I had a fantastic experience at the muffler shop! Unlike other places with week-long appointments, they inspected my vehicle immediately. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I appreciate the prompt service and will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

This business has always taken care of us in the best way. From muffler work to inspections, they're the best. We just had a small hole appear in the exhaust pipe, and where I can see others taking advantage and charging high prices, they pointed to the small issue and repaired it on the spot. They are crazy busy so keep that in mind when making an appointment, but totally worth your time.

Wanted some tail pipes put on... factory size is 3 inch they wanted to reduce it to 2.5 and told me they can't do 3 inch cause the bends would crinkle lol... since when? Had plenty of 3 inch put on in the past with no problems... idk if they're lazy or what but they had bad attitude from the start.... nothing custom if you ask me won't be back

Very nice people did a great job .I called several times because I kept forgetting to ask some questions. The girl that answered the phone very nice every time . I never felt like she was put out answering my questions. I thank her for being so nice !

They always rock. Fast work super competitive! I paid $90 for my muffler that was 10 years ago though LOL! Update people got this place in trouble by posting that they pass "Anything"! That's not true and shouldn't be posted. People are very mean and shallow and shouldn't be so immature about what they say about people places and things! Just had to get a new muffler it was $150 not bad considering all of the money robbing all businesses are doing nowadays and calling it inflation! They still do great work and for a reasonable price!

Great fast service and pricing. I went to Bird Automotive in Oak Grove and they quoted my flex pipe at $650.86 - I went to Grain Valley Muffler and paid $110! I was in and out in about 30 minutes. If I ever have an issue with my exhaust again I will be going back to them!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Only have ever gotten inspections here but they are always fast and with great customer service. They are busier now so you do usually need to make an appt in advance.

Totally cool place..will recommend to everyone within range or any co-worker that asks about such a thing..phoned them up around 9:30, locked in same day appointment at 3pm.. arrived, greeted by 2 young ladies who were both sweet and courteous. Started off on the right foot..most places are vultures with zero positive vibes..this was great.I was in for a catalytic converter replacement (mine was stolen at my job..extra lame) they quoted me in parts/labor a extremely fair price..won't say because it's not right to share pricing..from discussion to agreement took 20 minutes..later learned it even comes with a 50k, 5 year warranty.. AlsoI believe they do other repairs and state inspections too btw..I was in and out around 40 minutes..lovely ..would highly recommend..Service: Exhaust

They get the job done right and it's affordable, make an appointment! They inspected the problem, came back with a quote, and finished in about half an hour. No complaints here!

Just went in to get a state auto inspection. They are always fast and friendly. Not able to go in on Saturday mornings like I used to. I had to have an appointment. My experience is, that they are fair priced.

I showed up at 8am when they opened and they only had what seemed to be one person working. The guy said they were booked up a few days out. The guy was nice about it but unfortunately I didn't get work done here. With my life schedule, it's hard for me to book in advance especially for a 30 minute muffler job. Most other muffler shops that I called were able to get me in the same day. My muffler job is now completed at another shop and I am home already just two hours later. I do believe this shop is good and workers are hard to find. I would use them if they didn't have days of waiting.Service: Exhaust

Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Love this shop. Great customer service. They worked on my 98 chevy and made it sound amazing and had no issues with it. Actually getting ready to make an appointment to have them work on my 06 eclipse
