She knows what she did i only hope she can sleep at night knowing one of her dedicated customers are living a nightmare after our insurance claim was denied. A5 year old terrified of wind, rain, and thunder that he cries cause he is so scared that it makes him sick. You could have tried to fix the problem but to do that you would have to admit your office made a mistake. Wow!

Langworthy insurance is awesome. Lorry went out of her way to help us find the best companies for our business. We didn't know much about business insurance, and she took the time to explain everything and every aspect of our coverage. I definitely recommend using them no matter what your insurance needs are.

Wife has dealt with this agency for years. Agent Lori has not been helpful at all and cops an attitude on the phone. State Farm has her auto business now at half the cost.

Had an accident that was not my fault and they started helping me before the police report was done. Got me a rental car the very next morning and had my insurance company contacted and helped me to get the help I needed.
