stopped and said he would call a friend. That s when Damon and his mechanic from Red Beard showed up and changed my flat. He would not accept any payment. He said that was his community service. It s wonderful to have people like this.

Just got new wheels and tires from Red Beard Auto. These guys are amazing. Professional, fast and patient. Did a phenomenal job. 100% recommend using them.

If red does not have what your looking for tell him what you want and he will find it. Great ambitious small town guy. Honesty is what sets him aside any other dealership.

We have purchased 2 vehicles through Red Beard and each time Damon was a pleasure to work with. Never tried to talk us into anything we didn t want, and there was never any pressure! He stands by what is on his lot and has everything up to par before leaving. I would highly recommend buying from Damon because even if it s not on his lot, he will go above and beyond to help you find just what you are looking for.

Damon told me he was, "The last honest used car salesman," which was a load of garbage. I purchased a truck from him a little over a month ago. I drove over 3 hours to come check it out. There were some problems w/ it when I got there. He had told me on the phone EVERYTHING was in tip top shape, and that his "partner" at the auto shop next door had checked it out, it would come with an inspection, and that everything was in good working order. They fixed the glaringly obviously problem(squeaky belt), while I was there. Everything else seemed to be ok at the time, with the exception of a little lifter noise(which he also pointed out). Since it came with an inspection, I figured it wasn't a big deal, because an inspection should rule out an exhaust leak, which can be pretty annoying to fix. Turns out, his "partner" passed it without actually looking, because it had an exhaust leak. The manifold bolts were broke off on both sides. $500 to repair. Asked Damon to help me out(since it was already there when I bought it, and the "partner" passed it, which meant it shouldn't have had one). Damon then changed his story, told me it wasn't his "partner" who works next door, that their businesses were completely unrelated. So was he lying the first time, or the 2nd time, or the 3rd time? I didn't even ask him to help out with the tires, that had sidewall cracks within 3 weeks(which he EXPLICITLY told me were good before I drove up). Or the coolant leaking, which you can only smell after it's ran for more than 20 minutes. Or the wheels, which didn't have proper spacing and were rubbing the wheel weights. Or the brake caliper that was grinding at low speeds. I tried to be very reasonable, but all Damon has were excuses, and blame for others. I would never buy from Damon again, I would never take a vehicle to their shop. I was fed a pack of lies from the self proclaimed "last honest used car salesman."

I do all my business with Damon he deals with quality vehicles and tires and he also really cares about customer satisfaction and return customers. I will keep my business local and with Damon for all my transportation needs!

Took a trashed vehicle in to be cleaned. This thing was years worth of disgustingness built up inside and I wasn t going to touch it! They cleaned it up and got it smelling good too. Price was VERY reasonable and they worked quick.
