I've had to use them twice now, it seems like my new Toyota is a magnet for parking lot run ins. They have always got us right in and out. The customer service have been great and the car always looks fantastic afterwards.The labor charges are reasonable and the work seems to be above average. I would highly recommend this shop for all your auto body needs.

Very friendly and fast work. I dropped the car off on Monday, and they said on Friday afternoon it would be finished. I got a call Friday morning saying the car was ready to be picked up. You can't even tell it has been repaired. They blended the paint perfectly, and fixed the dents so that all the contour lines were how they originally were on the car. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work that was done to my car.

Locked our laptop in our rental when we returned it. They were able to send their son out to unlock the building and open the trunk to our rental. Very nice of them because it only took about 5 minutes for him to get out there on a closed day.

This place always does a great job. We have had work done on 3 different occasions over the past few years and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work each time.04/2018 Update : We have now used Paul's for a 4th time and their quality craftsmanship is still top notch

The worst service I've ever received. Went to get my car repaired after driving into a ditch and was returned to me in worse condition. Yes he made the necessary repairs, but my AC stopped blowing out air, windshield wiper fluid stopped dispensing, heated seats stopped working, and so did my cigarette lighter. He then "couldn't find the problem" so I decided to take it to a dealership to get a legit diagnosis and he refused to pay for what he did to my car. I'm now out $400 more dollars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

When i got my 2018 ford mustang Back out of their shop i noticed some imperfections and they are going to make it right! Mike had no hesitation in telling us that he would make it right again and i believe him! in a wrecked car you cant expect everything to be as it was when drove off the lot the car is being fixed again and i am very appropriative of the work they have done and are going to continue doing on our car!!! Thank you for being patient and understanding and taking another look

Great service! Unfortunately with three teenage drivers and two adult vehicles i need auto repair more often than i would like. Bottom line, if you can't get along/ be satisfied with the service and customer satisfaction at Paul's....you probably have that problem with a lot of places.

I've been a customer of Paul's for about 15 years. I have lost track of how many times he has done body work for me in that time. I had a Bronco II that deer were always trying to commit suicide on.Their work has always been perfect. What always amazes me is how they can get the paint to match even though I have had vehicles with faded paint, it's always been a perfect match.Today I picked up my Windstar there. It had been T-Boned by a lady who was pulling out of a parking lot and not paying attention. As usual the paint was perfect. There were no rattles or unusual noises on my drive home. The van drives and looks exactly as it did before the accident.Paul and his sons are just good decent people who do high quality work.

If I could go zero Stars I would. They put the wrong Interlock in even when I showed him the paper from the judge. They broke my middle console lid and refuse to acknowledge it and just never did they wouldn't replace it they wouldn't talk to me about it they just said that they didn't do it from day one I have had a problem with these people since I drop my truck off so I picked it up there's been a problem I wouldn't not advise anybody to go to this place they don't know what they're doing

I only heard good things about this place. But it has taken over two weeks and still don't have estimate for my van. I expected to get get jerked around by insurance not the body shop. Really disappointed.

Did not like est. Process for ins. Claim which was expectedto have diff outcome which they was wrong now claim is off not correct ...

I've rented twice from here and the couple who run the place are such wonderful people. The prices are fair and they're honest about their availability of vehicles. Always upfront and kind :)

I had hail damage on my Ford F-150 in 4/10. I took it to him and he said it would be 2 days. It was 3 days and when I picked it up. He had done a poor job on the hood and fender, put he scratched a piece of side molding. Plus he had left the windows down, so it was so dusty, I could write my name in the dust. I took it back and Paul tried to tell me the hood and fender damage was due to rock chips. I told him find, I called my insurance company and they said for me to take it back and they would talk to Paul. So I took it back, He said 2 days, It was 7 days. Where they did the clear coat on the hood and fender, there was small indentions and bubbles. Plus when he buff out the hood and fender, he didn't do the rest of the truck, so now the colors don't match.
