i was in and out in less than 45 minutes.paperwork was ready when i got there.staff was friendly and my sales guy Kevin was awesome to work with.

This is my second time here and it is just as wonderful as the first. The guys stay open to help me buy my first ever trailer and get it on one heck of a deal. The time before they also stayed open late for me to swing by and get my fathers trailer which I desperately needed for that weekend.These guys truly do a good job. Doesn t feel like your working with a business, feels like your working with family.

I have not only purchased two trailers, but I rent trailers from them at least once a month they always make sure I have the best quality trailer in the lot and have always been very easy to work with, two of the gentleman even helped me lift a gun safe from the back of my truck onto a Trailer that I purchased from them and they did not have to do that they go out of their way to give a great service

Big Tex in Grandview has been awesome. From day 1 their service has been excellent and they have been very patient and helpful with my many questions and requests.My Big Tex trailer is the workhorse of my small tree business my bread and butter as they say.They have been great at getting me in quickly for repair when my employee damaged the trailer and also when I needed some tie-down anchors welded.I am a Big Tex customer for life and hope to upgrade my trailer for a bigger one in a year or two as my business grows. 11/10 would recommend

I drove two hours away to get to this location because I seen a trailer online that I wanted and then I seen another trailer online that store manager Kevin had listed. When I get there, I realize that the same trailer that I see which was smaller in person apparently he says that he sold the one that I was talking about which was cheaper and he said that the trailer that I was looking at was about 3 to 4K more which you know I was like OK it's OK. He sold it so it's fine then I show him the other trailer which was a 7 x 14 I believe and it was parked upfront that I seen when I drove in to the parking lot and he said when I showed him that the same exact post he posted believe me about 14 hours ago that he sold that trailer he even put a model number on it. So I was like you know it's whatever I missed out on a great deal as I'm leaving I go to the trailer upfront and I see it has the same exact model number and when I'm leaving I message him and I'm like hey man is this trailer upfront sold and he says to me no it's not sold you can buy it if you want but I don't understand I wasted my time coming there why lie and said that that trailer was sold and try to get me to buy a trailer that's expensive and cost a lot more. I will never do business with this place again the fact that I had to drive so far to get here and then lied to.. beware anyone that buys trailers from here. Make sure you don't deal with this and make sure you don't deal with Kevin the store manager, I believe. wasted my time and lied and said afterwords that a customer was going to buy it but now he want prior to me being there 2 minutes before I left...

Its pretty hard to find real people these days. Kevin is real people, honest no b.s fact based give it to you straight sales process. Even short handed and busy replied back to messages quickly. Talked me through pro's and cons of specific options of the trailer I was looking at. Never felt pressured and the actual buying process and going over maintenance a safety tips to make sure the ownership experience is trouble free. Thank you to Kevin and staff.

Huge shoutout to Big Tex Trailer World in Grandview MO! we have a flatbed that needed some strap assemblies welded on and the team at Big Tex was able to get us taken care of right away! Communication was clear and pricing was very fair! I absolutely recommend Big Tex for much more than just your trailer needs, these guys can do it all!

Terrific place to buy a trailer Kevin and his staff took good care of us even after hours we pulled out an hour and a half after they closed they worked very hard trying to get us taken care of and they did a great job. Thanks guys.

I would like to give a special thanks to the guys at this Big Tex trailer shop. I showed up about a half hour before they opened up with a couple of lights out on my trailer. After showing them the problem, the mechanic took care of the broken wire issue. I also picked up some spare lights for any future issues. BTW, I own a 2022 Gatormade 30k Elite trailer. Maybe Gatormade should have more competent service Dealerships. Great job and thanks again. Made it to Colorado on time thanks to ya'll, Eric

Exceptional service shop! They had a cancellation and we re able to fit me in to fix a small problem on my trailer ramp, ended up fabricating a part for me and ended with a very reasonable bill!

The service I received here is incredible. I brought in a boat trailer and got it back within 24 hours. They are communicative, great to work with, extremely reasonable and use the best quality products. If you need a trailer or any kind of service on any trailer (my boat trailer is not from Big Tex, but they fix it) I would recommend Big Tex and only Big Tex.

After I bought the trailer, I had a little issue about the ramp being too steep. I talk to my representative. he hooked me up with his maintenance department. They had a solution I brought the trailer back and they are executing the solution.. .. this is what I call world class service. they have been the nicest people to work with. and handling my concerns was top notch. if I ever buy another trailer or any of my family members need a trailer this is the place I m sending them to. hands-down. I just want to let all the employees there. No thank you so very much.

We've got a new 16' car hauler, purchased in IL. We accidentally dragged the 7 way cable (lights, brakes, etc) while driving, and needed a replacement. We also wanted to ask if we could shorten our safety chains so they wouldn't drag.Stopped by Big Tex Grandview for the replacement cable, and were advised to twist the safety chains to prevent dragging before we could even ask. We were also informed our safety cable was connected improperly.Talked to Kyle while he rewired our 7 way plug. He was able to point out a number of small mistakes in our trailer as he went, zip-tied our safety cable so it wouldn't drag either, and added hardware to hold the new 7-way cable up off the ground. I learned a lot and it's now nearly impossible for us to make the same mistake.He also found a short in our trailer, again due to poor wiring. This was covered by our warranty, and I'm extremely happy to have a newly, expertly wired rig.I highly recommend this location for their knowledge and service.[To the guys: we tried to stop by Snack Shack but they're closed on Mondays!]
