This is a very trustworthy shop that has been honest, helpful, reliable, and Jack is the greatest mechanic I have ever known. I have been coming here for 20+ years and never wanted to go anywhere else. Greg and his crew really care about their customers and always serviced my cars like they were their own cars. You don't find this type of service often these days, but here you can count on it.

Would not recommend! Extremely pricey and for very little work. They also took forever just to look at our R.V. We had to call several times just to ask for updates! Also, One of the side panels was scuffed up and Gouged like they dragged the side while moving it. We are not impressed and will never go back!

Be very careful, they will do work that is not necessary and over charge. The scared my daughter into leaving her car with them to correct a brake issue. They told me daughter the front brake was locked up, so they needed to change the rear brakes to fix the front. Stupid. When she went to pick up the car, they stated during a test drive the front brake pads fell out so they needed to fix those. They ended up replacing all the brakes pads and 2 rotors for $500. Rip off. Since I wasn't available, I asked my wife to question the work before paying. Long story short, they claimed all this was needed and sent the brake pads home for me to inspect. Well, 3 of the 4 brake pads were fine, no need to replace. The one they needed replaced had definite issues that would lead me to believe there is an overall brake system issue that they didn't address or didn't know how to. In short, if you want a mechanic that knows very little about cars and overcharges, you found it at Spillman. I will never go back and I will never recommend them. Oak Grove is a nice town, too bad this business is unprofessional and unethical.

I came in with refrigerator problem . He took a look and spend the most like 20 minutes and at the end said we need to buy new refrigerator. We took it to our friends they checked on Google how to reset spend like an hour to figure it out and it works . What I figure it out that they don't do it . Just spend 15 min estimates tell you something so they won't be responsible for it and charge you $160 for nothing. What a good business. If I would listen to Spillman would cost me over $3000 for new fridge . Camping world recommends this guys if they can't get you

Gave them a test for a required inspection.Wanted $800 for a new ball joint I checked and knew was good before.3 years later and several other inspections NO BALL JOINT PROBLEM !

I had a car towed to this place because it just quit on me on the highway and I was pretty far from home. According to them the engine was blown. somehow all 4 cylinders losing compression at once on the highway kind of baffles me but they quoted me $3000 on an engine swap and when I ask about the engine cost it was $1200.. on a mid 90s import.. and when I say that there is no way an engine costs that much to be used and say that he has to be making money on the parts he says "of coarse I make money on my parts." well that is bad business and they shouldnt be profiting from labor and parts. they aren't a parts store. I am from out of town and they rooked me out of my car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. There arent many cars in the lot and that should tell you enough.

I took my 1994 motorhome here for an inspection, they said I had a broken passenger side control arm and wanted me to pay over $700 to fix it. I took it somewhere else, and there is NOTHING wrong with the vehicle. Stay away from these crooks.

Spillman installed a defective turbo on my Sprinter. He charged $3800 for the part. He refuses to refund me for the defective part, which I had to have replaced by Mercedes. Also rounded off bolts and left metal filings in the turbo system. Don't ever use these guys, but they were recommended by other RV specialists in the area.

Do NOT do business with these scam artists. Will milk you dry b4 repairs ever get done. Has had to move 3-4 times now as they cant keep up with renr

I have known this family who owns this mechanic shop for over 30 years and they are awesome if you need it RV or car to be worked on this is the place to go out in Green valley is where they're located.
