Even though they were short handed, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. I had no trouble finding the items I was looking for.

We have spent thousands upon thousands at this particular Tractor Supply. We called with an issue with our newly bought mower. And explained we bought the $400 warranty and 3 different employees told us this particular thing was covered. It also states in the warranty as well. The manager told us we should have read it more thorough and to take accountability for our actions and hung up on us. We didn t expect special treatment but we did expect to be directed in a proper manner to solve our issue. We will not be doing business with such poor managerial skills and hostility. I will gladly redirect my business of building an entire homestead through a different company. Preferably one with class and respect for the customers.

Went in to buy a zero turn mower and was met by the store manager (Rex) and he was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. Even though they were extremely busy I was helped very efficiently there were also 2 other employees that helped us answering several questions and explaining everything we need to know. I have been to this particular tractor supply several times and have always had a very positive and helpful experience. Thanks to the whole crew there we greatly appreciate you!

I have spent approximately 8,000 a yr on my animal feed and farm supplies for past 7yrs. I'm in club plan and called to reserve trailer for next day t and had 1 day free rental. When I called the woman put a note on sign out page and computor screen that I would pick up at 9am. When I got there the store manager told me a man came in earlier a rented it for the day. I exainplanind that there was notes stating I had reserved. His Reply was I was the other guy paid for it and I was using my rewards from neighbor club so he gave it to him. I no longer get my weekly animal food there and spend approximately 10% of my farm Susie's. For he store manager to treat an established, loyal customer this way was foolish and they lost approx$1$7,000-to 12,000 of income due to the store manager

There was a young man in there today helping us find the right T posts to build a fenced in dog pen. He was very down to earth and friendly. I enjoy his type of customer service and I could tell he was not simply putting on a fake face to be cheerful. I just wanted to give him a thumbs up

I love Tractor Supply. The cashier is courteous and very polite and very helpful. It is very easy to find everything you need and Tractor Supply. The store is kept nice neat and clean. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed going to Tractor Supply and I look forward to each and every other trip that I have make to Tractor Supply

Called yesterday to reserve the trailer they rent for today. Was told they don't reserve it, first come, first serve. Went this morning too get it, was told it was rented. But it was sitting there, asked why it was their if it was rented. Was told it was reserved. Like most small towns, it who you know I guess. Will NOT patronize this store again.

Very helpful, they didnt have the item i was looking for the clerk had wonderful ideas for a substitute which looked as good and was easier to work with. Thanks to him my diy christmas gift is finished way ahead of time. Wonderful small town feeling. Thumbs up to the entire staff for an enjoyable experience.

Last Friday, Sept 27th, I picked up the wood stove I purchased back in Feb on clearance! I checked in a few times and they said it was no problem leaving it there and it wasn't. They loaded it on my trailer and off I went. Good service and a Great price! (...on clearance, but it was also the cheapest place I have found a mobile home approved wood stove)

Came in on friday and was met by a rude employee I believe her name was Angie she not only was rude she also was yelling at another employee when I asked to get my propane filled up she was calling him the f word he ended up filling my propane and was very polite and said sorry about what happened I would give him 5 stars but I probably won't go to the store again due to this

My 2 nephews and myself went into this store to get wood pellets. We walked in and no one spoke to us, which is fine, except, as we are walking to the counter to pay with a large cart with bags of wood pellets and man that works there looked at my nephew that is a young black man and said "Can I help you with some thing?" We were literally 10 yards from the counter. I feel as though he thought my nephew may have been In there stealing. I am saddened by this, and truly hope they learn from this. The way this one man made my nephew and us feel was unacceptable!

My family usually does all our farm shopping here. But today I've had a bad enough day my horse is sick and it's cold. and I called to ask about their horse blankets before I drive in there and an older woman answered the phone I asked if they sold them and she said "yes there's several" I said ok so you know ballpark the price range they're in? She said "NO I have no idea, I don't keep that kind of stuff in my head!" Then there was a long pause she never offered to go check. So I hung up. I Called back and asked to speak with management and she made excuses for the sorry employee and told me the pricing. If this is how I am going to be treated I will take my business to orscheln or somewhere else where employees have common courtesy and know how to treat customers.

Last week a friend and I were the support crew for our husbands participating in the MR340 River race. At a resupply stop just south of Fulton, my husband asked me to find a tractor supply and purchase an inner-tube for him to sit on. The folks at this tractor supply location were very friendly and helpful, especially Bill (pretty sure that's his name). He helped us figure out what we needed, find it and also inflated the tube. We were on our way shortly and so grateful! Great customer service is rare these days, so it is especially awesome when you encounter it!

The people here are so friendly and professional. They honestly care about customer service. That's rate these days. A bonus is that it's such a neat store just to go in and browse.

Every time I go in the staff are so helpfull, and courtious. They seem to always have exactly what I am looking for. The Manager is always willing to go that extra mile to help the customers out.

Smaller facility, but decent selection of goods. Friendly, helpful staff. Good for homeowners, not so good for a working farm. Overall fine for the area.

Buy my dog food at Tractor Supply. The staff are friendly, helpful, and they even invite dogs on leashes in. How fun is that to shop with your best friend! Thank you , Tractor Supply!

Can usually find what you're looking for and even some you weren't. They usually have friendly, helpful, staff. Prices are standard.

Called and asked about a trailer. They said they had it, we drove 30 minutes to get there and they said sorry, we don't have it. Didn't even offer to check at other locations. Poor customer service
