This is certainly an establishment I trust in the name alone. They should have shops in every city Walmart does.The work was done in a timely fashion, I got a killer deal on size 20 tires that are 10 ply!! Nobody could beat it.I did knock off a start because it was a very depressing atmosphere. Maybe someone recently passed away, I'm not sure. There are beverages and a few tables to sit at if you aren't too over weight. They are the old style booths with permanent placement. So bring a chair or grab one of the benches outside. One shaded, one was not.Poor lighting and poor display of their selection of awesome tires.If customers can't see em, we can't buy em.The tall gentleman helping me ( usually the only one who is) was so very helpful in finding me a deal that matched my original tires but it turned out that would not fit.He did a fantastic job but like everyone else, he kinda seemed depressedNo music playing, no Wi-Fi, limited seating options, poor lighting, and maybe a better display or layout of their small shop.I'll come manage the changes.

The best tire place in the area. Had 5 new tires put on my Jeep and was in and out in less than an hour. All people I dealt with were extreamly friendly and professional. Excited my baby has new shoes!!!

Purchased set of tires everything was fine had the tires rotated and started to notice shake in the steering wheel. Took the truck back twice to have tires balanced. Issue still continues I took truck to another local tire shop and they were convinced a tire was bad. I called ball and prier back and spoke with them . At this time I was invited back to their location and promised the issue would be resolved. Upon my arrival I was greeted by David whom was understanding and knowledgeable of the issue at hand. They balanced and moved tires around and came to the conclusion tire needed replaced. Ball and prier went above and beyond in customer service . I would recommend That if you haven t already give them a try with next tire purchase . You will not be disappointed! Mike and Debbie The owners deserve a special shout out Especially! They reached out to our family personally and took care of the issue. A kindness caring and understanding speaks volumes.Thank you !

Great customer service, good prices, and hard working but friendly staff. Been dealing with them for 15 years now, and won't go anywhere else. David (manager) has been blessed by God with a good heart and spirit. They are the best at what they do. Hands Down!!!

Hey, these guys are amazing. I've been a customer for 30 years now. They're honest which is a difficult thing to find these days they're they're nice to their customers great them like human beings in fact I've beenloaned two out of that shop to help get my tire off more than once and they did it without a second thought sure you might pay an extra 5% to 10% on one of the big box stores but it's so worth it so worth it.

We're from out of state and got a flat at the beginning of our travel back. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Amazing price on a replacement tire and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Service Manager David is a 7 foot guardian angel. Twice after I bought my tires here I have stopped in once on a very low tire, the next on a rotation visit. Both times David had me roll it right in and him and his team jumped right on my truck. Good bless these guys! Amazing customer service!!!!

I have been a car dealer for over 30 years. I bought a set of tires here for my personal truck a year ago. Best tires I have ever owned. Going to buy a set of tires for my girlfriends car here this week. I wouldn't buy tires anywhere else. The people are friendly and great to deal with.

Never had a problem getting a flat repaired before but I guess if you didn't buy from them they aren't interested in your business anymore. Always went there but NEVER again.

In a converted gas station this tire place offers plenty of air-conditioned seating inside to read a magazine and drink some coffee... I've had better results with calling to make sure they have the tires there or pull them out of their warehouse before I even show up but the wait time is not usually more than 30 or 40 minutes and the prices are the best in the area

My husband and I went down today. Drove all the way from Purdy. Went inside. No-one working desk. Note to go to shop. Husband went to shop. Stood there for 10 minutes with no response from anyone. Oh they were there, but no one even asked what they could do for us. Fine. You don't need our business, we will take it next door to Schumaker. Two new tires. Your loss.

They're very nice And All American.we need to stand with America product's .it's who we are.thier also reasonable on prices.wonderful place.wont tier's to last then Ball&prier is the place to go for all your tires needs.

Trying to remove a brand new tire I purchased because of a blow out. They have wrenched them down so much we are stranded until I find a way to get them loose.

Had a tire that had a slow leak. They were very nice, and although I had a little wait, they got a space to fix the tire. Even though they were extremely busy, I was still treated like I mattered.

I made a number of trips to Ball and Prier tire to get a set of mags fitted on my Mustang GT. Factory error after factory error kept the process from completion. Fortunately the technicians spotted the rim defects and brought them to my attention The folks at Ball and Prier were great through the whole process. Between the mags and the new Hankook tires, I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

Times are changing....more people are buying through the internet. Do not expect them to put your new tires on your rims if you did not purchase through them. Time to change your policy.

Drove a little farther to save money- $100+. Not sorry. Pleased with the service. Didnt have to wait long. I appreciated a clean bathroom.
