David was very quick & courteous to help me diagnose the problem with my Lincoln MKX that I purchased yesterday. He went out of his way to work with me to get the dealership to pay for replacing the battery. I appreciate the folks at Battery Outfitter. I Would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

I had a battery go out while still under warranty. Kent replaced it with no questions ask and no charge and I was done in 15 minutes. Truly five star service. I will continue to be a loyal customer giving the Golden store all of my battery business.

My husband and I stopped to see if they could test our truck battery. We were helped right away by David who came out and tested it and found out we did indeed need a new battery. He quickly found what we needed, switched them and we were back on the road in 15 mins. Thank you David!!

I recently found my two Motor Coach XH8D chassis batteries depleted.I placed an online order for new batteries from Battery Outfitters in Golden Missouri. When I arrived at the shop, Jacob and David spent extra time with me to determine why I found my Motor Coach chassis batteries depleted. They tested my old batteries, discovered several bad cells, educated me on basic battery chemistry, and recommended a AGM PSD12-260 Pro-Series upgraded replacement.It s refreshing to find a business with people that care and take ownership beyond just a paycheck. Thank you Jacob and David for taking the time to listen and discuss my situation. You restored faith in my Motor Coach s charging systems.JK

We noticed our mobility scooter didn t have as much power as it used to. We stopped in at the store and Kent got on it and checked our batteries. He installed the new batteries and told us something we didn t know about keeping our batteries charged.My husband used his scooter today and really noticed the difference. Thanks!

I came into the store a few days ago and was greeted by a nice young man named Jason. I actually stopped in to see about a birthday gift for my husband cause there isn t a lot of options in the area and he got me all set up. I love easy trips like that so thank you, Jason!

I am on a long road trip and my battery died. I stumbled upon battery outfitters and it was a blessing. Aron was amazing. He checked to make sure my battery was the problem and replaced within 20 minutes. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend for battery s. Thank you again!!

Instead of doing the easiest thing and just selling me a new set of batteries, David in retail helped me to figure out if my garage door opener remote batteries were dead or if I needed to recalibrate the garage door opener remote to work with the recently repaired garage door opener. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to solve my problem. It is a rare quality to find in the sales industry anymore. He just earned a loyal, repeat customer.

What a great store !! We needed to replace the battery on our old mower & decided to check out Battery outfitters in Golden, MO.The staff is very nice & know their products. David was very pleasant & helpful. He found the battery we needed & answered all our questions about other items in the store, and they have a lot of cool & useful items, not just batteries.Stop by & check it out!!

Looking at replacing batteries, I bought seven years ago for my golf cart called Battery outfitters again and spoke with Aaron who was a wealth of knowledge. He gave me the pros and cons of three different options. I showed up at the end of the day to get an on board battery charger replaced in my boat. No one complained about maybe having to stay late and they were very professional. Great service, I will definitely be back.

This place was very nice and the customer service was absolutely amazing from walking in and them being very nice to unloading our batteries to putting the new ones in our truck. Pro guide agm batteries are the best ever, they lasted nine years in our tournament boat. So with the new ones we will definitely have another great nine more years.
