Ari at Sci-Tech Automotive has been a pleasure dealing with him. He is kind, considerate, knowledgeable of automobiles and trustworthy. The mechanics knew what they are doing. I'm sorry that it is closing. To me it is the last neighborhood automotive shop. You will be missed!

Ari is so amazing. They re closing their business at the end of the week and he s still taking care of customers. I came to him about my engine coolant sensor on Thursday last week my car was fixed that following Monday due to my school and work schedule. This is my second time doing business with this company and too bad they re closing cause they would ve been my forever home for auto care. Thank you again ari for listening to me and seeing I was in dire need for assistance.

Ari is the most trustworthy mechanic I know. He s been working on my family s cars for like 8 years and each time is a success. He gives you a diagnostic but doesn t push extra work. He s definitely not all about the money and let s you know what services you should prioritize on your car!

Stated at the Sci Tech in Raytown where they diagnosed my problem as needing to replace catalytic converter and evaporator cannister valve. After leaving I noticed my problem was still happening. Went back the next day and technician said that it had to be the spark plugs. Okay so now I had the spark plugs changed. Drove around the city and noticed that my problem is still happening. So when I took it in the 3rd time Coty was telling me that this is the last day they will be open but he recommended me taking my car to the Sci Tech in Grandview. Because of the great service that Coty provided at the Sci Tech in Raytown I decided to call the Grandview location. When speaking with Mr. Ari I can tell that he truely wanted to make things right because of what happened at Raytown location. Ari not only took care of the problem but made me a customer for life. Thanks to the Sci Tech in Grandview for being loyal to your customers.

The team is lacking expertise as they were unable to help with solutions with the problems I had. Further, they did not take care of the other requests I asked for. They did a good job in following up on the lackluster feedback on my vehicle.

This shop was highly recommended my my friend and also the AAA driver of the tow. I was really pleased with Ari s honesty and the customer service I received. I will referring all my family and friends. I was extremely pleased with my service.

They quoted me a price way cheaper than other shops for the same amount of work. They have discounts for AAA members on top of that. They also got me in fast and finished me out same day. Overall definitely will come back if I find anymore issues with my vehicle moving forward. Did I mention he gave me good advice on things to fix in the future but didn t push me to get the things done right then and there or even to get them done at his shop if I wanted to save on costs like most shops. Definitely a caring person!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Sri and his team are great. Since they are so honest and do a GREAT job, I never question what he tells me that my vehicles need, I just have them do the work. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty. God Bless.

Our family has been bringing our vehicles to Sci-Tech for several years. We keep coming back because Ari has repeatedly shown himself to be honest and always looking to save us money, when at all possible. For example, the last repair we had done just a few weeks ago (a brake job), it looked very much like our car was going to need a new master cylinder and I had already expressed that I was willing to pay for one. Instead, Ari called back with good news that they would be able to salvage the existing one (only needed to replace a line and caliper). This saved us over $400. And there have been other examples like this. In a culture where mechanics could easily add unnecessary work for their gain, we continue to trust that Ari and Sci-Tech are instead looking out for our best interests.

My daughter was driving to Springfield and had a grinding, noise and had car towed to sci-tech, Ari was very professional and checked entire front end and test drove car. Couldn t find anything. Very trustworthy and honest place, will recommend to anyone

Took our truck in for an inspection. As most Missourians know, this process can easily turn into a hassle. This establishment got us scheduled with no hassle. Once we dropped the vehicle off, they finished the inspection much quicker than I expected. They recommended an oil change that was due and had very competitive prices for oil changes. They kept us informed and up to date as soon as it was finished. Never felt like they tried to sell services that were not needed which is a typical fear when it comes to mechanic shops. All in all, I was very pleased with our 1st interaction. Will definitely use again for other services and our other car.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Sci-Tech is great!I came here to get a repair made that had failed by SOMEONE ELSE. Sci-Tech did the analysis, gave me a quote, and then made good on their word - I trust them. They saved my bacon and saved my car. They work with integrity and I will be back, knowing they make good on promises.

I had an excellent experience and the communication and the dedication from Ari and the mechanics at SciTech Grandview was stellar. I had to take my vehicle in from a previous repair that wasn t all the way repaired properly and Ari made sure to diagnose root cause and fix issue. I would recommend location to anyone looking for repair work needed that won t price gouge and get fixed what needs to get fix. They were very nice and they let me know what was going on with my car every step of the way, they also let me know the cost up front and if I wanted I could take it somewhere else to get the work done if I would be my comfortable with that. My choice was to stay with them and they did an excellent job and had I went elsewhere I would've paid a lot more.

I had an IDOD inspection done day-of and within 20 minutes. Ari is a very warm and welcoming guy who knows a lot about the city. Highly recommend for an easy and friendly service for your vehicle.

A trusted friend recommended this place. I see why! They are cheaper than other places I called inquiring about rear brakes on my Tiguan. When I took my car in, the gentleman running the office (I forgot his name. Maybe starts with an A?) was super helpful! He was thorough in his explanations & I left with knowledge on how to make my car last longer. As a woman, auto shops can sometimes be intimidating, but this guy really makes you feel comfortable with leaving your car in his care. 10/10 experience.Service: Brakes

Sci Tech Automotive is the absolute best place to have your car serviced! Been taking my car here for over 6 years, for everything from an oil change to transmission issues. They never disappoint! Great customer service, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. As a single female, I always feel empowered to make car decisions and trust that the work being done is needed. Never once have felt taken advantage of (which isn t the case with most car service shops!). Truly a wonderful business! Try it out, you won t be disappointed! Ari, Darren, and the whole team there is just wonderful! They are timely, communicate clearly what needs to be done with an estimate. If anything comes up, they call to talk with you before moving forward. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Been coming here for years and their work is top notch!
