Robert towed me this morning and from the first phone call, he reminded me that good people still exist in the world. I ve been towed before and have had awful experiences in terms of men trying to predatory towards me (and I m sure plenty of other women) that they were towing. Robert made me feel safe and comfortable, he got to me quickly and assured me that he was there to help me and to make sure I made it from point A to point B safely. We had great conversation the entire drive, which made me feel comfortable and made the entire situation feel less daunting and frustrating. He maintained complete professionalism the entire time and I would highly recommend Robert from Approved Towing for all of your towing needs! He doesn t do this job for the paycheck, he does it to keep people safe. He treats people like they re his own family stuck on the side of the road and I can t be any more grateful to have had such a smooth towing experience. Thank you Robert and thank you Approved Towing!

Excellent and efficient service my tire blew on the express way and their driver Robert came out and saved my life. He was there within 5 minutes. Amazing service from him, he also kept me and my passengers in great spirits with his jokes. Would definitely recommend!

Robert was the technician &driver that helped me with my car... the experience was superb & totally painless! He was articulate & very knowledgeable..the whole experience was positive & I felt I could trust him with everything going on with our car. High marks for Robert and this company.

Used Approved Towing in Fulton, MO to tow my truck to the dealership after some transmission issues. Rob was the driver and was extremely polite and professional. He called me when he was dispatched and even when the truck was delivered to the dealership. This was by far the best experience I have had due to unforeseen circumstances but if it happens again, I will be calling approved and asking for Rob.

Robert was phenomenal. I didn't have the right equipment for a tire change but he got us loaded right up and towed in without having to wait for a whole new truck. Great service.

You know what, I ll tell ya, Rob was the fastest, most polite, down to earth, knowledgeable, and kindest person to ever come and service my vehicle! He deserves a raise or something lol. Very great service from Robert. He was here within ten minutes of our call and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had to handle a very dangerous situation on I-70E and was very calm about it. I would definitely recommend them for any car trouble you have.

I ran over some trash in town, got home, left a few hours later, and my tire was flat. I was sitting at the end of the road crying hysterically and here comes Rob. He not only offered to change my tire, but for free. I couldn t be more thankful for him! My terrible day was made significantly better in five minutes, because that s how quickly he got it changed!!! Thank you, Rob!

Approved Towing was fast,courteous,and took care to protect my old 2006 Tacoma as if it was a new vehicle. BONUS: their dispatcher was knowledgeable about local highways (or can use Google Maps LOL). Small town values ROCK!

My tire popped on my way home from a friends place at 10pm at night and they arrived in 10-15 minutes. Rob was the man who assisted me. Very nice and professional. Rob and Approved Towing helped me out of a bad situation. He knew his truck inside and out and made the whole experience easy. We had just over 250 miles to my destination and they helped me get home with no problems. The rates were amazing, I ended up saving about $300 dollars on the trip by using Approved Towing. You can tell this is a great company with experienced drivers. Unfortunately, things happen on the road but I'm glad there are companies like Approved Towing to help when you need them.Service: Long distance hauling

My husband locked his keys in his truck on accident. Rob was at our house in 4 minutes from when I submitted the claim with my insurance. FOUR MINUTES!! Rob was fantastic and had the truck unlocked in less than 10 minutes! He was friendly, professional, and courteous! Rob was amazing. He heard the call come out and that it would be delayed and he left his family on Mother's Day to come help a stranded mother. It was pouring down rain as he got my tire changed quickly and aired up my spare and made sure it was holding air. Communication between myself and Robert was excellent. He kept me aware of his arrival time and the process involved in getting me and my car back to Kansas City. The trip was uneventful and I felt very safe driving with him. He made sure I had a ride home with my neice before he left the drop off site. I appreciated his expertise and professionalism. My car broke down in Kingdom City. I called triple AAA and dispatched Approved Towing out of Fulton Missouri. Rob showed up within 30 minutes. He was polite, informative , and precise. I am giving him a 5 star rating. Thanks Rob, for your excellent service, and making that hour and 45 min drive to Odessa tolerable lol. Rob and Dale each with their owns trucks, towed our car after we broke down on a road trip. Their response time was extremely quick and were very nice and kept up great conversation during the ride. They both talked about how much they love helping other people. I would highly recommend calling approved towing for any car problems. We called AAA about our F150 when the brakes were out and they sent Robert from Approved Towing and we are really glad they did. First, he called to say he was on his way, then arrived when he said he would. Our driveway is a little tricky and he had to back down a curve with his big truck, but did a great job, then carefully loaded our truck and took pictures of it to verify what shape it's in now (a 2001 model with a few dents!) and explained he would photograph it again when unloaded at the garage. He is friendly and very professional, describing each step to put us at ease. I will definitely ask for this business again if I have to call AAA in the future.Service: Special vehicle towing

I was seriously having a terrible day. Then my day got worse. Long story short I was stuck in the cold for almost 3 hours. I was dry, but it was dark out so I was scared. Robert came all the way from Fulton to pick me up in Moberly. He had everything I wanted in his truck from heat to a phone charger. I am glad that he was able to come pick me up. He got to my car as soon as he could with the distance. He made my day. For all of my car needs I hope that I get Robert for my roadside assistance. He did great work and helped me to realize that it would be okay. That's all I needed was to be shown kindness during this crisis!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling
