I grew up with Greg and his family, they have always been friendly and helpful. He knows his stuff, he always doing custom exhaust work for me, always done right and work s like a charm. If he doesn't know the answer your vehicle issues, then he knows someone who does.

Went to Roses Muffler to fix a hole in my flex pipe at the recommendation of my technician at Raytown Repair. He estimated it would be about 150 bucks based on the size of the hole and labor, my total was actually 140 bucks which for the parts and labor I found reasonable. The Rose's are very friendly folks and made quick work of the job. I was scheduled about a week out from when I called which, since I wasn't in a rush, was no issue. No one tried to upsell me on anything, just fixed the hole as asked quick and easy which was nice. My car now sounds like a dream- I'd recommend this place to friends and family in the future.

Took my Kia there a little over a year ago for a broken flex pipe. Had flex pipe fixed by them and as soon as I got it back I noticed it had a bad rattle. Took it back to them and was told it was just the heat shield and no big deal. They did offer to tighten but that I'd have to wait a couple hours or reschedule. I had already taken a day off work and literally couldn't afford to take another day off. They assured me it wasn't a big deal. Fast forward to a year later and my flex pipe has come lose and isn't attached all the way. This is ridiculous. Now looking back that was probably the rattle I heard this whole time. Now it sounds just like it did before they fixed the flex pipe.

The other good reviews did not lie. This place is great, has good prices, and honest people!I had an exhaust issue on my 99 Camry and wasn't quite sure how bad the rust had gotten. I thought the repair might cost $400+, but this honest business let me know that it would only cost $75 to fix my issue. Really happy with the way my car sounds now and will definitely come back if I have any other repair needs.Like someone else said, you should definitely call ahead to schedule an appointment as they are busy and unlikely to do walk-ins.Service: Exhaust

Had to get my catalytic converter replaced as it was stolen off my vehicle and they were able to fit me in quickly and at a reasonable price! I had a few issues with a finicky O2 sensor and they continued to work with me until the issue was resolved. Great experience overall and would definitely recommend!

I love Roses recommend it to anyone who asks. Went in thinking I had an exhaust leak he looked at it for free and told me what he thought the problem was and it turned out to be what the problem was that he said and it had nothing to do with the exhaust. The owner is a very good guy.

Tammie was wonderful getting us scheduled as soon as possible. They looked at the car, provided the price and repaired the car. It was a no nonsense shop and I'd recommend people to them if they need a repair to their exhaust. The car is quieter and so far so good.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Greg has done nearly every aspect of vehicle repair for us. He knows his stuff, is fair and honest, and is worth waiting for an appointment. Thanks to Greg and Tammy for all they do. Strange to see any complaints, because Rose Repair works until things are right. Highly recommend them. We are long time customers.

Excellent work, down to earth staff. Got my car in and out in 3hrs, very affordable for my car situation, and It's been running great ever since. I will definitely use them again in in future... hopefully I won't need to!

I love the people that work there, they're friendly, helpful, smart and real. They're always willing to help, even if it's not muffler or exhaust systems. Over the years they have helped me out many times when I've been in a pinch, or when I couldn't figure out how to fix something, they knew how to get the the job done.

Highly recommend.. Great group of people who quickly welded a cracked exhaust. Reasonably priced. Offered great advice on getting all of the things squared away on a classic (loosely defined) car. Call ahead for an appointment, bc they are way too busy to squeeze you in.

Always great, I send all I'd my customers to them. Honest, quick, and dependable. Only "problem", they're so good, you have to make an appointment and that's sometimes a week out. Oh, bu the way, pricing is unbelievable.

Our family have been taking our vehicles there for at least 35 years. They have never disappointed us. I would certainly recommend them over the dealerships for their value in working on our cars. Great Job! A 6 STAR company.

Really good folks. I have an older car and the other quotes would have totaled the car out. Rose s made the repairs properly and it cost 4-5 times less than the quotes I had. Refreshing to see honest folks and I recommend them highly. And, Tammy is such a nice person to deal with .

Tammy and Greg were very helpful. Tammy is very professional and Greg is a mechanical wonder. I had a very difficult emergency brake problem, totally failure. Tammy and Greg searched for scarce system replacement and within a week replaced the entire emergency system. It took many hours, but Greg and Tammy were persistent, professional and as reasonable as possible with Toyota parts being the biggest expense. I was very pleased to return there and received quality work on a difficult job.

Great service at reasonable prices. Reception is very understanding and easy to work with, and the mechanics are knowledgeable and good at explaining things in plain English for we mechanically-ignorant types. Going to them for everything from now on. Thanks guys!

I ran onto this place by accident, and it has turned out to be a dream come true. The people there are friendly, and I think they are very reasonable in prices. Usually Eric works on my car, he is great. He is getting to know my car and all its squeaks. I have never had a problem with them getting my car done fast so that I may go on to work, They are the best. The lady at the front desk is Tammy and she really knows what she is doing, a real muti tasker too. Good place, good people and good prices

I was very impressed with Rose's muffler shop it came highly recommended to me anyway by my brother my sister-in-law and other family members the estimate they gave me was right to the penny and they had it in and out in no time and it's running great I will definitely be back

I don t typically write bad reviews, but I didn t even get a chance to go here for a repair/service because I called to get a rough estimate about something and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. She said she would call back and never did. They may be a great repair shop, but I never got to find out.

My girls & I use to go there. Was awesome place to get your vehicle fixed & could be trusted that what they told you was true .I believe Rose's business had gotten so busy that service mechanics became rushed & sloppy in repairs . There were several times we had vehicles fixed there then had to return vehicle showed same issues .Then we also got they didn't keep service records, receipts & one time my daughter was told by another mechanic a part was put on backwards that Rose's installed, when she went back to Rose's was told they put part on the way they took it off.We haven't been back since
