I found my new place to buy tires! I had one tire fixed at Sneller Tire that was purchased at another tire store in Fulton. I refused to return to the other store as I deemed them untrustworthy. I stopped by Sneller and they got me in quickly, fixed my issue, and the repair cost was very reasonable. Went back the following week to have 4 new tires put on my sons car. I appreciate the professionalism that Sneller provided. I also feel like they are extremely trustworthy. They have my business!

I would give 0 stars if allowed. This business tried to charge me $4k for suspension work that I was able to get done elsewhere for $800. They also charged me 2 diagnostic fees of $70 for the suspension issues. They also mark up all parts 20% above retail price.I have proof and will to provide to anyone thinking it is a good idea to do business with them. I will never do business w these crooks again. I will be leaving reviews on every social media platform.

First and Foremost, I d like to say that I heard many positive things about this location of Sneller Tire Auto & Diesel Repair before coming here. I recently had a rebuilt transmission placed in my vehicle, and they were awesome from the diagnostic, breaking down estimate, ordering parts, scheduling repair date for my convenience , to completion of repair. They even gave my vehicle a 2nd once over after a thorough completion was done. The customer service is a , hands down . Everyone is on the same page

Sneller's are very professional with friendly service. I have been to many shops and paid lots of money to have my car fixed, but they only created more problems that took months to fix as well as leaving parts off my car, leaving me stranded for months. Sneller's were very knowledgeable and spotted the service I needed right away and gave me a loaner car while they fixed my car. This is an excellent shop with reasonable prices. I wish I knew they were there a lot sooner. It would have saved me a lot of time and money. I will only take my car to Sneller's from now on.

I had four tires put on while I waited. The service was extremely fast and efficient. The gentleman who works the front desk was very helpful throughout the entire process. Would definitely do business with them in the future.

The owners are so wonderful to work with. The tech was great at explaining what my vehicle was doing when a warning light had come on suddenly. They got me in the same day and treated me very well.

As someone who likes to work on my own car, eletrical issues are the one thing I refuse to mess with. Randy and Requitta at Sneller were incredibly helpful with getting my car back on the road in a timely manner, and their courtesy car meant that I didn't have to worry about getting to and from the shop! Can't recommend enough!

Took care of us on New Years Eve.We were stranded on the way to St LouisTowed the disabled vehicle to Fulton and had it repaired quickly.Communication was good and the shop was very fair with the cost.Professional outfit.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Sneller was recommended to me by my brother who lives in Houston TX.They had to do a complete engine replacement.After talking to them it was decided we would order the engine from Jasper. Now it took Jasper 6 weeks to finally get my motor built and delivered to Sneller after being told it would take 4 weeks at the most.Obviously not Snellers fault it took so long.Sneller took possession of the motor on Monday and scheduled it in on Wednesday of the same week. Only took them 3 days from start to finish to have it put in and running for me to take home to rolla on Friday night. They stayed late to make sure I would have my car running correctly and that there was no leaks. Left the office at about 6:30.Thank you for for the constant updates and getting it done so quickly after they finally got it there.Updated.They are still great!

I ve been going to Sneller for about 5 years now and have never had a single issue. I have zero complaints. They do great honest work and don t try to screw you over. The front desk staff is great! They contact you a couple days after they work on your vehicle to check in and make sure all is well with your vehicle. They used to be 1 minute from my house then moved to Fulton but I gladly drive the 20 minutes to have them service my car. Every time! They are very nice, they do great work, and will go out of their way to be helpful to their customers. I'm confident when I bring in a vehicle, they get it in the shop at or beforeyour appointment time, and i know when i get my 1 ton truck, its fixed correctlyand im back on the road again! So happy to have found a good, honest shop!!

Hey look, a lot of folks can say their the best but when Randy said, best hook in town. it's true. I'm not from this town but this small local family business treated me with the most hospitality I've ever seen. I am extremely grateful for all they have done for me. I will refer Sneller Tire Auto & Diesel to anyone and everyone no matter the distance. Thank you Sneller family. Keep doing what you do. You are dame good at it.

Charged me 63 bucks to hook up diagnostics it s free even at autozone . Then told me they tow my vehicle to Columbia dealership that day or next morning but didn t deliver it til late evening when they are closing plus charged 170 to tow it after already had it towed there

My first experience with randy and Debbie's car repair shop...wow what a good business model. They could adopt on their business cards--"treat people right and they'll be back, treat em' wrong and people will say "so long". We definitely will bring our car back!

Sneller Auto was THE best auto repair/work I've had done ...bar none. They exceeded my expectations and the charges were so affordable! If you need vehicle repairs/work on ANYTHING I'll be the first to recommend. Absolutely a top notch business. I think they do good work but my last two experiences with them haven't been good. My last visit, I ask them to balance the front tires on my truck, I have a weird vibration that I can't figure out. I dropped it off the night before my appointment and waited to here from them when it was completed the next day. I stopped by at 3 pm the next day and when I talked to the front desk, he asked "did you approve the invoice" I ask what invoice. Evidently they text invoices for you to approve before they do anything. They never said anything about the texting thing, so I hadn't seen it. My complaint is if you don't tell the customer that that's your process, you don't know to expect it. And if you don't get a response to the text maybe a call would be in order. I have no problem preapproving invoices, I think it's a good idea, but if you don't give the person a call, how do they know. The communication could definitely be better.So needless to say they did nothing and I had to pick my truck up because it's my work vehicle.
