I took my truck in to get a few things done. It ended up being a much bigger job than anticipated. While they close at 5:30 it was nearly 9:00 before they finished the work. They refused to leave or stop until it was perfect. While waiting I met the owner, his wife, and child. I saw the owner turning a wrench on my truck after hours next to the mechanic. They were all very friendly and helpful. I felt like a family friend while I waited. The mechanic did an amazing job on the repairs, I couldn t be more pleased. It was more than I expected, at a fraction of the price. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend. It was a great all around experience with wonderful people. My truck is running as good as ever and I made several new friends. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone who will listen.

I've been taking all my vehicles to Randy for several years now. Him & his wife are absolutely wonderful! Randy always does everything I need him to & never overcharges me for it. They're very honest & upfront about what needs to be taken care of immediately & what can wait. They're always professional, friendly & just all around good people. Once you take your vehicle here you won't have to worry about ever taking it anywhere else.

I took my car in for diagnosis of an intermittent starting issue that several other shops including the dealer could not properly diagnose and fix. They immediately recognized a major safety issue with my rear differential and immediately alerted me.They fixed both issues. I can't say enough good things about how awesome this business is. They are honest, affordable, and make you feel like family. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you give this place a try if you have never taken your vehicle there. Had to service my car before vacation and heard great things about Sneller. Gave them a call and they got me in the next day on a busy schedule. Showed up 15 minutes early and they waisted no time to get started. Mechanics were friendly and very informative. Went the extra mile to make sure I was good to go. Definitely earned a repeat customer!

Having just moved to the area, you can imagine my stress when my car needed repairs. I'm ecstatic I found Sneller. Not only were they friendly and accommodating, the cost of repairing my vehicle was very affordable, also. I hope I don't need their services again any time soon, but if I do need repair work again, I will be returning. I would recommend Sneller Mid Mo to anyone.

This was my first time taking my vehicle here and they treated me like I had been a customer for years! I was so close to having a baby while they had my car and Requitta offered to take me anywhere I needed on her personal time which is very thoughtful!! I was very pleased and they updated me very often on what was going on with my car. Great service and very polite awesome people! Highly recommend them to anyone and they will fix your problem!

I love how friendly and helpful they are. They always remember me and are willing to to work me in their schedule, when it works for me. I ve taken my car recently for an inspection and asked for them to check my breaks. I thought I needed new ones. Long story short. He could have lied and told me i did but instead assured me that they looked fine. I don t feel like they ever try to sell me something I don t need. Very honest and reliable.

Randy and Requitta are awesome. I recently purchased a set of tires and not only did they give great service, but the prices were very competitive. They went above and beyond to work with my crazy schedule and picked up and delivered my car. They re the best!

The most honest and caring repair shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Rusty walked me through every step of getting my vehicle repaired and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. I really appreciate the genuine care Randy, Rusty and the rest at Sneller Auto have for their customers. I walked in to a busy day and Randy still insisted to drive with me despite his full schedule. Previously they'd told me about a common concern for my make and model that previous auto shops didn't know or didn't care to share with me. They're trustworthy and honest which makes it so easy to do business with Sneller Auto. You walk in feeling that you're in good hands.Thank you!

Awesome customer service!! I caught them at a busy time and they still helped me out. They not only worked me in for a diagnosis, they took the time to talk to me and explain what was wrong and where the costs were coming from in the repair. They also offer a payment plan, which is great if you, like me, have a repair that climbs up in cost. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I love taking our vehicles to Sneller. They are always SO nice and professional. They are honest about what needs to be done to your vehicle and they won t take advantage of you. Love supporting this local business!

Great place to take your vehicle. They are honest and professional. I had tires put on my car. They didn t push any unnecessary things. I had initially requested in alignment with new tires. They saw that my car did not even alignment and took it off the bill. I would highly suggest Sneller mid mo.

HUGE thank you to Sneller Mid MO auto repair in Holts Summit for the outstanding customer service! I recently took my car in for maintenance, and found this to be the most honest and friendly auto repair shop I have ever visited. Not only did they bring me in the shop to SHOW me everything wrong, they literally worked until 8pm 2 nights in a row just to finish my vehicle. I didn t even need it that soon, but they insisted on completing it. Just can t say enough good things about them. My car drives so much better now! at Sneller Mid Mo Auto & Diesel Repair.

Randy always does a hell of a job fixing with any problem that accures with my car for several years now. He is the only one I have complete trust in when it comes to repairs major and minor all the way down to oil changes I trust with my car. When any of my friends need work on their vehicles I never hesitate to tell them about Randy and his experienced staff of mechanics. Everyone from his office staff to the mechanics are all friendly and courteous.

Our car broke down when we were traveling from Saint Louis to Jefferson City. Having to leave my car in a town I was not familiar with made me nervous but both Randy and Requitta made me feel better about the work we needed done. Unfortunately my car needed a new transmission. They kept me updated on the progress of the work and I feel the price was good for all that was needed. I would recommend this business to anyone.

This was the 2nd time I ve taken my vehicle to Sneller. I had an oil change previously and this time I needed new brakes. A part had to be ordered and then reordered due to it being defective when they received it. Requitta called me to update me on everything and assured me my vehicle would be done the next day. It was done in a professional and timely manner. I so appreciate Sneller s professionalism and communication. I love to support small businesses and this is one I will continue to support. I trust my cars and trucks when I take them to Randy Sneller. I know both Tim and Randy can take care of anything I bring or drag to them! Even if it's an old Ford! :). Thanks guys and gals! The free shuttle service is awesome even tho I need to walk!

We had an issue with the scooter lift on the back of my car. Randy and Tim were so nice and determined to figure out what was wrong...and the did! Can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I am new to town and didn t know where to go for my automotive needs. Someone recommended Sneller and I am so happy they did! I will never go anywhere else! Great service, great prices and they are always quick to get me in. Every time I have called They ve been able to squeeze me in same day! This is the place to go!

$400 for 4 shocks put on. Took them a little over 2 hours. I was charged for 4 hours of shop labor "because that's what the book shows". Original bill was over $500!!! I brought in the shocks! Get a quote first!!! I will never do business with them again.

I had new struts on the front and new shocks on the rear. This is obviously a costly repair. Requitta made the extra effort to make some phone calls to get the costs lowered and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. I was texted to make sure repair was working as expected.My car is running smooth!!! Almost feels like a new car.I will be doing more business with them and telling family and friends about the good service. I highly recommend this repair shop for your auto repair needs.

I had a muffler hanging low and went by for a quick estimate to get it fixed. So to start with Friendly Service. Second thing was they definetly got me in fast. Tim was awesome, very professional and polite. Now to state the part that made my day... As i said i was there for an estimate, I was told on the phone they couldnt fix it today but would look to see how much work it will take. They did just that but to top it off they took one extra step that made my day... Tim went ahead and got some wire or something and put my exhaust back up as a temporary fix to get me by for a week or so till i could get back with an appointment. I have had alot of mechanics i have dealt with and not alot of positive but they made it a point to make me feel welcomed. I will Definetly be going back soon.
