I ve been here every single day this past week, constantly forgetting something and without fail, everyone has been extremely helpful. Whether it s figuring out what part I m looking for, or flying in the dark to figure out what I actually need, or ordering in parts, they ve got me taken care of. Curtis especially has been awesome to see, and I look for him each time I m in. He constantly makes sure everything is taken care of to the T and always has a positive attitude that is infectious. I m always leaving in a better mood than I arrived in. 10/10 recommend, and will always keep this autozone as my #1 go to!

I needed a new battery for my car, as many other people did on this extremely cold day. I arrived at the same time as an ambulance because a customer was having a medical issue. The staff there were amazing in handling this. Even though the emergency was priority as it should be, I still received amazing service. The manager was helpful with checking my battery and helping to install it. The woman at the counter was friendly and had great customer service skills. And I can't say enough about Curtis, who, after helping the gentleman with the health issues, stayed late after being outside most of the day in below zero weather to help change my battery.

This place was great. The people are so nice and friendly. I ve been having issues with my battery and had to come get a new one. The store manager Curtis and another man I think his name was James helped put the battery in for me. They were so nice. It s in the negative now and they had me wait inside so I would be warm while they were freezing outside putting in my battery. I can t thank them enough.

I m here to give Curtis a 5 star review! He helped me change my battery, and gave me a few lessons about my car. I also accidentally sprayed him with wiper fluid and he didn t get mad at me. Thanks Curtis!

Tim and Curtis were very helpful. Curtis welcomed me in and let me know he was there to help if I needed it. He was busy when I had questions so Tim helped me and answered all my questions. He even carried the item to my car.

Dejuan Curtis and James are a Godsend! They knew exactly what was going on and changed my battery on the coldest day of the year! It makes me smile that they extended such courtesy to me and made me feel like family, more than just another customer. Thank u

I got all stuff for tune up. And they never gave me a ticket. Then i look that they gave me the wrong spark plugs and get back to replace them. They told me if i dont have a ticket they can do nothing. I said "you gave this, you know you mever gave me a ticket. And all the time only said sorry if you dont have ticket i can do nothing. Maybe tomorrow somebody could do something ffor you!. I lost some money, but i will never come back there. Poor personel there

Joshua the store manager at the Harrisonville location happened to be at my local store, and I m extremely grateful that he was. He took excellent care of me, he was very patient & professional as well as very knowledgeable about my issues. I needed a battery, he recommended the best solution for my money, & everything worked out perfectly. Thanks again Joshua, for your kindness & help. L. MacDonald

Bought a stereo for my girlfriends birthday, when we opened the box it was the complete wrong thing, like someone put their old radio in the box and returned it to the store. The lady at the front was very understanding and made it right, she ordered another one brand new at no cost to me and even gave me 10% off as an apology. Wish I got her name but didn t even think about it. But everyone working here was very nice and accommodating. Good place

So this guy just walks away from me when I'm in the middle of a sentence.. Just walks out of the store.. I said to a lady coming out the back.. "Does he know who he just walked away from while I was explaining my problem, he must be out of his mind." Anyway I recommend nobody ever using any of their services...

Great service provided! Thanks to the female & male associates who assisted me & my mechanic. Left to get more info ...i.e., vin # for them to supply the correct parts.. wheel cylinder, brake shoes, etc. Came back & female associate assisted us with the parts needed. Thanks again!!
