We had an issue with our car while on a family road trip. This was the closest place to test our check engine light and battery. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. I m so grateful that THIS O Reilly s is where we ended up. The staff left us with a positive impression of the community of Fulton, MO. Thank you! You made a stressful event manageable and we were able to get home safely.

Gary was an absolute angel! We got half way into a 3 hour trip from STL with no AC on the way to a dental conference in business casual clothing before we couldn t take it and stopped in for refrigerant. He quickly looked up the right product for our car, got the right bottle with the attachment we needed, and made the process seamless. Give this man a raise and a paid day off!

This place is horrible! I called looking for a certain kind of primer and the woman on the phone said that they had it. I repeated what I was looking for several times and every time she said yes we have it. I Drove 45 minutes to get it and when I got there they don t carry it, I had to order some paint and they said it would be there in a few hours so I gave them until the next day. I m trying to call to see if my paint came in and nobody will answer the phone. Their website says open at 7am It s 10:45 and still nobody is answering the phone. Save yourself time, money and a ton of aggravation and go somewhere else.Everyone wants to get paid but nobody wants to do the job!

I was assigned to strip and wax the floors at this store. In the process one of the workers babysitting me while i was working hard was laughing at me. I flipped him off. It wasn't as easy to clean behind the counter as the aisles were. Anyway i made it look better than it had looked for three years.

Took me over a week to get the correct transmission filter and gasket had to pay twice as much as well to get the proper equipment and when it finally came in both boxes we open and one was slightly damaged will never buy parts from an oreillys again

I went there to simply purchase a windshield sunscreen. The store was empty, yet the counter clerk who waited on me acted as though he was doing me a favor to wait on me. I asked about different screens and their sizes. I thought it best to measure my windshield so a not to make a mistake, so I asked for a tape measure. He told me if I left my keys with him he'd let me try it out first; I walk with a cane--he could have measured the windshield for me, but when I said I would do it he looked put-out about finding a tape measure. I measured the windshield and selected the correct width, but neglected to measure the height. When I got home the shade was way-short on height. Customer service was so poor at this store I will never go back.

If having issues not getting part you need or someone not understanding what part you're looking for ask for store manager Jim Thomson. He will help you in anyway possible to make sure you are taken care of and get right part you need for your vehicle.

This place is great. Our van broke down on the highway on a Saturday morning and no mechanics were open. We stopped here and RUSS not only got us in touch with a mechanic, but he let us (complete strangers) borrow his car to go get dinner in town. The staff (RUSS!) is amazing and would do anything for anyone!Thanks again!Casey James Prestwood and The Burning Angels
