Dave and his crew took on warranty work to fix leaking upper and lower oil pans for our F-450. This was a big job that came with a lot of mishaps that were no fault of the shops. Dave communicated everything with us regularly and at times on a daily basis with lots of patience and honesty. We would highly recommend Sargent Auto & Diesel. They treat you like family and make sure the work is done right. Thanks for taking care of us!

The staff are very friendly. They are honest and could have charged me what the Jeep dealership said needed done. The employee took me to my car, showing me and explained why it didn't need to be done. We highly recommend Sargent Auto.

The team at Sargent Auto Repair were awesome. My son was going back to college and we needed his car inspected very quickly to maintain his tags and avoid taking time away from class. They were so accommodating and I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. If I need any car repairs in the future, they will be my go-to place. I thought they only took care of diesel vehicles, but that s not the case. I highly recommend.

Went in for an alignment after having an incident with a curb. They were kind enough to call & notify me of damage I was unaware of that would need to be repaired before they could do the alignment properly. I was quoted a price for them to do all the work but unfortunately, I was not able to afford. They also explained to me how they were more concerned with the condition of my tires than the repairs. Suggesting tires be my 1st priority.I greatly appreciated the honesty. Once I've got my new tires and made the other repairs, i will be back to get the alignment with them.

Amazing service. My battery died to the point it wouldn t turn back on without a jump. They got me in same day and had a charged battery for me at a better price than auto zone. Will definitely be using them for future services.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and finished all the work on my truck in a very timely manner. I fixed Army vehicles for over 20 years so I know how difficult some repairs are which is why I took it to them. I don t get around like I did when I was 30 but will definitely be using them in the future for the things I can t do anymore.

My 1st time here. Squeezed me in even tho they were busy and it s Thanksgiving week also, so a short week. They called me about the service i needed and it was finished later that day. Perfect, nice and easy. I ll be back if i run into anymore problems. Thanx

They were honest, professional, communicated clearly. The only drawback is that they're unable to fully maintenance a VW, but that's the fault of VW. I recommend them.

Hello, I have used this shop multi times without issue. They have been totally honest with me and even once came in with total cost less than initially quoted! Who does that, only Sargent!! I just had my turbo replaced last week, and again no problem at all, no surprises and finished on time. I don t believe the previous review degrading Sargent, must of been connected to a competitor! They have always stored my truck Inside this shop wouldn t allow it to be outside overnight .. Robin made sure of this before making any appointment. They have before recommended a other part or two while doing a larger repair, BUT .ALWAYS called and received authorization prior. I really appreciate this shop and the type of business they run. I personally don t believe a word of the prior review.Service: Engine repair

Charged me over two hundred dollars just to diagnose a problem with the Def system. The person that I spoke with had an attitude when I simply asked why it was so much. The attitude wasn t needed. Removing the cover and checking the two main components that normally goes wrong shouldn t take one hour and a half to diagnose. The redundant heater and the pump are located on the main cover. You don t even have to take the tank off. The one star comes from the attitude. The price is something I should have researched myself. But charging over a 100 dollars a hour is a little steep.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I will be contacting the owners, a lawyer, and the BBB. My 2013 Ford Fusion 1.6L was brought there over a head bolt broke off in the block after a family member attempted to help me by replacing the head gasket themselves. The only thing that was fixed was the coolant leak as far as I know of so far. My car STILL has the rough idle and slow throttle response after having a new engine and new ECM installed. There s only quotations because there s no parts charged on the RO, so who knows where these parts came from. All I know is nobody there is willing to give an explanation for anything that s been done. My car was brought there needing a new engine, no doubt. Now after a new engine and new ECM , my fuel gauge no longer works, I have difficulty up/down shifting due to the delayed throttle response, rough idle, there is body damage, missing parts, trash left in the vehicle from the techs, AND there is no notation on the paperwork provided as to what all was even touched on my car. After over two weeks of calling to get updated on progress, all I was told was hold on here s somebody else or idk they re working on it, but haven t told me anything yet every time. Now I finally get my only vehicle back after them having it, and I m still in the same boat of not having a reliable vehicle after these people had it for OVER a month. Where is the management team? Where is the accountability?

Took our church shuttle bus to this auto shop. They were not open about the price to diagnose the bus. Way overpriced and wanted to do more to the vehicle than needed. Can't say how the work is because I didn't allow them to work on the bus because of their prices.

The staff and owner are great. Diagnosis was conducted in a timely manner. Unfortunately, they could not resolve my issue due to the manufacturer's defects and back orders (Ford transmission). However, I look forward to using this business for future used car inspections as well as other automotive needs. Special thanks goes out to Russell and Jack for their help in this situation.

I have been using Sargeant s for 10 plus years and they are the best in the Kansas City area. I drive 35 minutes to get my diesel truck serviced there. They cleaned out diesel fuel tank, fuel lines, and changed fuel filters from DEF contamination. They were timely, and completed job accurately and cost effective. Truck is running great! Thank you Sargents for a job well done!
