I have never gotten the wrong part when I've come here. The clerk came out and helped me to determine which of my headlights was out and helped me but did not pick me into buying any particular headlight. Helpful, informed but not pushy.

On an icy, below 0� day, the staff at AutoZone stood outside, tested, and then replaced my battery. The service here is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the inventory is good.

Jackie went above and beyond for me today! She was patient and very knowledgeable about the parts and my warranties! She even helped me take off the old wiper blade with a little WD 40! Made my day better!Thanks Jackie!!

I came in to get a battery and wipers as I walked in Jackie welcome me to AutoZone with a big smile... After I paid for my stuff she then asked me if I needed the battery an wipers to be put on/in.. I said yes ( I thought she was going to get one of the guy to do this but) took her 10 min an I was on my way thank u Jackie she went out of her way to make sure I was taking care of

They checked my check engine light and told me everything I needed to know and them printed out the parts and suggested local places to get the repairs done all in under 10mins

I usually already know what I need when I get there but the few times I needed help it went well. When they're busy it's clear more employees would be nice but that's the case anywhere. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for help and the employees I dealt with were always friendly.

DAVID!!!!!! He is amazing! My daughter, husband and I were headed to TN for the weekend. We broke down on I70 15 mins before your store closed. We have roadside assistance but only for a tow and it was going to take a day or more for that. I called your store asked if there was anyone willing to bring us what we needed to get back up and going. David is our hero! He purchased the radiator hose, fluids and small tools we needed and brought them to us. My husband was able to complete the repairs and have our family back on the road to our destination.This man is a Blessing and he knows how to provide Customer Service to grow your business! Thank you David! We know you went out of your way on your own personal time - THANK YOU!

The air conditioner on car was not working well and the temperature was well over 100 *. Stopped in to have freon added. Thank goodness David was working. He added half a can of freon then checked and changed my cabin airfilter, which had probably never been changed, and now my a/c is working great. Thank you David, more comfortable days ahead. He really went above and beyond as my car is older and had several obstacles he had to overcome to be able to change the filter. I wanted to give him a cash tip but he said no. He deserves a raise, great customer service and then some!

Stopping to get a car battery checked. From the check, which failed, to leaving the store with a new battery, the experience was quick and efficient. Service was fast and prompt.

The lady asked if she could help me the minute I walked in the store. Told her what I needed she brought the items to me and rang up my total. I asked if the wiper blades could me put on for me, "Certainly ", she replied, went out to my car and I was on my way in less than ten minutes! That exceptional service@ Thank You for assisting me!

I was in town visiting. Super helpful and excellent customer satisfaction service.Bought a blinker bulb and the staff was super helpful by getting the tools and replacing the bulb on my car right away while it was 90degrees outside. Just wow

Is the other day I was in the store and they gave me the wrong oil filter. So I bring it back to the store I lost my receipt but the lady was there that gave me the wrong oil filter they still decided to give me a gift card. Should I use the bathroom miscellaneous stuff for windshield wipers. And I still spent another $20 on other miscellaneous things. So when I bring a power cord back hey try to give me another gift card clearly I spent the gift card on the windshield wiper blades and I am sending you a picture of my receipt thank you and get them please talk to your team.thanks

Not my favorite place to go but they told us they had a certain tool we needed on a Sunday when other places were either closed or didn't have it so we went to them. Come to find out they sold us the wrong tools and didn't have a clue what we really needed so I had to go back and return the items. 2 wasted trips to town we definitely didn't need that day.

My wife car radiator got cracked and no part store where we live either was close or they had to order the part in so we took it to auto zone in Fulton MO the was so nice and helpful she actually came out to look at the car to make sure it was that and then explaining how to replace it. Me and my wife wants to thank the manager for going above and beyond thank you so much I will definitely keep coming back

Went in looking for some stuff for all my Honda needs. Samantha was very knowledgeable on what I needed to get for my car. She went the extra mile to help me get the right stuff. And her customer service was awesome one of the best that place has the best people up there keep up the good work.

When I walked in with barely enough to cover the part I needed to keep my car on the road Toby and Mark were amazingly helpful and courteous. The staff at Fulton Auto Zone is second to none whether your just stopping in for some oil and an air fressener or you are in the middle of an engine rebuild. Thanks for all your help

Mark went the extra mile to help me, when most other shops were closed on Sunday he diagnosed my cars issue, and resolved it extremely quickly, and extremely affordably. Thank you Mark and the autozone team for being there for me when I needed the help desperately.
