I would highly recommend these guys, very nice, professional and go out of their way to help out. I have locked my keys in my cars numerous times, and they have always came right-a-way to help me out.My son's truck quit on him while in a wash bay at the car wash, we gave them a call, and they were there within 10 minutes. They hauled the truck to their shop and had it fixed and back on the road by 5 oclock that same day. Now that's service!Couldn't ask for nicer people. Great service at a fair price!!WOULD, & DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

Super nice guy towed my moms truck tonight. Very nice and super quick tow! Not a bad price either! Would recommend them to anyone needing a tow in the future!

After I locked my keys in the car, I called Tom & Steve's. Within 5 minutes Justin, a friendly mechanic, arrived and quickly opened my car door. My vehicle's make and model is tricky, and other mechanics have struggled (because yes, I have locked my keys in the car before). The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Tom & Steve's!

They did me a big favor by towing my son's totalled car to their facility instead of to my home. Had they towed it to my home the insurance would have taken their time about working our claim. As it was they came and got the car in less than a day because they don't like paying storage fees. THANK YOU TOM AND STEVE!

Beware this company. They are the contract tow service for the city of Fulton. I was involved in an accident and without even speaking with me, they towed my truck. I was NEVER contacted by anyone from their company. When my insurance company attempted to get my vehicle out of impound to get fixed, they slapped a $100 "no key" fee on there (despite NEVER mentioning this to me and only asking for my keys once, after it had been there 4 days).When I attempted to discuss the bogus fee with the owner, he was incredibly rude. I paid in full just to get my truck out of their greedy hands, and despite leaving my truck with 4 fully inflated and undamaged tires, 2 hours later when the tow truck picked it up, one was slashed.INCREDIBLY unprofessional and insanely expensive. I would rather deal with big city tows than this podunk little hick company.Additionally, they don't accept credit cards or even have a fax machine.

Highly recommend tom and Steve's towing.. called economy towing for my son's car and was quoted almost 220$ to tow from kingdom city to millersburg.. Tom and Steve's towing did the job for 95$... And it was a 20 minute wait...

Such a relief as a women, to be able to take my car somewhere and have confidence in the mecahnics. I happily drive to this "Podunk" shop and write a check for their services, it doesn't affect my life at all that they don't have a fax machine either. I really like these guys and I won't take my car anywhere else.
