We were a little apprehensive about trying to buy a car long-distance as we've had several dealerships try bait and switch schemes... "All of the sudden, coincidentally, someone just bought the great-deal-of-a-car out from under you while you were driving an hour and a half here. ...But since you've already made the drive!" (& of course the car stays in their online inventory for another 2 months....) Fortunately, we weren't wrong to put our trust in Drake and in Fulton. They were patient with us trying to make the deal work from hundreds of miles away. We hired a local mechanic to check the car out for us before we made the drive, and Drake was accommodating and helpful. We were kind of a complicated client to deal with, but it didn't seem to phase him. We agreed to an out-the-door price and scheduled a time to see it for ourselves and complete the purchase. The finance person was out sick that week, but someone else stepped in to help. It is clear the people at Fulton work well together. They didn't pressure us to buy extras. They were upfront and honest at every step. We didn't find the car, the price, the contract, the financing, or anything else to be anything other than what had been promised to us beforehand. No surprises or disappointments throughout the whole process, which has not always been our experience buying used cars. Due to some complexities with our out-of-state tag, we ended up over-paying the tag/tax. They found the mistake and sent us a refund. Some places might have pocketed it or made us fight for the difference, but we didn't even have to find it and ask. I would definitely consider making the trip to Fulton to buy another car in the future!

If I could I wouldn't give any stars. Buying our jeep was nice, we had it a month and have to put in a new transfer case, which is 2500. They are not willing to pay to get it fixed, even though I was told they knew about a code for service shifter and it was in their notes, we were not told about this. And not it is locked In 4wd and we are not able to drive do to not wanting to break anything else. We drove 2 hours to get this jeep . I don't not recommend buying from here,

I have only lived here 2 years but I will not buy a vehicle anywhere else. I have never experienced the level of courtesy and respect as I found at Fulton Ford. I was never pressured or put through the unpleasant sales game. Brad and Jackson patiently and professionally helped me make the decision that was right for me. And Caleb helped me feel comfortable about their service department too. Thank you Fulton Ford for doing customer service right.

I had a great experience with this Ford Service Department. Compared to several other dealerships, especially the one I purchased the car from in Jeff City, they have been exponentially better, very accommodating and more helpful. They definitely came through in the clutch for me.

I purchased a Used 2011 Mercedes-Benz E350 Luxury Wagon. I would rate them as top 10% of dealerships I have had the opportunity to deal with.The vehicle was in exceptional condition inside and in good condition on the outside. Ultimately, a well taken care of vehicle. Exceptional ride.Good-Great price on the purchase.Fair price on the trade.Friendly sales staff.Convenient location for the Jefferson City Area.Clean showroom and sales floor.Speed of paperwork and back office processing.No hassle, it only took one trip of my sales representative Jordan to the sales office to bring me numbers I could agree on. That is a first.Improves-Service after the sale, take the window stickers out, clean the sticker goop off the windows, maybe offer to put some fuel in.Don't be so resistant to an overnight test ride.Inspect your vehicles before hand, tire pressures were way off, TPS kept alarming during test ride.Great experience, I would recommend them. Jordan and the rest of the staff made the purchase fast, easy, and enjoyable.

I drove my Mustang up to have the valve cover gaskets replaced on both sides. Greg at the service shop was very personable and friendly, and gave me a fair price quote upfront. It took a little longer than they originally told me, but when I picked my car up and drove it for another 500 miles there were zero leaks or smells like before. I appreciate the quality work and would recommend this service department to anyone looking.

Cary and entire sales team made our truck purchase a real pleasure. Cary found us a beautiful 2023 Ford Tremor, she's very professional and very knowledgeable and also great to work with. Great experience with Dealership staff and sales. Very happy with my purchase and the process. Put deposit down on vehicle and flew in and picked it up. No games or hassle they did everything they said they would.

Extremely helpful and service-minded dealership. I wish we had bought our other cars here and not only our new Ford Ranger (used). Brad the car salesman was kind, honest, and friendly. He understood what we wanted and helped with that.You don't waste your time at Fulton as at other dealerships where you book a test drive and see the car leave the lot when you arrive. Fulton Ford has the car ready for you to test drive and prepares it for you while you do the paperwork for purchase.They don't waste your time by dragging feet negotiating the price. We drove away from the dealer an hour after our test drive ended, that said we didn't have a trade in. And I am sure both Fulton Ford and we felt like we did a good deal.When we need a new car we will happily drive the hour+ to visit Fulton Ford again and will for sure recommend our friends and colleagues to do the same.

If you're looking to buy a vehicle I would go elsewhere. Don't expect them to honor anything they may tell you before hand regarding the sale. They did not honor the $500 Farm Bureau rebate (which I gave them the document from Farm Bureau), or the Veterans rebate I asked about 8 months prior to the sale.

