Took my car there to have repairs done. They are the nicest people. Nancy at the front desk is a hoot! Fantastic customer service. Aaron V. Gave me updates regularly on the progress of the repairs. He was such an awesome person to work with. I will recommend Caliber Collision to everyone. Kudos to Aaron for taking care of my car!

Great experience start to finish. Nancy was helpful to get Enterprise set up to coordinate with my drop off and to get my car in for repairs. Aaron V was very responsive and sent me texts and calls to let me know periodic updates proactively, so I didn't worry about anything. They did a phenomenal job on my Jeep.

Extremely great customer service from the moment they pick up the phone. Nancy is extremely helpful, knowledge, and understanding. I have never been in an accident before and she helped me step by step throughout the entire process including making sure the rental car company was there to pick me up. She is consistently friendly and her personality made a horrible day into one that was bearable. The work on my car was done quickly and with care by Cody who is also very knowledgeable and informative. He really fought for me with the insurance companies and put a lot of effort into making sure everything was taken care of. I cannot thank all of them enough for the work they put in on my car. I would give 10 stars if that were an option.

Caliber Collision in Grandview is one of the best repair experiences I have had! I arrived being told by my insurance that I had an appointment, but that wasn t the case. Nancy the front desk lady jumped right on it and got me an appointment set for only 3 days later! She also worked with the rental car company to make sure I had a car waiting for me when I came back to drop off my car. Nancy was delightful, determined, and so kind and helpful! My repair man was also very attentive. He made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process of my repair. He thoroughly checked for all damages related to my accident, and returned my car to me good as new! They even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car. I will definitely be going back to them again for future repairs!

Had work done here months ago (hail damage, yuck!) and had a small issue present itself that needed fresh attention. I was worried about having to circle back around since it is essentially a closed claim now so not involving insurance. Without hesitation they pulled up my info, told me what needed to happen, and got me taken care of. No extra cost out of my pocket (it truly was a small issue) and nothing but the friendliest people from the desk to the GM. Awesome operation!

We had someone s rear end our new Tahoe and had to find a place to take it to. They were honest, friendly and always communicated with us. They stuck with the timeline of the 10 days and we had our beautiful car back. They communicated when things would change or if parts were late being shipped and we appreciated that they kept us in the loop. We would 100% recommend them!

Totally recommend Danny! He did an amazing job making sure my car was all fixed and was done so fast and looked brand new! They even cleaned the inside of my car and all my floor mats and vacuumed. Was extremely satisfied when I brought my car to caliber collision. I was hit and run right before Christmas and had to bring my car in. Nancy at the desk is AMAZING! My car wasn t supposed to be done until the Wednesday after Christmas but the mechanics worked hard and got my car finished the Friday before, and my car looked beautiful! I also had to take an Uber and Nancy called after I left to make sure I made it home safely!! Love this team, I will definitely be back to caliber if I ever need some work done.

These guys are AMAZING! Big shoutout to Cody who worked on my Alfa Romeo (and all others) so efficiently and carefully and Nancy at the front desk for being so sweet and communicative though the entire process! The hot my car done before the expected date and took every detail into consideration when handling my vehicle. They also cleaned my interior before I got it back too and test drove the car to make sure all codes were good!! You guys rock!!!Service: Body & Trim

My overall experience is 1000% a 10!!! The manager Nancy is super sweet! She is very personable, has wonderful customer service skills and got me in right away after I got my car back from being stolen in July. Danny was the guy that made sure all damages were fixed. He did an amazing job!! When I finally got my car back, it was vacuumed and washed on the outside. My car looked so great!!

Great experience overall, they fixed our sheep Grand Cherokee and it looks perfect! As a bonus, Nancy and Aaron were incredible to work with. Greeted us with a smile and great conversation and waved goodbye with a smile! Bringing my F350 in next week.

I can NOT day enough good things about this place! First: Nancy at the front desk took care of everything for me before I even showed up. She made sure all my paperwork was ready from my insurance company and I was in and out quickly both dropping off and picking up my vehicle. She even made sure Enterprise was there to get me a rental and i was able to leave it there with them when done. Second: Chase made sure to keep me updated weekly on the progress of repairs, did a walk around with me and explained all repairs. They even detailed the inside of it when they were done (I feel terrible cause it was NOT clean )The building itself is clean and pristine. Their coffee bar and water fridge was stocked. It just looks like a luxury place. They made me feel super important. They were super accommodating to me even when i had to get my carseat from my car after they started repairs. I already told my insurance company I 10/10 recommend them and they should recommend them to everyone for repairs. Definitely take your vehicles here!

They absolutely left me hanging half the time and I felt like I wasn t priority yet my car had a lot of time in their shop.They re refusing to own up to the actions that led to the car having low engine power and low power steering issuesPawning off responsibility isn t leadership. It s a cop out after taking 15000$ and two months to fix a fender and less than 10 days car that is 2019/Toyota is stalling and not starter or battery or alternator that has been checked already.

Labor Day weekend, I was involved in an accident. It had been years since I had an accident. The staff @ Caliber Collision was awesome especially Danny C and Nancy S. They were especially patient with me and explained to me every step and what I needed to do. Caliber Collision did a great job on my KIA Soul. They were very nice about the whole thing. We got our vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time. They even cleaned up the vehicle real nice. They have excellent service so I'd give them a 10, the best in service.

From the first time I walked in the door, Nancy at the front desk was very helpful, informative and a pleasure to work with. They offered a text line to keep me up to date on when it was projected to be finished. Aaron V did awesome work on my car and contacted me through out the process to give me up updates on how things were going. Def recommend this place if you need work done to your vehicle. My experience Caliber Collisionwas great the receptionist was very helpful had a great sense of humor and does her job well she made my experience as customer the best I have ever had hands down her customer service skills are beyond 5 star thank you Nancy and Danny Did a great job as well with making sure my truck was done to perfection and letting me know about everything as he worked on my truck the team his team is the best and Danny made my truck new all over again thanks everyone will definitely use you again

This has now been the 2nd time that I have used Caliber Collision and everything went as smoothly as possible. Danny C. took care of me right from the start and provided timely updates throughout the entire process which in my previous experience with Collision Centers was not the case. I always had to be the one to find out the progress of the repairs.Added bonus is that the vehicle was finished a week before I even thought possible! Excellent overall fit and finish was the result!Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks for a reputable repair shop!Keep up the great work!Service: Body & Trim

My car was stolen in December, and the thieves did a number on it. Caliber Collision was able to fix everything and make it look better than it did when I first got the car. It was finished on time, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. All the staff members I encountered were lovely. I also appreciated the patience; my insurance company was sometimes slow. Will recommend.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

I wish I could rate higher than a 5 star because my experience with Caliber Collision in Grandview has been phenomenal!! Aaron, Cody and Nancy all went above and beyond to ensure I received the best service, and that my car was repaired well and good to go. Not only was their customer service excellent, but the repair was super quick, and they made working with my insurance and the rental company seamless.
