Great experience! Dave is Very detailed and Thorough. It is definitely worth the drive for the trustworthy smooth experience. I have already recommended a few people. I purchased a 2023 explorer ST. Ask for Haley Mock, she is amazing! Meet ellie the dog! She is absolutely precious and funny personality!

I am very very happy with my experience here at Dennis sneed ford! Purchased a used 2018 echo sport very pleased with how smoothly everything went. Our sales associate that we went through (Dave) was absolutely a pleasure to work with is a very hard worker and holds on to his promises. Baron seems like a hard worker and was also someone good to work with! Overall very very pleased will 10/10 come back for all my car needs

I purchased a 2021 Lincoln Aviator in October 2022. A few months after purchasing the vehicle, I started having problems with it. There were issues with the electrical and the lights. Since then there have been issues with the drive shaft. The repair shop told me that I had been sold a lemon, that the vehicle was a dealer buy-back and the warranty history on it was significant. Before I owned the vehicle, apparently there had already been countless repairs. None of this appeared in the CarFax. At this point, the vehicle is currently garaged and undriveable due to the drive shaft being so bent and beat up, the vehicle shakes uncontrollably. The part will not be ready for 30-days, so I am vehicle less.With that being said, Sneed Ford contacted me via telephone 6 months ago to check-in and ask if I was still loving my vehicle. I told them no and described everything that had gone wrong with the vehicle. I was told that they don t like their customers to be unsatisfied and the sales girl who called me assured me she would address this with the owner and get back to me. It s been over 6 months and they never got back to me. At the end of the day, Sneed Ford sold me a lemon and, because I purchased it when car prices were sky-high, I am now upside down on the loan vs. what it s worth. So I can t even get rid of it on my own without bending over and taking it. It only has 24,000 miles on it and, since I ve owned it, has been in for repairs six times.

Update: Changing from 2 stars to 5. Sneed Ford gave me a call to make it right and my wife ended up picking out her dream car. They worked hard to make it a pleasant experience. Thanks Chad.Great selection of cars but terrible service. Was ready to purchase an Aviator and they said they would get back with me the next day on my trade in and they never called back. Disappointed but, their loss. I m not a fan of wasted time and unresponsive service.

Jacob contacted me first thing in the morning, less than 24hrs after I made my email inquiry. He got everything started for me to purchase my new to me truck. He was able to work with the team to find the right lender and a few hours later I was able to sign and drive my truck home.

I just bought a Mach-E from them and the experience was amazing when I went to the ford dealer in Topeka KS I was treated really bad and they did not want to work with me at all so I called up sneed and they not only had a mach-e that had what I wanted they even worked with me over the phone so when I drove the 100+ miles from Topeka all I had to do was sign some paper work and I drove away. over all they are a amazing dealership and well worth any traveling you might need to do just off of how they treated me I will definitely be taking my business to them if I am ever looking for another vehicle.

I am an 80 year old buyer so I've been to a lot of dealerships in my lifetime and my wife and I think that Britney was without a doubt the kindest and most helpful Sales Person we have ever worked with. She reminded me of one of my daughters very kind and answered all the questions that we had. I would recommend her to all my friends if they are in the market to buy a car. My wife was really not on board with buying a car until we met Britney and after talking with her she said she was the nicest sales Person we have ever worked with. Britney Bennett made it easier to part with our money ha ha.

I just procured a 2020 low milage Lincoln MKZ hybrid from Dennis Sneed Ford. Jacob Peters was the salesman I dealt with. I live in Lenexa, KS and had never been to Gower, MO before. The drive from Lenexa to Gower was an easy trip to make and only took about 40 minutes. Jacob met me at the front door. We walked around the car and took a test drive. He went over all the features of the car with me and explained how everything worked. Settling on a fair price for the Lincoln and my trade-in was a professional and friendly negotiation. Jacob took detailed notes of everything I wanted done to the Lincoln to prepare it for me to take ownership of it. Jacob called me two days later advising that the car was ready for pick-up. It looked beautiful and was sparkling clean. Every little thing I requested be done to the car was done and done well. I found Dennis Sneed Ford to be user friendly and a customer friendly place to buy a car. I am absolutely loving my new Lincoln!