They sold us a car with a bad transmission. We put fewer than 100 miles on it before realizing it needed transmission work & was a quart low on fluid. We suggested several options for them to work with us to make this right, all of which included us paying more money -- trading it in or reselling it to them for less money than we had paid for it or splitting the cost 50/50 on replacing the transmission. I realize that legally, they are not required to, but hoped they'd consider it good customer service and just ethical. They kept the car several days before getting back to us and then kept putting off answering our questions. Finally, they said the best they could do was replace the transmission at a higher cost to us than we could get it done elsewhere (supposedly a great discount.) Do not recommend.

10/10 Willing to recommend Fulton Ford. They were able to help me pick out a great new truck when I got stranded off of I-70 without any alternatives. They even picked me up from my motel! Their service is second to none and I'd be willing to drive the 4 hours back next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

Fulton ford has not only a great selection, the customer service department make sure if anything happens whether it s a refinance, buying a car or repair to go the extra mile every time. Brad got me in a few years ago, and Jackson has taken care of me since. Everyones always been super friendly and helpful, even through rough times!

Caleb is amazing in the service center. He is always very helpful and knowledgeable. My part was on a national backorder. They went out of their way finding another dealer who had it since my car was my only means of transportation. Got my car back the next day. Always recommend coming here and talking to Caleb.

Awesome experience at Fulton Ford. I saw a deal on a truck so I call to inquire about it. I live 13 hours away. After speaking with Cary, it became very clear that I had a long drive ahead of me coming up. Everything I ask of her was fulfilled including keys, extra pictures & etc... I drove from Mobile, Alabama and I am now sitting in it on my driveway making this review. I have to buy my son a car for college next year and I will definitely be looking at this dealership in particular when we start shopping for him.

When I brought my Explorer in for oil change and a recall notice work, they informed me how long it would take, and kept me well informed on the process and the progress. Excellent staff! They did a wonderful job of working with me to get me a deal that got me into the vehicle I was wanting. Brad was super nice and patient with me. Harold even called me after my husband called to make sure we was getting the best deal we could get. They also didn't try to push me into something I didn't want just because I was a woman which was great. Thank you guys!!They were even amazing after the sale. We noticed the rotors needed to be turned after we purchased the Explorer. They detailed my truck since they didn't have the chance to before I bought it and got it in the shop to check the brakes and rotors. Got it all fixed up. Thank you again guys!!

Took my daughter there she's young and bought a used Dodge Charger. Even before we got it home it through a code for vacuum leak. We thought it was the gas capacity the dealership suggested. She still kept having the vacuum code. I found the vacuum leak on the egr tube seal. When we got into fixing that we found missing bolts and was able to take parts off with just fingers. So it still makes me sick they take advantage of a young person like that.

While I purchased my F150 brand new in 2010 elsewhere, the service department at Fulton Ford has treated me right. They fixed some issues for me the past two days and walked me through them and did not charge me an arm and a leg. Caleb and others in service department also entertained any questions I had.

My son and I stopped by on a Saturday shortly before closing time. We test drove a vehicle and my son was very interested in it so I told the sales person that we wanted to make an offer. He told me he would talk to the owner Monday morning and see if our offer was acceptable and told me that I had first shot at buying it once it went through the service department. I could tell he was wanting to leave for the day since it was just after closing time. I took his word for it and he never once mentioned signing a proposal. When I reached out that Monday, I agreed to the sales price. I called every day for the next 3 days to check on it just to find out that it had been sold to someone else. The salesman told me that the repairs totalled $2500, so I suspect they did not want to honor the original sales price and sold it to someone else that following Monday for more than originally quoted. I spoke to the manager, Jackson, about this and he said he would talk to the owner and make things right by offering me a good deal on another similar vehicle. He offered to take a few hundred dollars off the asking price. What a joke!! That was the best they could do for their shady selling practices? I had always heard that Fulton Ford was an upstanding and honest dealership. What a disappointment! I'm sure my review won't mean much to the owner since there are so many positive reviews. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!6/30/2022- RESPONSE TO OWNER:This is the typical response that I had expected. Spin it however you want but the bottom line is this: Your salesman should have suggested that I sign a contract pending agreement on the offer I made until he was able to speak to you Monday morning 6/27. He is supposed to be the professional and let me know what the normal procedure is. When he told me that I would have first chance at buying the vehicle, I took his word for it. When I agreed to pay the full sales price Monday morning, I expected that I would be purchasing the vehicle once the repairs were made. Not one time was it mentioned that I needed to sign the contract prior to the vehicle being ready to pick up. The honest thing for you would have been to explain to the other buyer that the vehicle was already spoken for and that there was miscommunication between the two salesmen. I was there making an offer BEFORE (Saturday) the other buyer came in and purchased the vehicle Monday afternoon. I am normally a very nice person, but I don't like being jerked around! If this is how you want it, I'll be sure to spread the word about how I was treated! You (or Derek) have my contact information if you would like to discuss this in person.
