Are usually work on my own vehicle, and have the past seven years.. due to the lack of a shop at the moment, I decided to bring my vehicle down to Jiffy Lube in Fulton. Not only is this place extremely thorough the new management is amazing and extremely helpful. They even pulled out my air filter to show me like hey your air filters clean. And because of how they were today, I will be bringing my vehicle back for the tuneup I need to get done. I would highly recommend this place thank you Gary and the crew so much. They also (if you re a nerd like me) have these really cool tiny engines and die cast cars I have some of these myself!Service: Oil change

The mechanics were all very kind, gentle, and honest. With a room full of women, it was shocking to hear the mechanic tell her about a service she was asking for wasn't necessary. Usually we (women) experience a mechanic trying to milk her for everything. But these guys were so honest. I have already told many people to come here because the mechanics are honest and kind.

My dip stick got broken oil change before last. Called and they ordered a new one to replace it. Last oil change they didn't latch my hood properly and I noticed when I was going down 70. Called he apologized and offer a discount next time. That was Thursday, and my change the oil light soon came on Friday evening....so did they really change the oil and filter or what did they do? Lots of questionable things but polite customer service after. I would prefer no questionable thing in the first place.

I got there at 7:30 am and there was not enough people there to do an oil change. The man that was there was very apologetic, I came back an hour later and they did get the job done. Everyone was very professional but I think you need to look at your staffing and the expectations of your employees.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I'm so glad that Jiffy does inspections now! I know and trust them with my car to tell me the truth and not just try to take advantage of their customers by faking issues that are not there as I have experienced with other places in town. Their fast and reliable service is what keeps me coming back and will recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much Steven!

We found them to be very professional, yet very friendly. They explained things well to us and were very helpful and honest with two older ladies! We appreciated that very much! Reasonable pricing and yet very good work. Will go back!

Very unprofessional. Absolutely lied about pricing when I came in the building. No wonder they have no business these days. Too bad none of the employees know what they're doing. Do your best to go anywhere else!

Walked in the lady who was sitting in there was very rude , when she seen me walk in she got up n went outside so I m jus standing in the store looking stupid now I m standing in the store watching two workers check my car out i go to the door to stop them because i only come back to get a filter they told me i needed if someone would have greeted me and asked what i needed they would have known that worst experience ever will not be visiting agin wish i could do 0 stars

A Service Soon car system notification came in. I stopped by Jiffy Lube to check the oil level. They checked the oil level requiring to top the oil level. Added three quarts. I was charged $26. I thought that was beyond reasonable charges. My experience with other places that this could be done without charging. Thanks

I went to get an oil change and all of a sudden my headlights stopped working. I have a newer car so there's no way I should have any issues with my car. I checked the fuse box under my hood only to discover that someone pulled some of the fuses up. After I pushed all of the fuses back down, my headlights came on. DON'T GO TO JIFFY LUBE IN FULTON, MO, they are not to be trusted.

I called to ask about an oil change on a newer vehicle. The person I spoke with informed me that they can't change the oil on a 2022 chevy silverado. I asked why and they said they don't have the type of oil the vehicle requires and hung up the phone. If you don't want business just say so...