Steven woods came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. He had the truck I was interested in pulled up and ready to be looked at before I arrived. After deciding to move forward with the purchase he helped save me a couple hundred dollars and had the vehicle detailed for me. He also sent a follow up call to see how it was treating me so far. I will update the review in the future regarding the dealers reliability.

We worked with Haley today to purchase a vehicle for our 16 year old daughter. She was fantastic thru every single aspect of the process! Very transparent. We had a couple concerns about some minor issues we were hoping they would fix but were let know the vehicle was being sold as-is. No biggie for us really. Rick went ahead and knocked a little off the sale price due to those concerns without us even asking!Thanks so much to everyone at Sneed that helped us out during our transaction! A+

Seeking an Aviator, we submitted an internet inquiry and Haley Mock was quick to respond. Being I was an hr away, we went back and forth a little bit. Saturday I made a trip out there to see a few options. After spending the day there, test driving a few units, we purchased a 2020 Lincoln Aviator GT. Which we weren't prepared for, so we ran home to gather other paperwork and keys they needed and they stayed late to make sure we could get everything completed and done. Thank you Haley, you were a rock star, Rick, Baron and Dennis.

I brought my 2018 Mustang GT in for its first and complimentary oil change. The Sneed service team was able to fit me in on a Saturday and had me in and out in 30 - 45 minutes. The only reason it took as long as it did was because I asked them to look at a minor issue with the car. They addressed the issue without hesitation and consulted me to ensure I was happy with the outcome.Very happy.We would definitely recommend Sneed Ford to family and friends and would not hesitate to purchase another car or truck at their dealership.

I recently purchased my first vehicle this past weekend, and the staff at Dennis Sneed Ford made a once stressful and overwhelming process into something very exciting and easy! I was able to work with Bill and Haley, and each of them were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Bill was able to assist with finding the perfect car for me, while Haley was able to assist in simplifying the process of purchasing the vehicle. Both of these salesmen were willing to go above and beyond, and created a stress-free and friendly atmosphere. Whether one is purchasing their first or second vehicle, I greatly recommend Dennis Sneed Ford because of it's knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This week we found a work vehicle located at Sneed Ford. We immediately contacted them and Steven was a great help! Then when we were able to come in Baron assisted us in making our purchase. Bought a car after looking at least 1,000 cars everywhere else. Spencer was the best salesman!! The entire staff was extremely helpful , knowledgeable and you can tell it is a team effort for your entire transaction. Baron was so great to work with closing my paperwork, explaining things I didn't understand and a complete professional!! Unfortunately, I had to keep them just past closing and they were such troopers and gracious about it. This is not a high pressure sales car lot. I would highly recommend!!! I had a wonderful experience and will be getting my next car from them.

I recently purchased a car from Dennis Sneed Ford. From start, to finish Shianne was awesome! Shianne was extremely helpful, communicated well with me, and was able to answer any question I had prior to me coming to look at the car. Once at the dealership the great service continued with Shianne, and Austin. The concerns I had were taken care of by John, and owner Dennis. Came to terms on what I felt was a very fair deal for all parties involved. Throughout the process there was never any pressure put on the sales process, and I was able to take the time I needed to feel good about the purchase. Highly recommend this dealership. I will be back when I need another Ford product. I am loving my GT 350!

We had a great buying experience with Sneed Ford. We worked with Doug and he took his time to make sure we were happy with our decision and ready to purchase. The salesteam there is not pushy or overwhelming, which I appreciated. If you are looking for an F150, this is the place to go. They had almost 70 in stock last weekend. All reasonably priced and of good quality.
