If I could give 10 stars I would! Jed is amazing and he goes above and beyond! I am so glad we have a place that values their customers, takes care of our vehicle and gets it back to us in a timely manner! You guys are the best!

Nothing but good things to say about Gerber. The person who evaluated my car, Mickey, was super informative, friendly, and kept me updated. They estimated that my car would take about 14-16 days, and it was finished in 10 and look as beautiful as ever!! I am happy to update this review with more positive feedback. Within a day after my previous review Cory had contacted me. We had a great discussion about my concerns and issues. He offered to look over 2 of the 3 issues. I chose to look into the antifreeze smell first and with success seemingly fixed it. Corey took care of the inner fender well and the headlight. He also went above and beyond and cleaned and vacuumed the Jeep for my wife. Needless to say, she is very happy about that. This did take some time to get it all accomplished but it was no fault of Gerber. I am leaving my original comment only to add context to this one. We feel Corey and his team made this right. Thank you for taking care of this."Be aware this place has changed ownership and will not honor any of the previous work done there. The new managers were very unhelpful refused to accept any accountability for the business they had purchased. They pawned off the responsibility to the insurance company. We had our Jeep repaired there several times. The headlight keeps having a piece break off inside it, they neglected replace the inner fender well, which exposes the passenger side of the engine to road debris and we have reported the smell of antifreeze after we had it repaired from the side of they vehicle they repaired and they did nothing. We will not be going back to this place to have anything fixed. And we do not recommend them. This is a lack of professionalism. It shows what happens to local companies when bigger out of state ones buy them up."Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Run!!!!!!!!! Unprofessional and rude!!! When i went to pick up my car there was bumps in the paint and imperfections and a few new scratches that where not there before i went. Said they would take care of it. Went to get my car only a few of them had been addressed in the damage to new paint. And for the scratches was told my son could have done them bc he was hanging all over my car. No my son pointed out a sharp point on the new cover that should not have been there. And they didn't address all of the issues in the new paint bc i didn't point those ones out the first time. Looked at pictures proving the scratches where not there before they took my car! More comments where made from the adjuster that was not professional in anyway and a manager got involved started out very rude!!! By the end of the conversation i was so frustrated and in pain i didn't care i just wanted to take my car and leave. He offered to take care of the rental on getting it returned im sorry but you messed up my car and your name is not the one in charge if something happens to the rental why would i leave it with you? Was told if i couldn't leave a 10 on the review not to leave one to take to my adjuster instead on what they could have done different.Service: Painting

Was in town from Colorado for a few weeks for work and reached out to this body shop about getting some work done while I was in town. They did a wonderful job, fair pricing, and very professional! My car was towed here after an accident. Their customer service is outstanding! Updates were sent through phone calls or text messages nearly every day. Repairs were complete exactly on time and my car looks great! The bill was almost double the estimate. All the work that was scheduled to be done was not done and no one bothered to inspect the work before they had us come pick up the vehicle. Had to bring the vehicle back for another three days to do work that was supposed to have been done the first time. Then had to bring it back again a third time to complete everything. Estimator was not very apologetic nor did they offer to reduce the bill a single penny as a show of good faith for the inconvenience. And last but not least they billed the insurance more then what they gave me as a final bill. It is no longer chambers brothers and the quality of customer service has gone down hill. I hope the quality of the workmanship holds up.Update it has now been less than a month and rust is starting to bleed through the paint where a repair was made. I have been asked to bring the truck back for another couple of days so they can do the repair again. and again Ill be without my truck that I use for work for another two to three days what an inconvenience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We got rear-ended and had our car repaired at their shop. The service was great and everyone seemed very friendly. If you do go here, I would suggest to make sure they charge your battery prior to you taking your car back. We had to replace ours two days later since it had been drained and permanently damaged. Still, friendly service and they will go the extra mile to make sure you're pleased with their work.

Very welcoming! We were offered help the minute we walked in the door. I took my car there because someone had backed into my car while parked. They had my car looking better than it did even before it was hit!! I was very impressed. The hub caps looked brand new they had them so clean(Very nice waiting room too it didn't feel like we were at a garage

I would recommend this shop to everyone! Through no fault of mine, I've had to use their services a half dozen times in three cars. Each time they've been thorough, kind, helpful beyond what was necessary - going out of their way to find parts for my car that was a bit older, AND making sure it matched as best as possible - and working with me on scheduling.

The facility is clean and inviting. And the workers were very nice. My problem was that I had front end and driver wheel damage from running over a big branch in the center of a highway. They repaired the front end and wheel, but missed a quarter sized hole in the panel by the wheel. Once I pointed it out, they were good about getting back in touch with the insurance company to get the repair added to the bill. They also didn't put the car up on a lift to ensure no other damage occurred under the car until I probed about that as well. This was on of my insurance company's preferred vendors, so I went with them to make the process as smooth as possible. In hindsight, I would have just taken it back to the dealer for the repairs. The car looks like it originally did but I've had a couple warning light come on that has shaken my confidence in the car for distance driving. It may be completely unrelated to the accident hence the 2 stars versus a 1.

They did a wonderful job fixing up my baby. The repairs took a little longer than agreed to but overall, it's a good body shop. I will be going back if need be.

High integrity!! I want someone I can trust and this repair shop is the best. The work was beautiful and I was given excellent service in the front office. It was perfectly painless. Thank you Chambers Brothers Collision.

Really hate having to go to a body shop. But this place is the exception to the rule! They have always been kind, courteous, and very respectful! I highly recommend this place! It is one of the best in the Greater Kansas City area!

I brought them a brand new car (4 months old) that had just been damaged in an accident.I am extremely picky - but they went above and beyond to return my car to brand new condition. Glad to have a quality body shop like this nearby.

good paint job, but they did not fixed my car right I was in a hit and run accident. I here a loud humming noise everyday when I start my car. They can not fix a Honda Civic

Had our car repaired after getting hit by a deer! They were extremely helpful and did a great job on the repair. It was my first time using them for body work, but I definitely would call them in the future for any repair work that I might need in the future.

Went to go get our car checked out and they did it good job at a reasonable price going to take it in soon they're nice people their understanding and we really enjoyed having them check out our car and tell us what they're going to do with it we really liked them a lot I would advise everybody to go there to get the car fixed

Did a great job on my car after a deer kissed my frontend of my car. Everyone commented that it was like nothing had happened to my car. I am well pleased. Thx Chamber Brothers for a great job.
