This establishment has a wide of tools to get the job done why they're at the gardening or plumbing to building your home they seem to have most everything that you would need also deck and patio furniture and grills. The staff although being young for the most part our knowledgeable and eager to be as helpful as possible. Only issue I personally have is the pricing of the grills you can get the same exact quality and name brand for cheaper elsewhere within the local community of businesses.

Be very careful when shopping here. Many items not priced and many items placed under wrong price tags. I buy chlorine tabs, clearly, under a $44 tag. My bad for not reading the fine print. The tabs were $109! The cashier was less than friendly. Was overcharged $4on another item. Petunia-$10.99 per flat- sounds good, til they charge 10.99 for 3 -6 pk flats included in tray. There again, I guess I should've known it would I could go on with more, but I'll leave it here. Read tags carefully!

Westlake s has always had what I have needed for any project. The staff is always extremely helpful in finding what you need. My only reason for giving 4 stars is their pay terminals. The last couple times I ve went there, the chip reader has never worked. Since it s a chip reader though you have to do it 3 times then swipe it. The Apple Pay and tap to pay do not work as well, but their is a sign indicting that.

They were great! Someone helped me find concrete paint while another mixed the color we wanted. I was given advice on the downspouts we purchased as well as the floor scraper we needed to buy. They seemed knowledgeable and were all very friendly! I would definitely recommend!

I went in to get some electrical wiring to redo an outlet on a trailer. It wasn't much, just going to be a 10' or 12' section so I needed someone to cut the wire for me off the spool. I looked around the store for help but couldn't find anyone and then went to the front and waited in line at the cashier's table even though there were three employees sitting at customer service and we're busy talking. I asked the cashier for assistance and she radioed it in.I walked to the back and waited for another ten minutes... Nobody came. I walked around and couldn't find anyone. I walked back up to he front to ask again but now saw there were three people standing at the cashier station talking so I chose to leave instead.I went down the road a bought some in less than 5 minutes.I understand not having enough employees because of the "great resignation" but this was ridiculous. I will be avoiding this place unless it's my only place I can go in a pinch. This is exactly why people have gone to shopping online.

I dont think I have ever had to wait in a line when ever shopping here great cashiers always doing a fantastic job I do think some of the prices are way to high well others are fair but you can't beat great customer service keep up the great work yall

Great for a quick stop to the hardware store instead of an hour plus trip to the big box stores. This store has a huge selection of Barbecue grills, pellet grills, and smokers. Plus related items charcoal, pellets, tools and accessories. They also have a huge power and hand tool selection.

Only 2 people working that I could see, 1 on register and one on the floor. I tried to ask floor worker, but he was busy I looked for 12-14 minutes and was ignored. Finally asked the cashier if they had a certain item I wanted to buy. She didn't know, she called someone then told me it was on a certain isle (which it wasn't) I explained that I had been up and down that particular isle several times and did not find it. I asked the whereabouts on that isle would it be and was told , you'll have to look for it, this is after I told her I already looked and was unable to find it. She did not offer to look or call someone to help. I have never been so poorly treated in any other Ace hardware store that I have ever been in. I will never spend another penny in this particular Ace hardware.

Awesome always have what I need there. Kevin forgive me the other one who has been there a long time I forgot his name are the best in helping with any question you might need.I am not a plumber so I appreciate their and everyone else help at Westlakes so much. They have saved me thousands over the years from this great store. I do not go anywhere else.Nice job.

Went to by a stihl chains ms 291... Tried 3 different people and waited for 45 minutes and no one came to assist me. Won't be going back. If you don't hire employees that want to work for there money I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

I used the app to make an online purchase. The store was prepared for me when I arrived and I was in and out. There is also an option to wait in your car outside for picking up your purchase. Westlake Ace Hardware is a great neighborhood store!

Jim knows everything! No matter what crazy idea we have he always gives the best suggestions for our budget! I always have to check out their newest gadgets and seasonal products. Gardening center plants always have lots of variety, great quality, and sell out fast.

Found a specialty item and it was on sale! Plus, I had a $5 coupon so the final price was cheap! The service is great and staff are friendly. Good selection of quality hardware stock.

Friendly staff, store carries a little if everything. Easy to find, large open parking lot, if they don't have it they're willing to tell you who might.

Went to check on retaining wall blocks. They had 2 pallets I liked and will give a discount for buying whole pallet. Want to shop local!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have stihl and craftsman products. Prices are a little high and selection is okay. Offer some services like screen repair and rekeying locks.

I love this place. I live nearby and when I need something for my house I go to Ace and they have it. The staff is knowledgeable a most have worked there for years which is always a plus. I recommend Ace for all of your home maintenance and repair needs.

Tall thin man that's worked there a long time really knows his stuff and is extremely helpful! And their propane tank refills are cheaper than Walmart so now they're all we get it from.

Hats off to Kevin!! His customer service is over the top... Helped with my keys.. Thank goodness a few people still exist with common sense!! Give the man a RAISE! Worth the drive to Fulton for sure!

Pretty good all-around hardware store. I usually go in there for some sort of hardware and come out with some sort of houseware too. They have everything, except Lumber. I wish I had a small selection of wood, that would be awesome!
